Torrent arac\u0131lar\u0131 olarak i\u015flev g\u00f6ren siteler, g\u00f6rsel-i\u015fitsel i\u00e7erik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m haklar\u0131n\u0131 ihlal ederek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ekonomi olu\u015fturmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fe Bak\u0131\u015f:<\/strong> Bu operasyon, Bulgaristan merkezli korsan sitelere y\u00f6nelik ilk giri\u015fim de\u011fil. S\u00f6z konusu siteler, ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda da ABD makamlar\u0131n\u0131n talepleri do\u011frultusunda periyodik olarak kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; ancak her seferinde farkl\u0131 sunucular \u00fczerinden tekrar yay\u0131na girmi\u015flerdi.
