STK alan\u0131ndan sosyal hizmetler tedarik\u00e7ilerine hizmet verdikleri insanlar\u0131n ki\u015fisel bilgilerine eri\u015fim hakk\u0131 veren maddeler iptal edildi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u015fit olmayan vatanda\u015flara sosyal hizmetlerden yararlanan ebeveynlere k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar da kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
