Arap\u00e7a&#8217;da bu \u015fekilde kesilen\u00a0 hayvana udhiyye denilir.&#8221;\u00a0<em>(\u0130lmihal\u00a0 2, TDV, s.1)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kurban, insan\u0131n Allah&#8217;a yakla\u015fmas\u0131na ve O&#8217;nun r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kazanmas\u0131na vesile olan bir ibadettir. &#8220;Kurban&#8221; kelimesinde bu mana vard\u0131r. \u0130nsan kurban kesmekle \u0130brahim Peygamber (a.s.) gibi Allah&#8217;a ve O&#8217;nun emirlerine ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, gerekirse O&#8217;nun r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kazanmak i\u00e7in her fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011fa katlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p>Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her i\u015fte ve ibadette oldu\u011fu gibi kurban ibadetinde de niyetin \u00f6nemli bir yeri vard\u0131r. Nitekim Y\u00fcce Allah \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Onlar\u0131n ne etleri, ne de kanlar\u0131 Allah&#8217;a ula\u015fmaz. Fakat sizin takvan\u0131z (<\/strong>yani Allah&#8217;a olan samimi sayg\u0131n\u0131z)<strong>\u00a0O&#8217;na ula\u015f\u0131r. Allah, onlar\u0131 bu \u015fekilde size boyun e\u011fdirdi ki, size\u00a0<\/strong>(onlar\u0131 emriniz alt\u0131na\u00a0alma)<strong>\u00a0yol<\/strong>(unu)<strong>\u00a0g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi i\u00e7in Allah&#8217;\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc hayk\u0131r\u0131n\u0131z. Esasen kurban\u0131 di\u011fer hayvan kesimlerinden ay\u0131ran da budur. Niyette aslolan kalbin niyetidir, dil ile a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a s\u00f6ylenmesi gerekmez.&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(\u0130lmihal II, TDV, s.8)\u00a0 <\/em>Kesece\u011fimiz kurbanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131nda makbul olabilmesi i\u00e7in niyetimize \u00e7ok dikkat etmeli, bu ibadetimizde sadece, et elde etme veya adet yerini bulsun gibi, ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir niyet veya maksada g\u00f6nl\u00fcm\u00fczde yer vermemeli, kurban\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sadece Y\u00fcce Allah&#8217;\u0131n ho\u015fnutlu\u011funu kazanmak ve O&#8217;nun bize olan sonsuz nimetlerini bir \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr ni\u015fanesi olarak kesmeliyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Her g\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada say\u0131s\u0131z hayvan kesilir ve bundan \u00e7o\u011funlukla varl\u0131kl\u0131 kimseler yararlan\u0131r. Halbuki kurban bayram\u0131nda kesilen kurbanlardan daha \u00e7ok yoksullar ve hay\u0131r kurumlar\u0131 istifade eder. Kurban bir gelenek de\u011fil, kitap ve s\u00fcnnetle me\u015fr\u00fbiyeti sabit olan bir ibadettir. Kurban da zekat gibi Hicretin ikinci y\u0131l\u0131nda me\u015fru k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0 Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim&#8217;de \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruluyor:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Rabbin i\u00e7in namaz k\u0131l, kurban kes&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(Kevser, 108\/2)<\/em>\u00a0buyrulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcmmeti de kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve gereklilik bildirdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndedir. Ayr\u0131ca Hz. Peygamber&#8217;in bir\u00e7ok hadisinde hali vakti yerinde olanlar\u0131n kurban kesmesi emredilmi\u015f veya tavsiye edilmi\u015f, hatta\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Kim imk\u00e2n\u0131 oldu\u011fu halde kurban kesmezse bizim mescidimize yakla\u015fmas\u0131n\u00a0!&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(\u0130bn Mace, Edahi, 2;\u00a0 Ahmed b. Hanbel, M\u00fcsned, 2, 321). <\/em>Peygamberimiz kurban\u0131 tavsiye ederlerken kendileri bizzat kurban keserek de \u00f6rnek olmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Dinen aranan \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan kimselerin kurban kesmeleri Hanefi mezhebinde a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe ve baz\u0131 m\u00fcctehit imamlara g\u00f6re vacip, fakihlerin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funa g\u00f6re m\u00fcekked s\u00fcnnettir. Bir kimsenin kurban kesmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc say\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt \u015fart aran\u0131r: 1-M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmak, 2-Ak\u0131ll\u0131 ve bulu\u011fa ermi\u015f olmak, 3-Yolcu olmamak, yani mukim olmak, 4-Belirli bir\u00a0mali\u00a0g\u00fcce sahip bulunmak.<\/p>\n<p>Dinen yolcu h\u00fckm\u00fcnde olan kimse kurban kesmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc de\u011fildir.\u00a0Ancak yolcu h\u00fckm\u00fcnde bulunan kimsenin tek ba\u015f\u0131na veya mukimlerle birlikte kurban kesmesine bir engel yoktur.<\/p><div id=\"bghab-3124428882\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine-10-paragraf bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>Kurban kesmeyi vacip k\u0131lan zenginli\u011fin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc, zek\u00e2tta ve f\u0131t\u0131r sadakas\u0131nda aranan zenginlik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcyle ayn\u0131 olup ki\u015finin bor\u00e7lar\u0131 ve asli ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 20 miskal ( 85gr.) -ba\u015fka bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re ise 80.18gr.- alt\u0131na, ya da buna denk bir paraya veya mala sahip olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00a0<em>(\u0130lmihal II, TDV, s.4-5)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u0130badetlerde sorumluluk ve bu sorumlulu\u011fun bir neticesi olan ceza ve m\u00fck\u00e2fat da bireyseldir. Bu nedenle, dinen zengin olan kar\u0131-kocadan her birinin ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 kurban kesmesi uygun olur. Ki\u015fi, m\u00fclkiyetinde bulunan ve kurbanl\u0131k vasf\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan hayvan\u0131, kurban olarak kesebilir. Bu itibarla ister pe\u015fin ister taksitle olsun sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 hayvan ki\u015finin m\u00fclkiyetine ge\u00e7ti\u011finden, bu hayvan\u0131n kurban edilmesinde sak\u0131nca yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dinen kurban olarak kesilmesi\u00a0kabul\u00a0edilmi\u015f hayvan t\u00fcrleri \u015funlard\u0131r:\u00a0<strong>Koyun, ke\u00e7i, s\u0131\u011f\u0131r, manda ve deve.\u00a0<\/strong>Ancak bu hayvanlardan (veya t\u00fcrde\u015fleri) kurban kesilebilir. Tavuk, kaz, \u00f6rdek, deve ku\u015fu, ceylan gibi hayvanlar\u0131n kurban olarak kesilmesi ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir.Koyun ve ke\u00e7i sadece bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7in; deve s\u0131\u011f\u0131r ve manda ise yedi ki\u015fiyi a\u015fmamak \u00fczere ortakla\u015fa kurban olarak kesilebilir. Koyun ve ke\u00e7i cinsinden hayvanlar bir ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurduktan sonra kurban edilebilir. S\u0131\u011f\u0131r ve manda cinsinden hayvanlar iki ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131, deve ise be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra kurban olarak kesilebilirler.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0<em>(\u0130lmihal II, TDV, s.6-7, k\u0131salt\u0131larak al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.)<\/em> &#8220;Kurban edilecek hayvan\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, d\u00fczg\u00fcn, azalar\u0131 tamam, besili olmas\u0131 hem ibadetin gaye ve mahiyetine hem de sa\u011fl\u0131k kurallar\u0131na uygun d\u00fc\u015fer.&#8221;\u00a0<em>(\u0130lmihal II, TDV, s.7)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcm derecesinde hasta, zay\u0131f ve d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcn, baz\u0131 azalar\u0131 eksik mesela bir veya iki g\u00f6z\u00fc k\u00f6r, kulaklar\u0131 ve boynuzlar\u0131 k\u00f6k\u00fcnden kesilmi\u015f, dili kesik, di\u015flerinin tamam\u0131 veya \u00e7o\u011fu d\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, kuyru\u011fu ve memesi kesik hayvanlar kurban olmaz. Ancak hayvan\u0131n do\u011fu\u015ftan boynuzsuz, \u015fa\u015f\u0131, topal ve deli, biraz hasta, bir kula\u011f\u0131 delinmi\u015f veya y\u0131rt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131nda kurban a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir sak\u0131nca yoktur. Koyunun daha semiz ve lezzetli olmas\u0131 maksad\u0131yla do\u011fdu\u011funda kuyru\u011funun k\u0131smen veya tamamen kesilmesi kusur say\u0131lmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Kurban\u0131n sahih olabilmesi i\u00e7in; belirlenmi\u015f vakit i\u00e7inde kesilmesi, yani kurban bayram\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn\u00fc bayram namaz\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00fcn\u00fcn ak\u015fam\u0131na kadar ki s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda kesilmesi gerekir. Elinden geldi\u011fi s\u00fcrece her m\u00fckellefin kurban\u0131n\u0131 kendisinin kesmesi menduptur, de\u011filse bir ba\u015fkas\u0131na vek\u00e2let verip kestirir. Kurban sahibinin kesim esnas\u0131nda orada haz\u0131r bulunmas\u0131 m\u00fcstehapt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00e7evre temizli\u011fi ve ekolojik dengenin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli tedbirler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kurban\u0131 kesen kimse hayvana eziyet vermemeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermeli, b\u0131\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 hayvana g\u00f6stermemeli ve keskin b\u0131\u00e7ak kullanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hayvan yere yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131nca \u015fu ayeti okur:<strong>&#8221; &#8220;De ki: \u015e\u00fcphesiz benim namaz\u0131m, kurban\u0131m, hayat\u0131m ve \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcm hepsi \u00e2lemlerin Rabbi Allah i\u00e7indir. O&#8217;nun hi\u00e7bir orta\u011f\u0131 yoktur; b\u00f6yle emrolundum ve ben m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ilkiyim.&#8221; \u00a0<\/strong><em>(Enam, 6\/162-163).<\/em>Daha sonra, tekbir ve tahlil getirir:\u00a0<strong>\u201cAll\u00e2hu Ekber, All\u00e2hu Ekber. L\u00e2 il\u00e2he illall\u00e2hu vall\u00e2hu ekber; All\u00e2hu Ekberu ve lill\u00e2hi\u2019l-hamd\u201d <\/strong>diyerek\u00a0 ara vermeden kurban\u0131n\u0131 keser. Bu ayet-i kerime ile duay\u0131 okumadan sadece, &#8220;<strong>Bismillahi Allah\u00fc Ekber<\/strong>,&#8221; yahut &#8220;<strong>Bismillah<\/strong>&#8221; deyip keserse yine caiz olur. Usul\u00fcne g\u00f6re bir kesim yapm\u0131\u015f olmak i\u00e7in, hayvan\u0131n yemek ve nefes borular\u0131yla iki \u015fah damar\u0131n\u0131n kesilmesi gerekir. M\u00fckellef ki\u015fi dilerse kurbandan sonra iki rek\u00e2t \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr namaz\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131p dua edebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Kurban etlerinden; ihtiya\u00e7 sahibi, fakir, muhta\u00e7, kesme imk\u00e2n\u0131 olmayan, uzak \u2013 yak\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn akraba ve kom\u015fular\u0131n faydalanmalar\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hz. Peygamber, kurban etinin \u00fc\u00e7e taksim edilip, bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn kurban kesmeyen yoksullara da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn akraba, tan\u0131d\u0131k ve kom\u015fularla payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, birinin de evde b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etmi\u015ftir.\u00a0<em>(Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, Dah\u00e2y\u00e2, 10). <\/em>Ailenin durumuna g\u00f6re etin tamam\u0131 da evde b\u0131rak\u0131labilir. Ancak, toplumda muhta\u00e7lar\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde kurban etinin \u00e7o\u011funun hatta tamam\u0131n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 uygun olur. Kurban\u0131n derisi, bir fakire veya hay\u0131r kurumuna verilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Kurban\u0131n r\u00fckn\u00fc, kurban edilmesi c\u00e2iz olan hayvanlardan birini kesmek oldu\u011fundan, hayvan\u0131 kesmeden canl\u0131 olarak veya bedelini yoksula vermekle kurban ibadeti yerine getirilmi\u015f olmaz, bu ancak sadaka olur.<\/p>\n<p>Peygamberimiz k\u0131z\u0131 Hz. F\u00e2t\u0131ma&#8217;ya :&#8221;<strong>Kurban\u0131n kesilirken orada haz\u0131r bulun. Zira i\u015flemi\u015f oldu\u011fun her g\u00fcnah, kurban\u0131n kan\u0131ndan ilk damlas\u0131 yere d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, ba\u011f\u0131\u015flan\u0131r.<\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0<em>(Et-Tergib ve&#8217;t-Terh\u00eeb, Beyrut, 1968, c. 2,\u00a0 s. 154<strong>)\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>buyurmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fckellef ki\u015fi kendisi kesemiyorsa ehil olan birisine kestirmelidir. Hayvan kesmede ehil olmayan yani bunu beceremeyen kimseler, hayvana eziyet ederler ki,\u00a0 bu haramd\u0131r, g\u00fcnaht\u0131r. Bir ibadet yap\u0131l\u0131rken g\u00fcnah i\u015flenmez. Hemen her y\u0131l kurban bayram\u0131 g\u00fcnlerinde televizyon ekranlar\u0131na yans\u0131yan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler, seyredenlere b\u00fcy\u00fck rahats\u0131zl\u0131k vermektedir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin ortadan kalkmas\u0131, kurbanlar\u0131n ehil olan kimseler taraf\u0131ndan kesilmesine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Ehil kimse bulamayanlar kurbanlar\u0131n\u0131\u00a0 mezbahalarda kestirmelidirler. Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunanlardan kurbanlar\u0131n\u0131 memleketlerinde kestirmek isteyenler, bir tan\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131na vek\u00e2let vermek suretiyle kurbanlar\u0131n\u0131 kestirebilirler. B\u00f6yle yapt\u0131klar\u0131 takdirde hem kurbanlar\u0131 kesilmi\u015f, hem de daha iyi de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015f olur.
