Birinci y\u00fczdeki tarih kanl\u0131d\u0131r, barut kokar, felaket doludur. Her ikisi de siyasetin do\u011furdu\u011fu hurdad\u0131r. Halka anlat\u0131lan, iktidar\u0131n ve tarih\u00e7ilerin hayal etti\u011fi, ya\u015fanan olaylar\u0131n olmam\u0131\u015f \u015feklinin hik\u00e2ye edilmi\u015f bi\u00e7imidir. Kula\u011fa ilgin\u00e7 gelir. Olaylar\u0131 bu \u015fekilde \u00f6yk\u00fcleyenlerin hepsi maa\u015fl\u0131 ki\u015filerdir. Anlat\u0131lan, olaylarla ilgili iktidar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcd\u00fcr ve iktidar devrilince yak\u0131n ve uzak ger\u00e7ekler ya\u011fmurdan sonra mantar gibi belirmeye ba\u015flar.<br \/>\nHer rejim kendi s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 saklar. Bu sistemin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131ndaki tek k\u0131stas politikaya yarar sa\u011flamas\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrklerin ve Pomaklar\u0131n kimliklerini de\u011fi\u015ftirerek bizi yok olan Bulgar suyuna katma ve kendilerini yok olmaktan kurtarma istediler. D\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k, \u00f6fke ve kin kayna\u011f\u0131 mitolojinin, metinlerin, \u015fiirlerin ve sanat eserlerinin tarihten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p at\u0131lmas\u0131na ve nesnel ger\u00e7eklere yer verilmesine diren\u00e7 de bu geli\u015fmeye etki yap\u0131yor.<br \/>\n<strong>Yaz\u0131l\u0131 ger\u00e7ek tarihi olmayan Bulgarlar\u0131n, tarih ve gelecek anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 temellerini edebiyat eserleriyle atan yazar ve \u015fair \u0130van Vazov\u2019un eserleri ikinci el de sat\u0131lmaz oldu, ama ders kitaplar\u0131ndan at\u0131lmad\u0131. <\/strong><br \/>\nDe\u011fi\u015fikliklerin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 ve kayna\u011f\u0131 i\u015fte buras\u0131d\u0131r. Bulgaristan \u00f6rne\u011finde, biz Bulgar dogmas\u0131 ve idealinin (\u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn) yanl\u0131\u015f bir temele oturtulmu\u015f oldu\u011funa vurgu yap\u0131yoruz. Bunda \u0131srar ederken de, Bulgar dogmas\u0131, Bulgar \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fc ve menfaatleri nedir? Kamunun bilmesi gereken ger\u00e7eklerin soyulup herkese sunulmas\u0131 ve toplumun bilgi ve bilin\u00e7 hazinesinde belirleyici yer almas\u0131 zaman\u0131 gelmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nBulgar tarihinin ilk incilerini dizen, Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n Sliven eyaletine ba\u011fl\u0131 \u201cMedven\u201d k\u00f6y\u00fcnde do\u011fan, gen\u00e7li\u011fi \u00e7obanl\u0131kla ge\u00e7erken komitalara kat\u0131lan, 1876 \u201cNisan Ayaklanmas\u0131\u201d olarak anlat\u0131lan olaylarda y\u00f6netenlerden biri olarak Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019\u0131 boylayan, sonunda Sofya Halk Meclisi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak bir Paris ziyareti esnas\u0131nda zehirlenerek \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen Zahari Stoyanov, i\u00e7ine su damlamam\u0131\u015f tarihsel olaylar\u0131 ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i kalemiyle \u015f\u00f6yle anlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131:<br \/>\n\u201c\u0130syanc\u0131lar, deliba\u015f ve s\u00f6z dinlemez kafalard\u0131, bozuk ana s\u00fctt\u00fc emmi\u015f ki\u015filerdi vs vs \u2013 diyorlar baz\u0131 ak\u0131ll\u0131 ge\u00e7inen karde\u015flerimiz. Fakat bunun b\u00f6yle olmas\u0131n\u0131n da sebepler vard\u0131. Bulgarlar\u0131 isyana k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtman\u0131n tek yolu her yerde Rusya ve S\u0131rbistan\u2019dan yard\u0131m bekleyen Bulgarlar\u0131n tutuklan\u0131p k\u0131y\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin yalanlar s\u00f6ylemekti. <strong><em>\u201d Zahari Stoyanov \u201c Bulgar Ayaklanmalar\u0131ndan Notlar\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Cilt 1, Sayfa 169.<br \/>\n<strong>Tarihe meydan okumak<\/strong><br \/>\nYalanlar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fcklerinden biri Bulgarlar\u0131n \u015fiddet kullan\u0131larak M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirildi\u011fi iddias\u0131d\u0131r. Bu tamamen yaland\u0131r. Bunu yapanlar ayn\u0131 ama\u00e7la iki kelime kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bulgar kimli\u011fini karakterize ederken milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin hen\u00fcz zay\u0131f oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde s\u00f6ylenen yalan \u2013 \u201cT\u00fcrkler bizim dinimizi al\u0131yor!\u201d idi. Oysa 1872\u2019de Bulgarlara Do\u011fu Ortodoks Dinini kazand\u0131ran, kilise ve kilise okullar\u0131n\u0131 Yunan Papazlardan kurtaran Osmanl\u0131 Padi\u015fah\u0131d\u0131r. Bulgar milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi g\u00fc\u00e7lenince, dini kimli\u011fin yerini alm\u0131\u015f ve \u201cT\u00fcrkler bizim dinimizi al\u0131yor!\u201d iddias\u0131n\u0131n yerini etnik bir uydurma olan \u201cT\u00fcrkler Bizim Halk Kimli\u011fimizi \u00e7al\u0131yorlar!\u201d terimi ile de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015ftir. Ne var ki, bu iki terimin ikisi de uydurmad\u0131r. (Konu, Papaz Metodiy Draginov\u2019un Notlar\u0131nda i\u015flenmi\u015ftir.)<br \/>\n<strong>\u015eu bir ger\u00e7ektir<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>Osmanl\u0131 devleti kimsenin dinini ve kimli\u011fini de\u011fi\u015ftirmemi\u015ftir. <\/strong><br \/>\nTam tersine, Bulgarlar aras\u0131nda isim ve din de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye heveslenenleri her defas\u0131nda durdurmu\u015ftur. Devletin b\u00f6yle davranmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi ise, \u0130slamla\u015fma ve T\u00fcrkle\u015fme sonucu devletin vergi gelirlerinin azalmas\u0131d\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131da H\u0131ristiyanlar daha b\u00fcy\u00fck vergi \u00f6dediklerinden, idarenin k\u0131ymetlileridir. \u00dcstelik \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131rma Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131n yay\u0131lmac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na da engeldir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ele ge\u00e7irilen yeni topraklarda ancak M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmayanlara vergi uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. (Osmanl\u0131da T\u00fcrk H\u0131ristiyan olan Gagavuzlar vergilendirilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6n planda olan dindir.)<br \/>\nBirinci d\u00f6nemde insanlar\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 devletine kar\u015f\u0131 k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtmak i\u00e7in din, milli duygular \u00fczerinde bask\u0131 oldu\u011fu yalan\u0131 bir propaganda y\u00f6ntemi olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong>1950\u2019lerden 1990\u2019a kadar da ayn\u0131 y\u00f6ntem Bulgaristan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u0130slams\u0131z b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/strong><br \/>\nBirka\u00e7 sahte belge, baz\u0131 <strong><em>\u201cajan\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>din adamlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7 g\u00f6zl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden ve baz\u0131 k\u00e2firlerin al\u00e7akl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\nCamilerin <em><strong>\u201ckilise temelleri \u00fczerine in\u015fa edildi\u011fi\u201d<\/strong><\/em> yalan\u0131yla bir\u00e7oklar\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131. Karlova <strong><em>\u201cYeni Merkez Camii\u201d<\/em><\/strong> bunlardan biridir. Yalan anlatan kitaplar yazd\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Anton Don\u00e7ev\u2019in <strong><em>\u201cAyr\u0131l\u0131k Zaman\u0131\u201d<\/em><\/strong> eseri parlak bir \u00f6rnektir. Ger\u00e7ekleri \u00e7arp\u0131tan tablolar \u00e7izdirildi. D\u00fcnyay\u0131 ters y\u00fcz g\u00f6steren filmler \u00e7ekildi. Okullarda t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilere y\u00fczlerce defa zorla oynat\u0131ld\u0131. Sahte yani masal tarih b\u00f6yle yarat\u0131ld\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131land\u0131. \u00dcstelik kaynaklar hemen yok edildi, yalana oturtulan olaylar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcms\u00fcz oldu\u011fu iddialar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Bulgaristan\u2019da kamuoyu halen derinlere inip \u201cger\u00e7ekler \u015fudur\u201d diyebilecek olgunluk g\u00f6steremiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olmamas\u0131 bunu engelliyor. Her \u015fey s\u00f6zde kal\u0131yor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu g\u00fcne kadar dimdik ayakta kalan bir yalan da <em><strong>\u201cT\u00fcrk D\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019d\u0131r\u201d \u201cT\u00fcrkler Bulgarlar\u0131 katlediyor. Sebepsiz bo\u011fazl\u0131yorlar!\u201d<\/strong> <\/em>en s\u0131k kullan\u0131lan yalanlard\u0131r. Bu yalanlar\u0131n devlet taraf\u0131ndan k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu toplum par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f, da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00fclkeyi terk etmi\u015ftir. Bulgar n\u00fcfusunun 5 milyona d\u00fc\u015fmesinin ba\u015f sebebi tarihinin yalan yanl\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve ger\u00e7eklerin \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Avrupa k\u0131tas\u0131nda bir sava\u015fa girmeden 32 y\u0131lda n\u00fcfusunun yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden ba\u015fka bir \u00fclke yoktur. Bu g\u00fcn de, \u00fclke bu kadar derin politik ve ekonomik bunal\u0131m i\u00e7inde k\u0131vran\u0131rken, hem muhalefetten hem de <strong><em>\u201cdemokratik\u201d<\/em><\/strong> kanattan olan ve de\u011fi\u015fim isteyen <em><strong>\u201cDemokratik Bulgaristan\u201d<\/strong><\/em> koalisyonu lideri Hristo \u0130vanov ile <strong><em>\u201cAya\u011fa Kalk Bulgaristan!\u201d \u201cGeliyoruz!\u201d<\/em><\/strong> hareketi \u00f6nderi Bayan Maya Manolova\u2019n\u0131n 46. Halk Meclisindeki konu\u015fmalar\u0131nda <strong><em>\u201cT\u00fcrklerle h\u00fck\u00fcmet ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 istemiyoruz\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>s\u00f6zleri ayn\u0131 manip\u00fcle edilerek zehirlenmi\u015f eski anlay\u0131\u015f ve d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin ifadesidir. Belirtilmesi yerinde olur ki, Hristo \u0130vanov ile ayn\u0131 koalisyondan 46. Meclis Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na se\u00e7ilen eski milli g\u00fcvenlik (DS) ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve 1984 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra isim de\u011fi\u015ftirme zulm\u00fcnde Razgrad Savc\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6revinde bulunan ve halka kan kusturan Atanas Atanasov, modern Bulgar milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi ve T\u00fcrk d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rnekleridir.<br \/>\nZaman\u0131n\u0131n tablosunu \u00e7izen <strong><em>\u201cZahari Stoyanov\u201d<\/em><\/strong> (Bulgar Ayaklanmalar\u0131ndan Notlar) eserinde bu konuya \u015f\u00f6yle de\u011finiyor:<br \/>\n<em><strong>\u201cOsmanl\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmeti her zaman haktan yana oldu, toprak a\u011falar\u0131na, zaptiyelere, hatta Prenslere soluk ald\u0131rmad\u0131. B\u00f6yle olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen politik sald\u0131r\u0131lara maruz kalmalar\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. T\u00fcrklerin Bulgar topra\u011f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen her damla ya\u011fmurda onun da hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bulgaristan hepimizin vatan\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r.<br \/>\n<strong>Her yerde halk\u0131n yan\u0131nda olan T\u00fcrk h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin ayn\u0131 zamanda, baz\u0131 kitaplarda \u201czalim\u201d oldu\u011funu okuyoruz.<\/strong><br \/>\nBu nas\u0131l olur? Bu bir z\u0131ddiyet de\u011fil mi?<br \/>\n\u015eimdi yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en zor b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne giriyoruz. Biz Bulgaristan\u2019da lise okuyanlar <strong><em>\u201c1876\u2019da Batak\u2019ta T\u00fcrklerin kimilerine g\u00f6re 5-7 bin aras\u0131nda, di\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re bin, bin be\u015f y\u00fcz Bulgar k\u00f6yl\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcya \u201ckatletti\u011fini,\u201d Batak \u201ckatliam\u0131n\u0131n\u201d T\u00fcrk \u201ckatliamlar\u0131\u201d<\/em><\/strong> i\u00e7in genel kan\u0131t olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, olay\u0131n Bulgar tarihinde duygusal olarak en y\u00fckl\u00fc olay oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131, tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n da y\u0131llar y\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7ok zor oldu\u011funu biliriz. \u00dcst\u00fcne \u00fcstelik, bu \u201ckanl\u0131 olaydan\u201d sonra Pomak n\u00fcfusun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Orta Rodoplar y\u00f6resinden Anadolu\u2019ya ilk b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6\u00e7 oldu\u011fu, bu g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin \u00f6nce Konya Ovas\u0131na, oradan Karacabey\u2019e ve en sonunda 700 metre r\u0131ht\u0131ml\u0131 ve Rodop Da\u011flar\u0131na benzeyen \u0130zmir Yaylalar\u0131nda bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Gaziemir\u2019e yerle\u015ftiklerini de bilirler. Ger\u00e7ek bir \u201ck\u0131y\u0131m\u201d \u00f6rne\u011fi bulunamazsa <strong><em>\u201cT\u00fcrk k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0kavram\u0131n\u0131n Bulgar edebiyat\u0131ndan silinmesi gerek. \u0130syanc\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 her zaman amans\u0131z olmu\u015ftur, ama <strong><em>\u201ck\u0131y\u0131m\u201d<\/em><\/strong> olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u2026<br \/>\nFakat Bulgar politik elit ve hizmetindeki tarih\u00e7iler, <strong><em>\u201ck\u0131y\u0131m\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>meselesi Batak\u2019ta \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcnce, Eski Zara <strong><em>\u201cStara Zagora k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131\u201d demeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve kurbanlar\u0131 \u201cAziz ilan etme\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fc oldu. Bunu ifade edenler devlet de\u011fil, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131-milliyet\u00e7ilerdi. \u0130lgin\u00e7 ve yeni bir olayd\u0131r, Bulgar devleti ilk kez <strong><em>\u201cd\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k\u201d<\/em><\/strong> propagandas\u0131na alet olan giri\u015fimlerden uzak kalmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. (Olay Stara Zagora bas\u0131n\u0131nda i\u015flenmi\u015f ve 1877\u2019de \u00f6lenlerin hepsinin kilisede Aziz ilan edilmesi istenmi\u015ftir.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarihe meydan okumak i\u00e7in toplu kahramanl\u0131k gerek.<\/strong><br \/>\nRus \u00c7ar\u0131 II. Aleksand\u0131r Bulgar komitalar\u0131 olay \u00e7\u0131kars\u0131nlar da Osmanl\u0131 askeri Bulgarlara sald\u0131rs\u0131n ve ard\u0131ndan ben de sava\u015f a\u00e7ay\u0131m diye torba torba para ak\u0131tm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong><em>\u201cAraba Konak\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Osmanl\u0131 hazine postas\u0131na sald\u0131r\u0131 bu ser\u00fcvenlerden biridir.<br \/>\nFakat Bulgar askeri tarihinde halk\u0131n kendini kahramanca feda etmeye haz\u0131r oldu\u011fu ya da feda etti\u011fi bir durum ve olay ya\u015fanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1876 Nisan Ayaklanmas\u0131nda Panag\u00fcri\u015fte b\u00f6lgesinde k\u00f6yl\u00fclere para verip ancak kul\u00fcbelerini yakt\u0131rabilmi\u015fler.<br \/>\nKopriv\u015ftitsa kasabas\u0131nda komitac\u0131 \u00f6nc\u00fclerin isyana ihanet etti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131nca, hepsi yakalanm\u0131\u015f ve halk taraf\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk askerine teslim edilmek istenmi\u015ftir. Komitac\u0131lar ka\u00e7may\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131nca ise, yerli halk Osmanl\u0131 devletine para \u00f6deyerek g\u00fcnah\u0131n\u0131n af edilmesini istemi\u015ftir. Yani \u00f6denmi\u015f bir hesaptan, halk kahramanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak \u00e7ok zor.<br \/>\n<strong>Batak masal\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7 y\u00fcz\u00fc.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><strong>\u201cBatak katliam\u0131\u201d<\/strong> <\/em>olay\u0131 ya\u015fanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat Leh ressam A. Markovski, ana sima yerinde e\u015fini resmederek bir cami i\u00e7inde 4.5-2.5 metre bir i\u015fkence tablosu \u00e7izmi\u015f ve Avrupa ba\u015fkentlerinde y\u00fcksek fiyatla satmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve Amerikal\u0131 gazeteci Dz. A. Makgahan da kanl\u0131 Batak masal\u0131 anlatan kitab\u0131n\u0131 bu esinle yazm\u0131\u015f ve Vikt\u00f6r Hugo\u2019dan Lev Tolstoy\u2019a kadar ayd\u0131n d\u00fcnya <strong><em>\u201cOsmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n mazlum halka ettiklerini\u201d<\/em><\/strong> lanetlemeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 konuda f\u0131r\u00e7a darbeleri yapan ba\u015fka bir Lef ressam da Antoni Piotrovski\u2019dir. Belirtmek yerinde olur bu ressamlar\u0131n ikisi de Osmanl\u0131\u2019ya ayak basmam\u0131\u015f ve Batak b\u00f6lgesini g\u00f6rmemi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nBu \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lan ve para ve \u015fahsi \u00e7\u0131kar i\u00e7in piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclen tablolar\u0131n hepsi bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Avrupa Birli\u011fi y\u00f6netimi taraf\u0131ndan <strong><em>\u201chalklar aras\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k a\u015f\u0131lad\u0131klar\u0131\u201d<\/em><\/strong> i\u00e7in yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nAyr\u0131ca bu tablolar\u0131n, II. Abd\u00fclhamid bir s\u00fcre \u0130stanbul\u2019da ya\u015fayan, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 kabul eden, as\u0131l ad\u0131 Mihail \u00c7aykovsky olan, Osmanl\u0131\u2019da Sad\u0131k Pa\u015fa olarak bilinen Polonyal\u0131 bir mason taraf\u0131ndan esinlendirilerek \u00e7izildi\u011fini de belirtmek yararl\u0131 olabilir. O y\u0131llarda halklar\u0131 birbirine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7ler her\u015feyi kuland\u0131klar\u0131 gibi sanat\u0131 da kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<br \/>\nO zaman art\u0131k Zahari Stoyanov\u2019un iyi bir gazeteci ve devlet memuru y\u0131llar\u0131nda kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong><em>\u201cBulgar Ayaklanmalar\u0131ndan Notlar\u201d<\/em><\/strong> eseri \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, fakat i\u00e7inde Batak isyan ve katliam\u0131na ili\u015fkin bir \u015fey yoktur.<br \/>\nNe var ki, o Halk Meclisi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve Prens I. Ferdinand\u2019dan sonra devletin siyasetini belirleyen ve y\u00f6nlendiren ikinci adam olunca, devlet politikas\u0131nda fig\u00fcr olmu\u015f <em><strong>\u201cBatak\u201d<\/strong><\/em> ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yeni bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm yazarak, eserinin ikinci bask\u0131s\u0131na ilave etmi\u015ftir. Bunu ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar iyi bilir.<br \/>\nBu olay 1885\u2019te Bulgar Prensli\u011finin Do\u011fu Rumeli ile birle\u015fmesinden, \u00e7ocukluk hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 atlatmas\u0131ndan, devlet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131ndan ve devletin Prenslikten \u00c7arl\u0131\u011fa ge\u00e7meye haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. H\u0131zla silahlanan Bulgaristan, <strong><em>\u201cmilli sorunlar\u0131n\u0131\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>sava\u015fla \u00e7\u00f6zmeye haz\u0131rlanmaktad\u0131r. Devlet, \u201cayaklanmalar\u0131\u201d Bulgar tarihinin en parlak sayfalar\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmekte ve tarihi parlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Devlet \u201c\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck u\u011fruna\u201d Bulgar halk\u0131n\u0131n beraberce fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olaylar aramaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fte o zaman, uydurma Batak \u0130syan\u0131,<\/strong> Batak \u0130syan\u0131n\u0131n uydurma silahl\u0131 kahramanlar\u0131, Bu kahramanlar\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcme haz\u0131r sava\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ve topluca hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 feda etmelerine gerek do\u011fmu\u015ftur.\u201d Bu gerek ile birlikte Zahari Stoyanov kaleme sar\u0131l\u0131r ve \u015funlar\u0131 yaz\u0131p eserinin ikinci bask\u0131s\u0131na ekler.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u201cBatak \u0130syan\u0131 yalan\u0131, 1878\u2019den sonra Bulgaristan\u2019\u0131n en zenginlerinden biri olan Batak kasabas\u0131 ileri gelenlerinden olan Pet\u0131r Goranov\u2019un ailesinden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nKomitac\u0131 yazar Zahari Stoyanov bu \u015fahs\u0131n otoritesini b\u00fcy\u00fctmek i\u00e7in ad\u0131n\u0131 <em><strong>\u201cNotlar\u0131na\u201d<\/strong><\/em> ilave etmi\u015ftir. D\u00fcnya tarihinde isyanlardan \u00f6nce isyanlar\u0131n ideleri ve hedefleri, kahramanlar\u0131n hayalleri yaz\u0131l\u0131r. 1876 Bulgar Nisan Ayaklanmas\u0131ndan \u00f6nce bu konularda Bulgar romanlar\u0131 yaz\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Simgesine Bulgar milli dogma ve \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fc oturtulan \u0130van Vazov\u2019un 1881-1884 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Plovdiv\u2019te kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong><em>\u201cUnutulanlar\u0131n Destan\u0131\u201d<\/em><\/strong> eserinde Batak\u2019tan s\u00f6z edilmemi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nEserdeki simalara ilham kayna\u011f\u0131 V.
