Bulgaristan\u2019da T\u00fcrk veya Bulgarlardan bu \u00fcniversiteyi bitiren yok.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Balkanlar\u2019da kurdu\u011fu nizam, huzur ve s\u00fck\u00fbn d\u00fczeni 1878 Berlin konferans\u0131ndan sonra a\u015fama a\u015fama bozulmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. 1879\u2019da T\u0131rnova\u2019da haz\u0131rlan\u0131p onaylanan kurucu Bulgar Anayasas\u0131\u2019na moral kodeksi \u2013 nizam ve ahlak kanunu \u2013 eklenmedi. Plevne Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan sonra (1877-1878) Tuna boyu, Deliorman, Dobruca, Varna ve Sofya eyaletlerindeki manevi b\u00fcnyeyi olu\u015fturan ulema, din bilginleri, m\u00fcft\u00fcler, zaptiyeler,\u00a0 \u00f6\u011fretmenler, e\u011fitmenler, memurlar ve hukuk\u00e7ular k\u0131saca ayd\u0131nlar askerle birlikte \u00e7ekilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nMithat Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n Valilik y\u0131llar\u0131nda, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu pilot b\u00f6lgede M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ahali devletten ve kurumlar\u0131ndan tamamen kopmu\u015f, i\u00e7ine kapanarak, kendi topraklar\u0131nda korka korka \u00fcretip t\u00fcketerek, \u0130slam geleneklerine, adetlerine ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na uygun bi\u00e7imde var olmaya devam etmi\u015ftir. Bu g\u00fcnden itibaren buras\u0131 benim vatan\u0131m s\u00f6z\u00fc unutulmaya ve unutturulmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bulgar kurucu meclisinde, anayasa ruhunun bi\u00e7imlenmesine ve maddelerinin i\u015flenmesine T\u00fcrk ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar davet edilmedi.<br \/>\nSel\u00e7uklu ve Osmanl\u0131 \u0130slam geleneklerinin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturan \u00fcmmet ve adalet, bireysel ve toplu haklar anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6pe at\u0131l\u0131p tek dilli, tek milletli Bulgar devlet ideoloji ve siyaseti uygulamaya \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\nN\u00fcfus \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu (1879\u2019da % 52) M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan prenslikte muhafazak\u00e2r parti, liberal parti, liberal parti (Radoslavov), halk parti, halk\u0131n muhafazak\u00e2r partisi, demokrat parti, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zlar ve askerler siyaset sahnesine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Siyaset oyunu yaln\u0131z ve ancak Bulgarlar aras\u0131nda oynand\u0131. Etnik az\u0131nl\u0131klar, dil ve din az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131, H\u0131ristiyan olmayanlar Prenslik y\u0131llar\u0131nda devlet kurumlar\u0131nda, meclis ve h\u00fck\u00fcmette yer almad\u0131lar. \u00c7e\u015fitlilik i\u00e7inde birlik veya birlik i\u00e7inde \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ilkesi \u00e7\u00f6pe at\u0131ld\u0131, hayata \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmad\u0131. Bulgarlar kendi milli devletini kurmaya heveslenmi\u015flerdi.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\n\u0130\u015fte b\u00f6yle bir ortamda, tarihi ve etnik k\u00f6ken, dil, din, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate almadan, Bulgar milli devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve \u201cisteyen gitsin kalan ulusal kimli\u011fi kabul etsin\u201d \u2013 tek bir kimlik \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda var olmaya al\u0131\u015fma format\u0131 belirdi. Git-gide birle\u015fme, entegre olma, ulusal kimli\u011fin i\u00e7inde erime, asimile ve yok olmay\u0131 zorla kabul ettirme e\u011filimi yerle\u015fti.<br \/>\nBu formatta, tarihi-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimlikle, resmi ulusal kimlik uyumlu ve \u00f6zde\u015f olmad\u0131.<br \/>\nBu ortamda Bulgaristan\u2019da kalan T\u00fcrkleri, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 Bulgarla\u015ft\u0131rarak asimile etmenin en k\u0131sa yolu, onlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na her k\u00f6yde, her i\u015fyerinde, her okulda ba\u015flar\u0131na T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bilmeyen bir Bulgar atamakla ba\u015flad\u0131. T\u00fcrklerin aras\u0131ndan toplumun \u00f6n\u00fcne kendili\u011finden ge\u00e7ecek, i\u015fleri y\u00f6netecek, i\u015f g\u00f6sterecek,\u00a0 insanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 anadilimizde bilgilendirip ayd\u0131nlatacak, y\u00f6nlendirecek ve y\u00f6netecek T\u00fcrkler sivrilmesi yolu b\u00f6ylece kesilmi\u015f oldu. \u0130\u015fte bu nedenlerle Bulgar ulusal devletinin kuruldu\u011fu daha ilk y\u0131llarda cami ve okul enc\u00fcmenliklerimizin bile da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ortamda, \u00f6nc\u00fc ve lider ki\u015filik eksikli\u011finde Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk kimlik bunal\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldu ve git gide daha da derinle\u015fti.<br \/>\nHalk\u0131m\u0131z tarihi yeniden yaz\u0131p de\u011fi\u015ftiren veri ve yorumlara, sosyal bask\u0131lara, resmi ideolojiye g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7mad\u0131, Bulgarlara kar\u015f\u0131 T\u00fcrk benli\u011fi ve H\u0131ristiyanlara kar\u015f\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kimli\u011fi a\u011f\u0131r bir ortamda hayat hakk\u0131 istedi. Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk \u2013 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kimli\u011fi bundan 145 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ba\u015flayan bu m\u00fccadele, kendi kimli\u011fimizi bulma, ana-anadilimizde, kendi dinimizle, ya\u015fam usul\u00fcm\u00fczle, halk sanat\u0131m\u0131zla, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, edebiyat ve sanat\u0131m\u0131zla ya\u015fam alan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u2013 hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerimizi \u2013 geni\u015fletme direni\u015fleriyle belirlendi. Daha ilk ba\u015fta birey, topluluk, toplum, ulus ve kimlik se\u00e7imimizi T\u00fcrk ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak yapt\u0131k.<br \/>\nHi\u00e7bir kimseyle, benzerlik, yak\u0131nl\u0131k, gerek\u00e7esiz ili\u015fki, gerginlik yaratmak i\u00e7in \u00e7eli\u015fki aramad\u0131k, yolumuza ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131mla devam ettik.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nFormat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yarat\u0131rken Bulgaristan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in tek rehberimiz vard\u0131 o da Kuran-\u0131 Kerim, Allah\u0131n insanlara indirdi\u011fi son kitap.<br \/>\n145 y\u0131lda belki de 1000 defa toplat\u0131ld\u0131. Mahkemelere verildi. Yarg\u0131lama delili olarak g\u00f6sterildi. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarla birlikte hapishaneye girdi, s\u00fcrg\u00fcne gitti geldi. Bu, hepimize ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015f bir k\u0131lavuzdu ve m\u00fcminlerce tekrar tekrar okundu. Kimliksel b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcze gerekli olan her hususu i\u00e7eren bu eseri ruhumuz gibi koruyabildi\u011fimiz i\u00e7in gurur duyuyorum. Kuran-\u0131 Kerim bizim \u00e7e\u015fitlilik i\u00e7inde birlik kurma anahtar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Kuran\u2019da g\u00fczel ahlak, gelip ge\u00e7ici bir hal olmay\u0131p insan\u0131n i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda yerle\u015fen, onun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 halini alan kabiliyetler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. G\u00fczel ahlakl\u0131 olmak herkese yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Dinden ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir kudret ahlak yaratamaz.<br \/>\nEn g\u00fczel ahlakl\u0131 din \u0130slam\u2019d\u0131r. Ahl\u00e2k kavram\u0131, Hz. Peygamber, g\u00fczel ahlaka \u00e7ok \u00f6nem ve de\u011fer vermi\u015f, \u201cBen ancak g\u00fczel ahlak\u0131 tamamlamak i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderildim\u201d\u00a0 s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc nas\u0131l unutulur.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nBazen oturup d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken Nasrettin hoca neden bizim zaman\u0131m\u0131zda ya\u015famad\u0131 sorusuna yan\u0131t ar\u0131yorum. Ho\u015f vakit ve h\u00fcr d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyle kimli\u011fimize, dinimize, dilimize kurulan tuzakl\u0131 alayl\u0131 f\u0131kralarla tuzla buz eder, gelece\u011fimizle ilgili kara bulutlar\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131r, hepimizi g\u00fcld\u00fcr\u00fcp d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcrd\u00fc, ge\u00e7iyor akl\u0131mdan.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nO a\u011f\u0131r zul\u00fcm y\u0131llar\u0131nda halk\u0131m\u0131z Allah taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6nderilen ve Allah taraf\u0131ndan konu\u015fturulan birini bekledi. \u0130lham\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131ndan konu\u015fan biriydi beklenen. \u201cilahi kanuna uygun hareket ediniz!\u201d demesi yeterliydi. S\u00f6z\u00fc alabildi\u011fince yal\u0131n, basit ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r biriydi o. durum \u00e7ok kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kt\u0131, belirleyici olan bir inan\u00e7 vard\u0131: \u201chalk karma\u015f\u0131k olan\u0131 tan\u0131r, \u00f6\u011frenir, ama ona inan\u0131p, onun yolundan gitmez.\u201d insanlar\u0131 bir bayrak alt\u0131nda toplar gibi s\u00f6z etraf\u0131nda toplam\u0131\u015ft\u0131 bu inan\u00e7. Bulgarlar\u0131n \u00e7ok etnikli, \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc bir ortamda, tek uluslu devlet kurma planlar\u0131 b\u00f6yle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc, ileri ad\u0131m at\u0131lmad\u0131.<br \/>\nBulgarlar\u0131n Osmanl\u0131dan gelen T\u00fcrk kimlik format\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcp par\u00e7alayacak ne fikri ne de silahlar\u0131 vard\u0131.<br \/>\nEllerindeki tek imk\u00e2n ve bel ba\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131 tek umut,\u00a0 T\u00fcrkleri ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 tarihsel formatlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karmak, onlar\u0131 ba\u015fka ilham kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6neltmekti. Yani T\u00fcrk-M\u00fcsl\u00fcman d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karmakt\u0131. Daha \u00f6nce bir defa \u201cbin bir gece masallar\u0131\u201d ile \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n temel ba\u011flar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilmi\u015f, ahlak\u0131na sis d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Eserleriyle \u015f\u00f6hret kazanmak ve rahat bir hayat ya\u015famak isteyen \u015fairler yeti\u015fmesine kap\u0131 a\u00e7may\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcler. Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk \u015fiirinde \u00e7e\u015fitlilik, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve tasvirlerde sonsuzluk, sevgide, g\u00fczellikte, ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131kta ebed\u00eelik b\u00f6yle belirdi. Y\u00fckselen Bulgar bayra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na davet edilmeyen M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n uzaktan bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir arzuymu\u015f gibi yanl\u0131\u015f yorumland\u0131. Ezilen insanlar\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fe inanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, onu yaln\u0131z idrak etti\u011fi, tan\u0131mak istedi\u011fi unutuldu. Onlar\u0131n kitab\u0131nda efsanelere, masallara ve metrolojiye inan\u0131n denmemi\u015fti. \u015eiirle M\u00fcminlerin uyutulmas\u0131na ve aldat\u0131lmas\u0131na da m\u00fcsaade edilmemi\u015fti. Onlar\u0131, \u00fcst\u00fcn ve g\u00fczel ahlak\u0131yla s\u00fcr\u00fckleyen ve hepsinin bir vahdet inanc\u0131 etraf\u0131nda kenetlenmesini isteyen peygamberleri vard\u0131.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nAral\u0131k 1984\u2019te ayaklanmam\u0131z, Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinin siyasi format\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc oldu. 1984\u2019ten beri k\u0131\u015flaya toplanamayan ordular, jandarma, polis, \u201cg\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcler\u201d ayaktayken ayaklanma bayrak yerine \u00e7apa k\u00fcrek kald\u0131rd\u0131. Do\u011fru yolu g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerine inananlar sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011fa anlatmak, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aramak, zulm\u00fcn zincirlerini koparmak, \u00f6ncelikle Allah\u2019\u0131n kendilerine tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011fal ve insan haklar\u0131n\u0131, yasaklanan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini istiyorlard\u0131. Bu, tek uluslu Bulgar devleti d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131, \u00e7ok etnikli, \u00e7ok dilli, \u00e7ok dinli, \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc bir \u00fclkede, vatanda, devlette \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ya\u015famak istiyorlard\u0131.<br \/>\nOnlar\u0131n hayallerindeki yeni format geleneklerinin devam\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel otonomiye ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyordu. Bu y\u00fcreklenmede onlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde ve se\u00e7ilen yolda onlardan daha sert basan bir \u015fair, partili, partisiz yoktu. 1989 y\u0131l\u0131nda 72 binimiz birden y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fck ve Bulgar siyasi totalitarizm bendini birlikte y\u0131kt\u0131k. Halk\u0131n bu zihni disiplin etraf\u0131nda kenetlenebilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilen bile yoktu. Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinin t\u00fcm yalan ve masallardan, \u00f6d\u00fcllerden ve vaatlerden, radyo ve tv\u2019de anlat\u0131lanlardan, bas\u0131nda yazanlardan, onlar \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p totaliter iktidar ad\u0131na konu\u015fanlar\u0131n t\u00fcm iddialar\u0131ndan ve kand\u0131rma yelteni\u015flerinden kendilerini nas\u0131l koruyabildikleri bir s\u0131r kald\u0131. Hala bunu \u00e7\u00f6zen olmad\u0131&#8230;<br \/>\nOnlar s\u00f6ylenenlerin tam tersine, z\u0131dd\u0131na inanmaya gayret etmi\u015flerdi. Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir beklentisi vard\u0131.
