Osmanl\u0131 sonras\u0131nda Bulgaristan devletinin kurulu\u015fundan bu yana 130 k\u00fcs\u00fbr y\u0131ll\u0131k ge\u00e7mi\u015fi olan m\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fck te\u015fkil\u00e2t\u0131, k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir kurumdur.
