Afganistan, Banglade\u015f, Brezilya, G\u00fcney Afrika, Hindistan, Nepal, Pakistan ve Sri Lanka\u2019dan gelen ki\u015filer ile son 14 g\u00fcnde bu \u00fclkelerde bulundu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lan ki\u015filerden \u00fclkemize giri\u015ften azami 72 saat \u00f6nce yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f negatif sonu\u00e7lu PCR test raporu ibraz\u0131 talep edilecekve bu ki\u015filer Valiliklerce belirlenecek yerlerde 14 g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle karantinaya al\u0131nacaklard\u0131r. Karantinan\u0131n 14. g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda yap\u0131lacak PCR test sonucunun negatif \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 durumunda karantina tedbiri sonland\u0131r\u0131lacak, PCR test sonucu pozitif \u00e7\u0131kanlar\u0131n ise test sonucu pozitif \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren izolasyona al\u0131nacakve 14. g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda PCR testinden negatif sonu\u00e7 al\u0131nmas\u0131yla tedbir sonland\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3. Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k, \u0130ran, M\u0131s\u0131r ve Singapur\u2019dan gelen ki\u015filerden giri\u015ften azami 72 saat \u00f6nce yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f negatif sonu\u00e7lu PCR test raporu ibraz\u0131 talep edilecektir.<\/em><\/p><div id=\"bghab-2688224917\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>4. \u0130kinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc maddede say\u0131lanlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan di\u011fer \u00fclkelerden t\u00fcm s\u0131n\u0131r kap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zdan (kara, hava, deniz) \u00fclkemize giri\u015flerde, giri\u015ften en az 14 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce a\u015f\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve\/veya hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 son 6 ayi\u00e7inde ge\u00e7irdi\u011fine dair ilgili \u00fclke resmi otoritelerince d\u00fczenlenen belgeyi ibraz edenlerden ayr\u0131ca negatif sonu\u00e7lu PCR testraporu ibraz\u0131 talep edilmeyecek ve bu ki\u015filer i\u00e7in karantina tedbiri uygulanmayacakt\u0131r. Bu \u00fclkelerden \u00fclkemize giri\u015flerde a\u015f\u0131 sertifikas\u0131n\u0131n veya hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7irdi\u011fine dair belgelerin ibraz edilememesi durumunda, giri\u015ften azami 72 saat \u00f6nce yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f negatif sonu\u00e7lu PCR test raporu veya giri\u015ften azami 48 saat i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f negatif h\u0131zl\u0131 antijen test sonucunun ibraz\u0131 yeterli g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5. \u0130kinci maddede say\u0131lan \u00fclkelerden gelenler hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere, t\u00fcm s\u0131n\u0131r kap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00fclkemize yap\u0131lacak giri\u015flerde ki\u015filer Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan var\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131nda \u00f6rnekleme (sampling) temelinde PCR testine tabi tutulabilecektir. Bu kapsamda gelen ki\u015filerin test \u00f6rnekleri al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra nihai var\u0131\u015f yerlerine gitmelerine izin verilecektir. Test sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n pozitif \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 durumunda Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Covid-19 rehberi do\u011frultusunda tedavileri yap\u0131lacak, test sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 pozitif \u00e7\u0131kan ki\u015filer ile yak\u0131n temasta bulunduklar\u0131 ki\u015filer kendilerinin belirledikleri adreslerde 14 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre ile karantinaya al\u0131nacaklar ve 10. g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda yap\u0131lacak PCR test sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n negatif olmas\u0131 durumunda karantina ko\u015fullar\u0131 sonland\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Bu ki\u015filerden B.1.617 mutant\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilenlerin karantina ko\u015fullar\u0131 14. g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda PCR testi negatif sonucuyla sonland\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>6.
