Bana bu imkan\u0131 tan\u0131yan sevgili Cemil Sa\u011flam\u2019a te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim.<br \/>\nG\u00fcneyden, Anadolu\u2019dan T\u00fcrklerin Balkanlara Bulgaristan\u2019a gelip yerle\u015fmesi, 1260\u2019lara kadar iner. Kuzey Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesinden gelen T\u00fcrk oraklar\u0131 zamanla H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edip yerli Slavlarla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 halde, Anadolu\u2019dan gelen M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrkler, kendi din ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini saklamay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130lk yerle\u015fme, 1261\u2019de Mo\u011follardan ka\u00e7\u0131p Bizans\u2019\u0131n topraklar\u0131na ge\u00e7en Sel\u00e7uklu Sultan\u0131 \u0130zzeddin Keykavus\u2019la ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nMo\u011fol idaresinden ka\u00e7an otuz-k\u0131rk T\u00fcrkmen obas\u0131, kutsal ki\u015fi Sar\u0131 Saltuk Baba ile \u0130zzeddin Keykavus\u2019un yan\u0131na 20 bin T\u00fcrk gelmi\u015f ve Kuzey Dobruca\u2019ya yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir (1263). Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Alt\u0131n Ordu emiri g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Nogay\u2019\u0131n himayesi alt\u0131na giren bu Anadolu T\u00fcrkmen grubu, burada Baba-Saltuk kasabas\u0131 ile ba\u015fka kasabalar da kurmu\u015flard\u0131r. 1332\u2019de buradan ge\u00e7en \u0130bn Bat-tuta, Baba kasabas\u0131n\u0131 \u201cT\u00fcrklerin oturdu\u011fu bir \u015fehir\u201d olarak an\u0131l\u0131r. Nogay \u00f6l\u00fcnce (1300) yerine ge\u00e7en putperest Mo\u011fol hanlar\u0131 zaman\u0131nda T\u00fcrkmenlerden bir b\u00f6l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Anadolu\u2019ya geri d\u00f6nmek i\u00e7in g\u00f6\u00e7 etmi\u015fler (1301); kalanlar ise yerli Kumanlar aras\u0131nda H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul etmi\u015flerdir. Bunlar Keykavus\u2019un halk\u0131 anlam\u0131na Gagauz ad\u0131 ile g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelmi\u015flerdir ve bug\u00fcn kendi siyas\u0131 varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar. Dil ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Gagauzlar\u0131n Anadolu leh\u00e7esini konu\u015ftuklar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Anadolu\u2019dan Balkanlara gelip yerle\u015fmi\u015f ilk M\u00fcsl\u00fcman vali olarak, Baba Saltuk\u2019un ki\u015fili\u011fi etraf\u0131nda menk\u0131beler t\u00fcremi\u015f ve sonra bu rivayetler. Cem Sultan emriyle, Balkan T\u00fcrklerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck destan\u0131, Saltukname ad\u0131yla Ebu\u2019 l-Hay\u0131r Rumi taraf\u0131ndan toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fck destanda Sar\u0131 Saltuk, Balkanlar\u0131 \u0130slamiyet\u2019e ve T\u00fcrklere a\u00e7an b\u00fcy\u00fck bir evliya-gazi olarak kutlanmaktad\u0131r. Sar\u0131 Saltuk, Ahmet Yesevi\u2019nin m\u00fcritlerindendir. 1484\u2019de Osmanl\u0131 Sultan\u0131 II. Bayezid Bogdan seferinde Dobruca\u2019ya geldi\u011finde, onun kabri \u00fczerinde bir t\u00fcrbe yapt\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, vak\u0131flar adam\u0131\u015f, b\u00f6ylece Balkan gazilerinin g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc almak istemi\u015ftir. Bug\u00fcn hala Romanya\u2019da bulunan Baba-Da\u011f\u0131 kasabas\u0131nda Kuzeye kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczy\u0131llarca Gazi, Y\u00f6r\u00fck ve Ak\u0131nc\u0131lar\u0131n hareket \u00fcss\u00fc olmu\u015ftur. Y\u0131k\u0131k t\u00fcrbesi, \u00e7\u00f6ken imparatorlu\u011fun hazin bir simgesi gibi metruk durumdayken bir el geldi aya\u011f\u0131 kald\u0131rd\u0131. Bu t\u00fcrbeyi aya\u011f\u0131 kald\u0131ran tekrar eski g\u00fcnleri diriltmeye gelmi\u015f\u00e7esine her yerde oldu\u011fu gibi yine T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti T\u0130KA taraf\u0131ndan restore edilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7ok da g\u00fczel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile eski haline getirilmi\u015f olan bu camide bizlere de nasip oldu 2014\u2019te bu camide bir \u00f6\u011fle namaz\u0131 k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Burada bir yaz\u0131da, Osmanl\u0131 T\u00fcrklerinin Balkan f\u00fctuhat\u0131n\u0131 anlatmak, en k\u0131sa bir bi\u00e7imde de olsa, pek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Evliya \u00c7elebi\u2019nin belirtti\u011fi ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze ula\u015fmayan t\u00fcrbe ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tekke oldu\u011funu zikretti\u011fi yerin de Kaliakra\u2019da oldu\u011fu biliniyor. Sar\u0131 Saltuk, S\u00fcnn\u00ee, Alev\u00ee ve Bekta\u015f\u00ee \u00e7evrelerince farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nleriyle benimsenmi\u015f \u00f6nemli bir isimdir. Anadolu ve Rumeli\u2019nin T\u00fcrkle\u015fip \u0130sl\u00e2mla\u015fmas\u0131nda etkin rol oynamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bu y\u00f6n\u00fc mitolojik kimli\u011finin g\u00f6lgesinde kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sar\u0131 Saltuk T\u00fcrkmenlerinden sonra Balkanlara Anadolu\u2019dan ger\u00e7ek fetihler yap\u0131lan ger\u00e7ek fetihleri asl\u0131nda filmlerle, dizilerle t\u00fcm halk\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7lerimize sunmam\u0131z gerekirdi. Bizler bunlar\u0131 bug\u00fcne kadar yapamad\u0131k in\u015fallah art\u0131k yeni d\u00f6nemde bu olur. Filmler, \u00e7ocuk filmleri \u00e7ok \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu \u00f6zellikle devlet y\u00f6neticilerine tekrar hat\u0131rlatmak isteriz.
