Allah onu en g\u00fczel surette yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nsan, bu de\u011ferini kendi yap\u0131p ettikleriyle koruyup geli\u015ftirebilir ve b\u00f6ylece \u00fcst\u00fcn dereceler elde edebilir. Erke\u011fi ve di\u015fiyi yaratan Allah\u2019t\u0131r.\u00a0Allah diledi\u011fi anne ve babaya erkek, yine diledi\u011fine de k\u0131z \u00e7ocuk verir. Ayn\u0131 cinsten yarat\u0131lan kad\u0131n olmadan \u00fcreme, yani hayat olmaz<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan denince kad\u0131n da buna d\u00e2hil oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, kad\u0131n\u0131n da topraktan, yani erkekle ayn\u0131 as\u0131ldan yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilmi\u015ftir. Bu husus daha a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde \u015f\u00f6yle belirtilmi\u015ftir:\u00a0\u201cSize kendi cinsinizden e\u015fler yaratmas\u0131, Allah\u2019\u0131n ayetlerindendir\u2026\u201d(Nahl, 16\/72; Rum 30\/21; \u015eura, 42\/11)\u00a0 \u201cEy insanlar! Sizi bir tek nefisten yaratan ve onun cinsinden de e\u015fini yaratan; ikisinden bir\u00e7ok erkek ve kad\u0131n (meydana getirip) yayan Rabbinize kar\u015f\u0131 gelmekten sak\u0131n\u0131n\u2026\u201d(Nisa, 4\/1.)\u00a0\u201cEy \u0130nsanlar sizi bir erkek ve bir kad\u0131ndan yaratt\u0131k\u201d(\u00a0Hucurat, 49\/13.) Bu ayetler, erkek ve kad\u0131n\u0131n topraktan, insan cinsinden yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kad\u0131n\u0131n erke\u011fin bir par\u00e7as\u0131ndan yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yorumunun do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131,\u00a0\u00a0\u201ckad\u0131n\u0131n ve erke\u011fin bir cinsten yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d\u00a0ger\u00e7e\u011fini bizlere hat\u0131rlatmaktad\u0131r. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla Kur\u2019an, kad\u0131n\u0131, erke\u011fin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6ren anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 benimsemedi\u011fini ve kad\u0131n\u0131n yerinin erke\u011fin yan\u0131 oldu\u011funu ortaya koyar. Esasen kad\u0131nla ilgili Kur\u2019an ayetlerinin tamam\u0131nda bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n benimsendi\u011fi rahatl\u0131kla s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Kur\u2019an, daha d\u00fcnyaya g\u00f6zlerini a\u00e7ar a\u00e7maz k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 horlayan erkekleri sert bir dille k\u0131nam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 \u00d6te yandan k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 diri diri topra\u011fa g\u00f6menlerin bu cinayeti, \u015fiddetli bir tarzda yerilmi\u015f ve bu i\u015fi yapanlar sorumlu say\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kur\u2019an, ayn\u0131 cinsten gelen ve biri di\u011ferinin e\u015fi olarak yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bu iki ayr\u0131 insandan her birini \u201czevc\/e\u015f\u201d olarak isimlendirmi\u015ftir. Bu bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131, kad\u0131na bir ki\u015filik ve kimlik kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir. Adem ve e\u015fi, ayn\u0131 as\u0131ldan gelmi\u015f ve ayn\u0131 insan\u00ee \u00f6zelliklere sahip olan iki ayr\u0131 varl\u0131k olarak Cennette oturmaya lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Adem\u2019in e\u015fi, ona ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 bir varl\u0131k de\u011fil, ayr\u0131 ki\u015fili\u011fi ve duygular\u0131 olan bir insand\u0131r. Ancak onun bu farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, onlar\u0131 birbirilerine d\u00fc\u015fman k\u0131lacak \u015fekilde de\u011fil, aksine onlar\u0131 yakla\u015ft\u0131racak \u00f6zelliktedir. E\u011fer bir kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f\u0131, erkekten daha iyi ise elbette ondan daha \u00fcst\u00fcn kabul edilecektir. Hem d\u00fcnyada hem de ahirette y\u00fcksek dereceler elde etmenin, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve bunun, kad\u0131n veya erkek olmakla ili\u015fkisi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k bir dille Kur\u2019an\u2019da ifadesini bulmaktad\u0131r.( Mu\u2019min, 40\/40; Zuhruf, 43\/70; Nahl, 16\/97.) \u0130slam, insan\u0131n hem bu d\u00fcnyada hem de ahirette mutlu olmas\u0131n\u0131n yolunu g\u00f6sterir ve bunu sa\u011flayacak bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrmesini ondan ister.\u00a0\u201cErkek veya kad\u0131n, kim m\u00fcmin olarak g\u00fczel bir i\u015f yaparsa, onu mutlaka g\u00fczel bir hayat ile ya\u015fat\u0131r\u0131z\u2026..\u201d(Nahl, 16\/97.) Cennete iyi kad\u0131nlar ve iyi erkekler girecektir ve bunun oran olarak erkeklerden az oldu\u011fu konusunda Kur\u2019an\u2019da bir ifade yoktur.\u00a0M\u00fcsl\u00fcman, m\u00fcmin taata devam eden, do\u011fru, sab\u0131rl\u0131, m\u00fctevazi, sadaka veren, oru\u00e7 tutan, namusunu koruyan ve Allah\u2019\u0131 \u00e7ok zikreden erkek ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hepsine Allah ma\u011ffiret ve b\u00fcy\u00fck sevap haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Erke\u011fin kad\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00fcst\u00fcn taraflar\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi kad\u0131n\u0131n da erke\u011fe g\u00f6re \u00fcst\u00fcn taraflar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsana bu \u00f6zellikleri veren yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Bu, insan\u0131n ba\u015fkalar\u0131na zul\u00fcm yapmas\u0131n\u0131 b\u00f6b\u00fcrlenmesini ve kendini \u00fcst\u00fcn g\u00f6rmesini gerektirmez. Kur\u2019an\u2019a g\u00f6re Allah insana verdi\u011fi bu imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n \u015f\u00fckr\u00fcn\u00fc eda etmelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan sorumlu bir varl\u0131kt\u0131r. Kur\u2019an, kad\u0131na eme\u011fi konusunda da haks\u0131zl\u0131k yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 ilkesini benimsenmi\u015f ve kad\u0131n\u0131n eme\u011finin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alma hakk\u0131 vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kur\u2019an\u2019a g\u00f6re, kad\u0131n ve erkek birbirilerini tamamlayan varl\u0131klar olarak yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201c\u2026\u00a0Onlar sizin elbisenizdir. Siz de onlar\u0131n elbisesisiniz\u2026\u201d(Bakara, 2\/187.) ayetinden bunu anl\u0131yoruz. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman erkek ve kad\u0131n evlenip aile kurarak kar\u015f\u0131 cinse olan ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 me\u015fru yoldan kar\u015f\u0131lar. Ki\u015finin kendi cinsinden biriyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015fmas\u0131, insan\u0131n huzura (s\u00fck\u00fbn) kavu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ve dostluklar\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Elbise ile v\u00fccudun b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi gibi, kad\u0131n, erke\u011fi, erkek de kad\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015ftururlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n kad\u0131na erke\u011fin yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar de\u011fer verdi\u011fi \u015feklindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kur\u2019an ayetleri ve Hz. Peygamber\u2019in uygulamalar\u0131 dikkatle incelendi\u011fi zaman, kad\u0131n\u0131n erke\u011fin yar\u0131s\u0131 veya eksik\u00a0 \u00a0kabul edilmesiyle ilgili bir husus bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Hz. Peygamber, kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ikinci pl\u00e2na atmak yahut dikkate almamak \u015f\u00f6yle dursun, onlar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine de erkeklerin ki\u00a0kadar de\u011fer vermi\u015ftir. Siy\u00e2si tutuklular\u0131n aff\u0131 i\u00e7in arac\u0131l\u0131k yapan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu isteklerini yerine getiren Hz. Peygamber devrinde kad\u0131n, hayat\u0131n i\u00e7indedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, ticaret, siyaset ve sava\u015f gibi konularda erkeklerin yan\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda yer alan kad\u0131nlar bulunmaktad\u0131r. Durumu uygun olan kad\u0131nlar, Cuma ve bayram namazlar\u0131 da d\u00e2hil, Hz. Peygamber\u2019le beraber erkekler gibi namaz k\u0131lm\u0131\u015flar, mescit ve musallada Hz. Peygamber\u2019in kendilerine \u00f6zel vakit ay\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim konusunda erkeklerden geri kalmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bunun sonucu Hz. Peygamber devri toplumunda erkeklerle tart\u0131\u015fabilen, onlar\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekinmeden ortaya koyan ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara yol g\u00f6steren b\u00fcy\u00fck kad\u0131n \u00e2limler yeti\u015fmi\u015ftir. Burada, \u0130sl\u00e2m d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ilm\u00ee tenkit\u00e7ili\u011fin ba\u015flamas\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fimiz Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe\u2019nin ismini hat\u0131rlatmadan ge\u00e7emeyiz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam\u2019la beraber kad\u0131nlar, ailelerine veya stat\u00fclerine bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n, art\u0131k toplumun tam ferdi olarak kabul edilmi\u015f ve \u00f6nceden sadece erkeklere tan\u0131nan bir\u00e7ok hakk\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrce kullanmaya dinen ve hukuken hak kazanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli olaylara aktif kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 Hz. Muhammed taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6zellikle te\u015fvik edilmi\u015f, kad\u0131nlar hicretlere ve biatlara (antla\u015fmalara) d\u00e2hil edilmi\u015flerdir. Kad\u0131nlar, biat sistemi ile kendi hayatlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda karar verme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sahip olmu\u015flar ve o d\u00f6nemde M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7mek gibi zor bir karar\u0131 hi\u00e7bir erke\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n vermi\u015flerdir. Kad\u0131nlara en temel ve karar al\u0131nacak konularda se\u00e7im hakk\u0131 verilmi\u015f, baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n zannetti\u011fi gibi erkeklerin s\u00f6z\u00fc yeterli g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6rt halife d\u00f6neminden hemen sonra ba\u015flayan Emevi d\u00f6nemiyle ciddi bozulmalar ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f, kad\u0131nlar \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n kendilerine verdikleri haklar\u0131 kaybetmeye ve cahiliye d\u00f6nemindeki yap\u0131ya d\u00f6nmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n toplum i\u00e7indeki aktif ya\u015famlar\u0131, fikirlerini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a s\u00f6ylemeleri, yeri geldi\u011finde sava\u015f alanlar\u0131nda bile bulunmalar\u0131 Peygamberin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra de\u011fi\u015fmeye ve Muaviye\u2019nin y\u00f6netime gelmesiyle birlikte yok olmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Abbasi d\u00f6neminde kad\u0131nlar sosyal hayat\u0131n bir\u00e7ok alan\u0131ndan \u00e7ekilmi\u015f, evlerinin d\u00f6rt duvar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ya\u015famaya mecbur edilmi\u015flerdir. Bu d\u00f6nemle birlikte ba\u015flayan Sasani k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn de etkisi ile haremlik-selaml\u0131k sisteminin uygulanmaya ba\u015flanmas\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n evlere hapsedilmesi, hatta kad\u0131nlar\u0131n fitne sebebi olduklar\u0131na dair iddialar\u0131n toplumda yerle\u015fmesi, yine Sasani ve Bizans imparatorluklar\u0131ndaki b\u00fcy\u00fck haremlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n pe\u00e7e takmas\u0131 gibi uygulamalar\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarca da benimsenmesi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin birbirlerini etkilemelerine \u00f6rnektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam \u00fclkelerinde, Peygamberimizden sonra kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bir\u00e7ok hakk\u0131 gaspedilmi\u015f olmakla beraber, \u00f6zellikle ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerdeki d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ba\u015fka yerleriyle mukayese edilince, baz\u0131 olumlu \u00f6rnekler de g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir. Fakat Peygamberimizin zaman\u0131nda aktif olarak hayat\u0131n i\u00e7inde olan, d\u00f6nemin yap\u0131labilecek her i\u015f kolunda yer alan, gerekti\u011finde sava\u015f meydanlar\u0131nda bile sava\u015fabilen, doktor ve t\u00fcccar olabilen, kendi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sahip olan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131n ile k\u0131yaslad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Peygamberimizden sonraki d\u00f6nemde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bir\u00e7ok haklar\u0131n\u0131 yitirdikleri apa\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p><div id=\"bghab-1937853419\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine-15-paragraf bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>H\u00fclasa; \u0130slam\u2019da kad\u0131n muhteremdir, sayg\u0131ya ve \u015fefkate lay\u0131kt\u0131r. Kad\u0131n, yuvay\u0131 yapan di\u015fi ku\u015f, erke\u011fi dizginleyen kontrol mekanizmas\u0131d\u0131r. Erkekle kad\u0131n bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn yar\u0131s\u0131 gibidirler, biri olmaks\u0131z\u0131n di\u011feri yar\u0131md\u0131r, mutsuzdur. Kad\u0131n, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n devam\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli akt\u00f6r, sevginin sembol\u00fc, hanelerimizin g\u00fcl\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130slam\u2019a g\u00f6re; Allah kat\u0131nda kul olarak erkekle kad\u0131n e\u015fittir, \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck Allah\u2019a kul olma, teslimiyet ve takvadad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n h\u00fcr bireydir, tercih ve se\u00e7me hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u0130lim \u00f6\u011frenmek (okumak, e\u011fitim almak) erke\u011fe oldu\u011fu gibi kad\u0131na da farzd\u0131r. Kad\u0131n evlatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n muallimi, erkeklerin s\u0131\u011f\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 liman\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130slam kad\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcceltmi\u015f, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in;\u00a0 \u201cCennet annelerin ayaklar\u0131 alt\u0131ndad\u0131r\u201d\u00a0 s\u00f6z\u00fc bunu somutla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, di\u011fer taraftan Cennet\u2019i kazanabilmenin yolunun kad\u0131n\u0131n(annenin) kalbini kazanma, g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc alma, duas\u0131n\u0131 alma, bedduas\u0131n\u0131 almamadan ge\u00e7ti\u011fini yery\u00fcz\u00fcne ilan etmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n eme\u011fi \u00f6denmez, kad\u0131na zulmeden de Cennet\u2019e giremez.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fiddet uygulan\u0131yor, kad\u0131n a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lan\u0131yorsa bunun su\u00e7u \u0130slam\u2019da de\u011fil, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 ve Peygamberi anlamayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlardad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n anneli\u011fi zul (utan\u0131lacak \u015fey) g\u00f6rmeyecek, erkek de kad\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6lele\u015ftirmeyecektir. Hazz\u0131 ve \u015fehveti pompalayanlar\u0131n hedefi; tatminsizlik, aileyi, ar ve namus duygular\u0131n\u0131 yok etmektir.
