Devletin g\u00fcc\u00fc, halk\u0131n\u0131n mutlulu\u011fu, refah\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile do\u011frudan ili\u015fkilidir. Ancak bu ilkeyi sadece tarihteki bir miras olarak g\u00f6rmek yerine, bug\u00fcn ve gelecekte uygulanabilir bir rehber haline getirmek gereklidir. Tarihi \u00d6rnekler<br \/>\nSel\u00e7uklu ve Osmanl\u0131: Sel\u00e7uklu\u2019da Nizam\u00fclm\u00fclk\u2019\u00fcn eserlerinde s\u0131k\u00e7a vurgulanan bu ilke, Osmanl\u0131\u2019da da &#8220;devlet-i ebed m\u00fcddet&#8221; anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n temel ta\u015flar\u0131ndan biri olmu\u015ftur.
