Balkanlardan g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeni, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n panslavist ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n tesiriyle olu\u015fan T\u00fcrk d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.23 1877-1878 sava\u015f\u0131 esnas\u0131nda Ruslar, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7e zorlayacak etkili planlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koyarlar.24 Ruslar\u0131n deste\u011fini alan Balkan kavimleri o co\u011frafyada ya\u015fayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman topluluklara i\u015fkenceye ba\u015flarlar. Bu topraklarda y\u00f6netimi ele ge\u00e7iren h\u00e2kim g\u00fc\u00e7ler, bu co\u011frafyada M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrklere ya\u015fama hakk\u0131 tan\u0131mazlar.25 \u0130\u015fkence ve katliamlar katlan\u0131lmaz bir h\u00e2l al\u0131nca halk zorunlu olarak g\u00f6\u00e7e ba\u015flar. Kendisi de bu tarihteki g\u00f6\u00e7 kafilelerinden biriyle \u0130stanbul\u2019a gelen Galip Sertel \u015fiirlerinde bu tarihsel s\u00fcreci dramatize eder.Galip Sertel \u201cVe Dobruca \u201889\u201d \u015fiirinde \u00f6z yurtlar\u0131 Dobruca y\u00f6resinden anayurt T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc tasvir eder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVe Dobruca\u2019n\u0131n k\u00f6yleri yepyeni<br \/>\nYeni kiremitler \u00f6rtm\u00fc\u015f evleri<br \/>\n\u00c7oluk \u00e7ocu\u011fu g\u00f6\u00e7 yollara d\u00f6km\u00fc\u015f<br \/>\nYollar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc gam keder \u00f6rtm\u00fc\u015f\u201d27<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nceki muhaceretlerde oldu\u011fu gibi, 1989 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bulgaristan\u2019dan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7 edilirken baz\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrkler o topraklardan g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek istemez, onca zulme ve bask\u0131ya ra\u011fmen \u00f6z yurt olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri topraklar\u0131 bir anda terk edemezler.
