Bulgaristan demir yolu a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en stratejik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturan 20 kilometrelik hat, T\u00fcrk \u015firketlerinin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ortakl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Sofya&#8217;y\u0131 Filibe&#8217;ye ba\u011flayan demir yolunun 20 kilometrelik Elin Pelin-Vakarel Demiryolu Hatt\u0131 ihalesini Cengiz \u0130n\u015faat ve Duygu M\u00fchendislik taraf\u0131ndan kurulan DZZD Cen-Duy Demiryolu Elin Pelin \u0130\u015f Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bulgaristan Ulusal Demiryolu Altyap\u0131s\u0131 \u015eirketi (NRIC) taraf\u0131ndan ihale edilen projenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda karar verildi. Sofya-Filibe hatt\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan demir yolu hatt\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyar avro b\u00fct\u00e7e ayr\u0131ld\u0131. Hatt\u0131n en \u00f6nemli etab\u0131n\u0131 ise Elin Pelin-Vakarel kesimi olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p><div id=\"bghab-3290302634\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u0130hale s\u00fcrecinde \u00c7in, T\u00fcrkiye, Yunanistan, \u0130talya, \u0130spanya, Portekiz, Polonya ve Bulgaristan\u2019dan 9 \u015firket yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130pi ise Cengiz \u0130n\u015faat ve Duygu M\u00fchendislik\u2019in kurdu\u011fu DZZD Cen-Duy Demiryolu Elin Pelin \u0130\u015f Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcsledi.<\/p>\n<p>72 ayda tamamlanacak 20 kilometrelik demiryolu hatt\u0131n\u0131n 7,68 kilometresini \u00e7ift t\u00fcp, 2 adet t\u00fcnel yap\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni Avusturya T\u00fcnel A\u00e7ma Metodu (NATM) olarak in\u015fa edilecek yap\u0131 tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise Bulgaristan&#8217;\u0131n en uzun demiryolu t\u00fcneli olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcnellerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda proje kapsam\u0131nda 8 k\u00f6pr\u00fc, 11 menfez ve yerle\u015fim yerlerinin oldu\u011fu yerlerde ise 700 metrelik ses duvar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak. Son 70 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde Bulgaristan\u2019da b\u00f6yle bir proje hayata ge\u00e7irilmedi. Son olarak 1949-1951 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Balkan Da\u011flar\u0131 ile Sredna Gora Da\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 birle\u015ftiren Koznitsa T\u00fcneli yap\u0131ld\u0131.
