Her y\u0131l Bulgaristan\u2019dan bu camiye gelerek halvete girmek isteyen m\u00fcminler vard\u0131. Daha sonra Mehmet Emin Efendi\u2019nin postu Nevrekop\u2019a gidiyor. Orada \u015feyhlik devam ediyor. Bu sefer de Safranbolulular, Bulgaristan halvete girmek \u00fczere gitti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu tabhane odas\u0131nda asl\u0131nda yemekler yap\u0131l\u0131r. Fakir fukara, medrese \u00f6\u011frencileri, bir zaviye mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla gelirler, burada kalanlar, kar\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 doyururlar. Halvetten \u00e7\u0131kanlarda temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere buralardan yararlan\u0131rlard\u0131. Halvetilikte, \u015eaban-\u0131 Veli kolunda \u2018az uyku, az yemek, \u00e7ok zikir, \u00e7ok fikir\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 vard\u0131r. Tabuta benzetebilece\u011fimiz o ufak odalarda asl\u0131nda hayat\u0131n zevklerinden ar\u0131narak nefislerine biraz zulmederek, do\u011fru ve d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir insan olmaya kendilerini ad\u0131yorlar.
