(15) Orta \u00c7a\u011flar konusunu i\u015fleyen <strong>Pet\u0131r Petrov<\/strong> \u2018un bir u\u011fra\u015f\u0131s\u0131 olan bu eser, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir yard\u0131mc\u0131 ders kitab\u0131d\u0131r. Bu kitab\u0131 sipari\u015f eden BKP MK \u0130deolojik Sorunlar \u015eubesi , BKP, DSNM (komsomol), Vatan Cephesi, Sendikalar ve devlet memurlar\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan kurslarda kullanmak amac\u0131yla yazd\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. (16) Bu kitap <strong>1964\u2019e kadar 3 bask\u0131<\/strong> yapt\u0131. \u00a01964\u2019te 2 defa bas\u0131ld\u0131. Efsanele\u015fmi\u015f \u00f6yk\u00fclerden yararlanan tarih\u00e7i \u201c<strong>T\u00fcrk Esaret\u00e7iler Taraf\u0131ndan \u00c7al\u0131nan Kad\u0131n ve \u00c7ocuklar\u201d<\/strong> gibi etkileyici bir tabloya da yer vermi\u015ftir. Bu eserde \u201c<strong>Birinci Kitlesel M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>\u0130kinci Kitlesel M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>\u00c7epin Vadisinde M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>Razlog B\u00f6lgesinde M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong>\u201d ve ard\u0131ndan Nevre kop B\u00f6lgesinde ve sonunda da Orta Rodoplar\u2019da M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rma gibi b\u00f6l\u00fcmler vard\u0131r. \u201c<strong>De\u011fi\u015ftirilemez Tarih<\/strong>\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6l\u00fcmde yerli Rodop ahalisinin folklor ve dilini ele alan yaz\u0131lar yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1960 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan 3 ciltlik \u201c<strong>Bulgar Tarihi<\/strong>\u201d eserine bu fikirler dahil edilmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 1961\u2019de \u00e7\u0131kan 1. Ciltte <strong>Dimit\u0131r Angelov Orta Anadolu\u2019dan getirilen<\/strong> ve Edirne, Plovdiv (Filibe), Stara Zagora (Eski Zara) gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlere yerle\u015ftirilen \u201c<strong>T\u00fcrk n\u00fcfustan<\/strong>\u201d s\u00f6z etse de, (17)\u00a0 \u201c<strong>Osmanl\u0131 Devletinin Asimilasyon Siyaseti<\/strong>\u201d (18)\u00a0 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 alt b\u00f6l\u00fcmde, Osmanl\u0131 idaresinin \u201c<strong>H\u0131ristiyan n\u00fcfusu asimile etme siyasetini aras\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong>\u201d belirtiliyor. \u0130lgisiz bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmle \u015funlar anlat\u0131l\u0131yor: \u201c<strong>1656 y\u0131l\u0131nda son kitlesel M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rma ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bu \u00c7epin vadisi ahalisini kapsam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d (19) Burada anlat\u0131lan efsanede b\u00fcy\u00fck say\u0131da \u00f6l\u00fcden, <strong>218 adet y\u0131k\u0131lan kiliseden, 33 adet yak\u0131lan manast\u0131rdan s\u00f6z ediliyor<\/strong>. Al\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak Ct. Zahariev g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. (20) Ayr\u0131ca yeni bas\u0131lan \u201c<strong>Rodoplar\u2019da Bulgar M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n\u0131n Tarihi<\/strong>\u201d kitab\u0131na da i\u015faret ediliyor. (21) Bu eserdeki \u201c<strong>Bulgar Toptaklar\u0131nda T\u00fcrk S\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirmesi<\/strong>\u201d alt b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde de ayn\u0131 iddiaya rastl\u0131yoruz.(22)<\/p>\n<p>Rodoplar\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman n\u00fcfusla ilgili daha bu ilk ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda, bu ahaliye kendi i\u00e7in se\u00e7ti\u011fi isimle hitap etmeyip \u201c<strong>Bulgar M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d ad\u0131yla hitap edildi. Bu yazar ve bilim adamlar\u0131n\u0131n hepsi, kendilerinin uydurduklar\u0131, efsanelerden toplad\u0131klar\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ve XIX. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n as\u0131ls\u0131z delillerini, kendilerinin takt\u0131klar\u0131 yeni isimleri hi\u00e7 istisnas\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131ktan a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa hepsi tamamen otantik olarak kabul ettiler. Bununla birlikte, yazarlar, art\u0131k H\u0131ristiyan Bulgar \u00f6z bilincine eri\u015fmi\u015f olan, yerli halka \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 merkezden y\u00f6nlendirilen ve zor zorla kabul ettirmeyi ama\u00e7layan bir Osmanl\u0131 devlet siyaseti oldu\u011funu iddia ediyorlar. Rodop y\u00f6resi olay\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclkenin di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelerinden hepsine yayma yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da kendini belli etmi\u015ftir. Profesyonel tarih\u00e7ilerin her biri \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131rma siyasetiyle somut bir \u015fekilde ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olmu\u015f olsa da, onlar kendileri bilimin politik rejimin ama\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, temiz bilimselli\u011fi olmayan, bir propaganda \u00f6nlemine s\u00fcr\u00fcklendiklerinin bilincindeydiler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 May\u0131s 1962\u2019de Politik B\u00fcro\u2019nun<\/strong>\u00a0 \u201c<strong>T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe Kar\u015f\u0131 \u00d6nlemleri<\/strong>\u201d karar\u0131nda, Bulgar Bilimler Akademisi (BAN) \u201c<strong>Bulgar soy k\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong>\u201d ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 emredilirken, BKP MK\u00a0 \u201cPropaganda ve Ajitasyon\u201d <strong>\u015eubesine \u201cBulgar M\u00fcsl\u00fcm<\/strong>anlar\u0131\u201d aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma g\u00f6reviyle bir \u00f6zel yetkili atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. (23) 1962 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201c<strong>T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015fgalcilerin Asimilasyon Politikas\u0131<\/strong>\u201d derlemesi de yay\u0131nland\u0131. Bu eserin alt ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan biri olan \u201c<strong>XV-XIX y\u00fczy\u0131llar aras\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rma ve T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirme Belgeleri Derlemesi<\/strong>\u201d dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. (24) Ku\u015fkusuz \u00f6ncelikli kullan\u0131lan kaynaklar yerliydi. \u0130ki y\u0131l sonra 1964\u2019te ayn\u0131 eserin yeniden i\u015flenmi\u015f bask\u0131s\u0131 da d\u00fcnya y\u00fcz\u00fc g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Burada ama\u00e7, otantik folklor kullanma hevesiyle b\u00fct\u00fcn kitaptaki belgelerin ayn\u0131 ruhta kabul edilmesidir. Uzmanlar, bir H\u0131ristiyan Aziz olarak Balkanc\u0131 Yovo i\u00e7in \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen gerek\u00e7elerin Bulgar folklorunda yayg\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilir. Ger\u00e7ekten de Seres y\u00f6resinde b\u00f6yle bir \u015fark\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi, Stefan Verkovi\u00e7\u2019in 1860 y\u0131l\u0131nda Belgrat\u2019ta bas\u0131lan \u201c<strong>Makedon Bulgarlar\u0131n Halk \u015eark\u0131lar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d adl\u0131 derlemesinde ona yer verildi\u011fi bilinir. Ne ki g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kitle bilincinde yer alan versiyonun 1917\u2019de Pen\u00e7o Slaveykov taraf\u0131ndan derlenen \u201c<strong>\u015eark\u0131 Kitab\u0131<\/strong>\u201d sayfalar\u0131nda belirdi\u011fi de bilinir. Bu \u015fark\u0131n\u0131n otantikli\u011fi (orijinalli\u011fi) ve daha sonra uydurulan \u00f6yk\u00fcler her zaman ku\u015fku uyand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Edebiyat ele\u015ftirmeni Nikolay Aretov\u2019un da belirtti\u011fine g\u00f6re, \u201c<strong>Zorla M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong>\u201d efsanesine ve kitle bilincinde uyand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere ayn\u0131 anlam\u0131n y\u00fcklemesi; tam bu \u015fark\u0131n\u0131n edebiyat kitaplar\u0131nda ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 eserlerde her defas\u0131nda yer almas\u0131, de\u011fi\u015fik t\u00f6renlerde muntazam sahnede ezberden s\u00f6ylenmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren devlet politikas\u0131 geli\u015ftirildi. Yine bu \u015fark\u0131ya bas\u0131n yay\u0131n organlar\u0131nda devaml\u0131 \u00f6nemli yer ayr\u0131lmas\u0131; art\u0131k \u00e7ok pop\u00fcler olan metnin Pen\u00e7o Slaveykov gibi bir usta kalemiyle i\u015flenmesi gibi bir fakt\u00f6r\u00fc dikkate almadan anla\u015f\u0131lamaz. (26)\u00a0 Ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z derleme eserine \u201c<strong>Korova<\/strong>\u201d k\u00f6y\u00fcnden Papaz Metodi Draginov\u2019un sahte efsanesine de yer verilseydi, ger\u00e7ekten bir s\u00fcrpriz olurdu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durumda Osmanl\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n da geli\u015fi g\u00fczel yorumland\u0131\u011f\u0131na tan\u0131k oluyoruz. \u0130ki \u00f6nemli \u015fey telkin ediliyor: Bir, \u201cBulgar halk\u0131n\u0131n\u201d suyunu kurutmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan art niyetli, merkezden y\u00f6netilen, iyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f bir \u201c<strong>Osmanl\u0131 devlet politikas\u0131<\/strong>\u201d oldu\u011fu kafaya sokulmak isteniyor. \u0130kincisi de, bu politikan\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 devletinin kendisi taraf\u0131ndan planlanm\u0131\u015f bask\u0131 ve ter\u00f6r \u015fiddetiyle uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda, Pet\u0131r Petrov bu ve daha sonra yay\u0131nlanan eserlerinde, s\u00f6z\u00fcm ona <strong>\u201c Papaz Metodi Draginov\u2019un Efsanesi<\/strong>\u201d temelinde, 1666\u2019da \u00c7epin\u2019de olmak \u00fczere, Girit Adas\u0131n\u0131 almak i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen sava\u015fta yani \u00a0Osmanl\u0131 Venedik Sava\u015f\u0131 d\u00f6neminde, 1669\u2019da Rodoplar\u2019\u0131n ba\u015ftan sona yoksulla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sefille\u015fti\u011finde \u201c<strong>Rodop Bulgarlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong>\u201d zor kullanarak \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tezini kesin olarak\u00a0 kan\u0131tlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yine bu d\u00f6nemde, tarih bilimciler ve politik iktidar aras\u0131nda ve bu arada parti g\u00f6revlileri aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok enteresan enerji ak\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. 6 May\u0131s 1964\u2019te BKP MK \u201c<strong>Propaganda ve Ajitasyon \u00a0\u015eubesi<\/strong>\u201d bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015f tay yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu toplant\u0131da, tart\u0131\u015fmalar esnas\u0131nda, Pet\u0131r Petrov BKP Smolyan (Pa\u015fmakl\u0131) Parti \u0130l Komitesi Birinci sekreteri Nikola Palaga\u00e7ev\u2019e hem s\u00f6zde parti siyasetini \u201c<strong>\u00e7arp\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan<\/strong>\u201d dolay\u0131\u00a0 hem de \u201c<strong>Bulgar M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d konusunda \u201c<strong>liberalizm<\/strong>\u201d e\u011filimi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini ileri s\u00fcrerek sald\u0131r\u0131da bulunmu\u015ftur.(27)\u00a0 BKP MK \u0130l Komitesi\u2019nin Blagoevgrad (Yukar\u0131 Cuma) Geni\u015f Oturumundan sonra\u00a0 \u201c<strong>isim de\u011fi\u015ftirme i\u015fine hemen ba\u015flanmas\u0131 karar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu haber b\u00fct\u00fcn ilin k\u00f6y ve kasabalar\u0131nda y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m h\u0131z\u0131yla da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u201cKornitsa\u201d, \u201cBreznitsa\u201d, \u201cAvramovo\u201d, \u201cV\u0131lkovets\u201d, \u201cYakuruda\u201d, Ribnevo\u201d \u00a0ve di\u011fer yerle\u015fim yerlerinde kar\u015f\u0131 koyma haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201cRibnovo\u201d (Ribne) k\u00f6yl\u00fcleri k\u00f6y\u00fc abluka alt\u0131na al\u0131p yollar\u0131 keserken gelen yabanc\u0131lar\u0131 ta\u015f ve sopayla kovalam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. (28) Ne var ki, 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda Nikola Palaga\u00e7ev\u2019in izledi\u011fi siyaset \u00fcst\u00fcn gelir ve \u201c\u00e7arp\u0131k siyasi uygulaman\u0131n\u201d \u00f6n\u00fc al\u0131nabilmi\u015f, zor kullanarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilen isimler yine iade edilmi\u015ftir. (29) Ne ki bu ba\u015far\u0131 ge\u00e7icidir. Pet\u0131r Petrov\u2019un BKP MK \u201c<strong>Propaganda ve Ajitasyon<\/strong>\u201d \u015eubesine s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli yard\u0131mc\u0131 olarak atanmas\u0131 ve yeni \u00f6devlerle g\u00f6revlendirilmesi bir rastlant\u0131 de\u011fildir. (30)<\/p>\n<p>Petrov\u2019a \u201c<strong>Rodoplar \u2013 Bulgar Kalesidir<\/strong>\u201d kitabini bir daha basma \u00f6devinden ba\u015fka, 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir de \u201c<strong>Love\u00e7 (Lov\u00e7a) B\u00f6lgesinde M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong>\u201d kitab\u0131n\u0131 yazmas\u0131 \u00f6devi de verildi. Bu kitap parti il merkezinde yay\u0131nland\u0131. Petrov b\u00f6lgeye g\u00f6nderildi, her \u015feyin merkezden y\u00f6netildi\u011fi ve y\u00f6nlendirildi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. (31)<\/p>\n<p>Bu eserde de, Bulgarlar\u0131 birer birer \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmay\u0131 hedefleyen Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011funun resmi politikas\u0131 oldu\u011fu vs iddia edildi.
