Duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimizi, inan\u00e7 ve tutumlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 dille ifade eder, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olaylar\u0131 dil ile resmedebilir, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 dil ile aktar\u0131r\u0131z gelecek nesillere. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla dil, en \u00f6nemli ileti\u015fim arac\u0131d\u0131r. Dilin bir ileti\u015fim arac\u0131 olmas\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyle ilintili olmas\u0131ndand\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fimi, hayvanlardaki i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fcye dayal\u0131 haberle\u015fme ve ileti\u015fimden ay\u0131ran \u015fey, onun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye dayal\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimizi dil yard\u0131m\u0131yla ortaya koyar ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla payla\u015f\u0131r\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dilin birey \u00fczerinde etkisi oldu\u011fu gibi, bireyin de dil \u00fczerinde etkisi vard\u0131r.<br \/>\n<\/strong> Ferdin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 dil, onun zihinsel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini tayin etmede yard\u0131mc\u0131 bir rol oynar ve b\u00f6ylece \u015fahsiyetin geli\u015fmesine de etki eder. Ayn\u0131 zamanda dil, bireysel y\u00f6n\u00fcnden daha \u00e7ok toplumsal y\u00f6n\u00fcyle \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f bir olgudur. Dil, toplumsal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, kimli\u011fimizin en belirgin ifadesi ve sembol\u00fcd\u00fcr. Toplumsal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve kimli\u011fimiz, kendili\u011finden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaz. Bireylerin ortak bir bilin\u00e7, mensubiyet duygusu, uyum ve etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde bir arada ya\u015famalar\u0131yla olu\u015fur. Ortak bilincin sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda, ortak sembollere ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Etkile\u015fime girebilmek i\u00e7in ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7mek gerekir. Dil de anlamlar\u0131n semboller vas\u0131tas\u0131yla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ileti\u015fimin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 en etkili ara\u00e7t\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dil, ferdin toplumun kendinden bekledi\u011fi rolleri yerine getirmesi ve toplumsal norm<\/strong> ve de\u011ferleri \u00f6\u011frenip i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmesi olan sosyalle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde de etkin bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r. Sosyalle\u015fmeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren, aile, okul, oyun, ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 gibi unsurlar vard\u0131r. Bu unsurlar, bireyin topluma kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan yetenek ve al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n edinilmesini dil yoluyla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dil toplumsal kimlikle de irtibatl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong><br \/>\nToplumsal kimlik olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sosyal aidiyet bilinci, ortak bir simgesel sistemin kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile ula\u015f\u0131lan ortak bilgi ve belle\u011fe kat\u0131l\u0131ma dayan\u0131r. Bu da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ortak bir dilin konu\u015fulmas\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Toplumsal kimlik, onu bi\u00e7imlendiren ve yeniden \u00fcreten belli bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel sisteme denk d\u00fc\u015fer. Bug\u00fcn hepimiz bir dil uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. D\u00fcnya dinleri, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde, t\u00f6renlere, vaazlara, ayinlere ve din yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayan\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diller \u00f6zg\u00fcr olarak do\u011fmazlar; ili\u015fkin olduklar\u0131 insan toplulu\u011funa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak belli s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7inde ilerlerler. Diller durmadan milletle birlikte geli\u015firler; onlar\u0131n tinsel \u00f6zelliklerinden olu\u015furlar. Bireyler kendi \u00f6zelliklerinin g\u00fcc\u00fc ile insan ruhuna yeni bir at\u0131l\u0131m verdikleri gibi, milletler de dili kurarken bunu yapabilirler. \u00d6yleyse milletle dilin birbirleri \u00fczerindeki etkisi kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130lk dil bi\u00e7imlerinin do\u011fu\u015fu, milletlerin ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Demek ki, milletleri millet yapan en \u00f6nemli etken dildir<\/p>\n<p><strong>Din ile k\u00fclt\u00fcr aras\u0131nda da yak\u0131n bir ili\u015fki vard\u0131r.<\/strong><br \/>\nBu anlamda her toplumun kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir dini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc bulunmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fclt\u00fcr, toplumlar\u0131n ya\u015fama bi\u00e7imleri olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrken, din de inanca kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelir. Her toplum basit ya da geli\u015fmi\u015f ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imiyle kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir hayat ya\u015far. Bu hayat, zaman, mek\u00e2n ve \u015fartlara g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 \u00f6zellikler g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dinle k\u00fclt\u00fcr aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong><br \/>\nDin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc etkilemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr de din \u00fczerinde etkili olmak ister. Dinin inan\u00e7, ibadet ve toplumsal boyutu bu etkiye maruz kalarak \u015fekilsel de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe u\u011frayabilir. Dinin esas\u0131, temel prensipleri toplumdan topluma de\u011fi\u015fmedi\u011fi halde, toplumsal hayata yans\u0131yan k\u0131sm\u0131 de\u011fi\u015febilir. Bunun sebebi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkilerdir. Dinin kendini muhafaza edebilmesi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkiyi asli yap\u0131s\u0131na zarar vermeyecek \u015fekilde kontrol alt\u0131nda tutmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu anlamda bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etki \u00e7o\u011funlukla tali meselelerdeki \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve zenginlik olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topluma yeni kat\u0131lan bireyin (\u00e7ocu\u011fun), toplumsal de\u011ferleri \u00f6\u011frenmesi<\/strong> ve bu de\u011ferler sayesinde topluma uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelen sosyalle\u015fmede, toplumun di\u011fer sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel unsurlar\u0131yla s\u0131k\u0131 ili\u015fkisi bulunan dinin ve dinden t\u00fcremi\u015f de\u011ferlerin \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. Ki\u015finin din\u00ee sosyalle\u015fmesi onun toplumda var olan dini k\u00fclt\u00fcr unsurlar\u0131n\u0131, de\u011fer ve sembollerini \u00f6\u011frenerek kendi ki\u015fili\u011finin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bu sayede birey genel toplumsal yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yer alan dini unsurlar\u0131, kendi kimlik alan\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131ma yoluyla, topluma uyum sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olur. Bu ama\u00e7la se\u00e7ilen s\u00f6zc\u00fckler ve kavramlar, ak\u0131ldan \u00e7ok duygu y\u00fckl\u00fcd\u00fcr; desteklenen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ya da siyaset, en olumlu, hi\u00e7bir ku\u015fkuya yer b\u0131rakmayan do\u011frudan anlat\u0131mlarla; kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kanlar ise, ku\u015fku yaratacak en olumsuz anlat\u0131mlarla nitelendirilir<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milleti millet yapan dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/strong><br \/>\nMilletler ancak dilleri ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri sayesinde varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilirler. Dilini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc korumas\u0131n\u0131 beceremeyen milletlerin yery\u00fcz\u00fc arenas\u0131nda uzun s\u00fcre kalamayaca\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fma g\u00f6t\u00fcrmez bir ger\u00e7ektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc diline sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak bir bak\u0131ma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden haberdar olmakt\u0131r. K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne yabanc\u0131 olmamak da karakteristik hayat tezah\u00fcrlerini canl\u0131 tutmak, kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc olan\u0131 unutmamakt\u0131r. Bu niteli\u011fe sahip olan milletler asimilasyon r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131na kap\u0131lmadan varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirme \u015fans\u0131na sahip olan milletlerdir. K\u0131sacas\u0131, milletin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, sahip oldu\u011fu dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc canl\u0131 tutmalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Toplumdaki bireyler aras\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gereken birlik ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr dinamizmi ile canl\u0131 tutulabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkler i\u00e7in dil, dinle neredeyse ayn\u0131 de\u011ferdedir.<\/strong><br \/>\nBir dine ba\u011fl\u0131 olmak d\u00fcnyay\u0131 ve onun i\u00e7inde s\u00fcregiden hayat\u0131 o dinin \u00fcretti\u011fi perspektif i\u00e7inde okumak ve de\u011ferlendirmek demektir. Her din i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn dil d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ger\u00e7eklik kazan\u0131r. Farkl\u0131 milliyetlerin din alg\u0131s\u0131 kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel envanterleri yok say\u0131larak anla\u015f\u0131lamaz. \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n ya da H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u015fu ya da bu toplum \u00fczerinde kendine bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekte o dinlerin s\u00f6z konusu milliyet, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ya da topluluklarla kurdu\u011fu\/kurabildi\u011fi \u00fcnsiyetle ili\u015fkilidir. Bir kimlik bile\u015feni olarak din, bulundu\u011fu toplumun kod de\u011ferleriyle hemhal olmu\u015f dil d\u00fczene\u011fi i\u00e7inde kurumsalla\u015f\u0131r. Nihayet bu bulu\u015fma dil \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Dinle dil aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011fda\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k, birbirini tamamlayan \u00f6zellikleriyle kimli\u011fin yekv\u00fccut bir sunuma haz\u0131r olmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Demek ki dil, sadece konu\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimiz<\/strong> seslendirdi\u011fimiz basit bir olgu de\u011fil, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerimizle yo\u011furulmu\u015f, toplumsal kimli\u011fimizi ve kodlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan, varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc bozmadan devam etmesine vesile olan en \u00f6nemli unsurdur. Dilin, ait oldu\u011fu toplumun de\u011ferlerini, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimli\u011fini, \u00f6zg\u00fcn yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden b\u00fcy\u00fck bir i\u015flevselli\u011fi vard\u0131r. Dini duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, inan\u00e7 ve millete \u00f6zg\u00fcn de\u011ferlerin aktar\u0131m\u0131, i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmesi, s\u00fcreklili\u011fi ancak dilin ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda \u00f6zg\u00fcrce kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Dil, ait oldu\u011fu milletin de\u011ferlerinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Bu bak\u0131mdan, dil kullan\u0131m\u0131, \u00f6zellikle dinin aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda, dini de\u011ferlerin i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmesinde dilin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6revi vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mekteplerimizde \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n anadilini \u00e7ok iyi \u00f6\u011frenmesi,<\/strong> \u00f6\u011frendiklerini ifade edebilmesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6zellikle az\u0131nl\u0131k gruplar i\u00e7inde kendine \u00f6zg\u00fcn de\u011ferlerin anadille aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc dil sayesinde kendi milletinin de\u011ferlerini \u00f6\u011frenmesi, benimsemesi, yabanc\u0131 milletlere \u00f6zenti ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k kompleksinden kurtulabilmesi i\u00e7in anadilde e\u011fitim \u015fartt\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan \u00f6zellikle Balkan co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrklere anadilleri T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ile de\u011fil de bulunduklar\u0131 \u00fclkenin diliyle (Bulgarca vb) \u0130slam Dininin anlat\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00f6\u011fretilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 son derece yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu uygulama ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumun de\u011ferlerinden kopar\u0131lmas\u0131, dinin yozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, toplumun asimile edilmesi projesidir. Yukar\u0131da ifade etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczere dil, sadece aktar\u0131m arac\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda ait oldu\u011fu toplumun de\u011ferlerini ta\u015f\u0131yan, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131 aktar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan, sosyalle\u015fmenin en \u00f6nemli unsurudur. Bu dayatma ve asimilasyon politikas\u0131ndan bir an \u00f6nce vazge\u00e7ilmelidir. AB i\u00e7inde demokratik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n h\u00e2kim olmas\u0131n\u0131, milletlerin kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve dini kimliklerini muhafaza ederek ait oldu\u011fu \u00fclkenin vatanda\u015f bilinci ile ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 arzu ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye, sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimli\u011fimizi \u0130slam dinine bor\u00e7luyuz.<br \/>\n<\/strong> T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn \u00f6z\u00fc ile \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n bar\u0131\u015f ve esenlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 harmanlayan milletimiz gitti\u011fi her yere bar\u0131\u015f ve huzuru g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yok etmek de\u011fil, ya\u015fatmak i\u00e7in gayret g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bulundu\u011fu her yerde T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi, inanc\u0131 ile ayakta durmu\u015f, kimseye zorbal\u0131kla dini bask\u0131 uygulamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrklerin \u0130slam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131; entellekt\u00fcelli\u011fi, akla ve bilime verdi\u011fi \u00f6nem, radikalizmden uzakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n umududur. Bu umudun ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hayr\u0131nad\u0131r. Bu hakk\u0131n ihlali \u0130nsan Hakk\u0131 ihlalidir. Dil ve din toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimli\u011finin korunmas\u0131 ve ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n olmazsa olmazlar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan Bulgarca \u0130slam Dini dersine ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z yoktur. Dinimizi \u00f6\u011fretecek muallimlerimiz, hocalar\u0131m\u0131z, \u00f6\u011frenecek dilimiz\/T\u00fcrk\u00e7emiz vard\u0131r. \u0130slam dinini kullanarak M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrkleri asimile ve \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 yozla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7abalar\u0131na f\u0131rsat vermeyece\u011fiz. Kimse bo\u015funa heveslenmesin. Buna T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn g\u00fcc\u00fc m\u00fcsaade etmeyecektir.
