Bu \u00f6zellikleri, onu di\u011fer k\u00fclt\u00fcr ortamlar\u0131ndan ay\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Zira her toplumun insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in bir zenginlik olan kendine ait sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferleri vard\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir toplumu di\u011ferlerinden ay\u0131ran da do\u011fal olan bu \u00f6zelliklerdir. Bu sosyal olgu <strong>\u0130slam Dini taraf\u0131ndan iyi bilindi\u011fi i\u00e7in onun kutsal kitab\u0131 olan Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim, <\/strong>farkl\u0131 din, dil, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, renk, co\u011frafya ve ekonomik g\u00fcce sahip olarak, \u201cinsan olmak\u201d ortak paydas\u0131 ile bulundu\u011fumuz <strong>yerk\u00fcrede bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde ya\u015famak zorunda oldu\u011fumuza dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n temelinde; farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcre, d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne ve ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imine sahip olan insan ve toplumlar\u0131n, birbirine tahamm\u00fcl etmesini \u00f6\u011frenerek bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 hayat\u0131na yans\u0131tmas\u0131 yatmaktad\u0131r. Di\u011fer yandan d\u00fcnya bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 ad\u0131na, bireyler ve toplumlar\u0131n, kendi g\u00f6rev, yetki ve sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 bilerek, di\u011fer insanlarla ilgili \u00f6n yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, ortadan kald\u0131rmas\u0131 elzemdir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130slam dini,<\/strong> Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131nda devam eden karga\u015fa, adaletsizlik, zul\u00fcm ve yanl\u0131\u015f inan\u00e7lar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in tevhid\u00ee ilkelerle ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu <strong>ilkelerin temeline insan\u0131 koymu\u015f, onu yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flar\u0131n en m\u00fckemmeli ve \u015fereflisi kabul ederek davetini insanlar\u0131 ikna \u00fczerine kurmu\u015ftur.<\/strong> Bunu da bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 merkeze alarak yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam dininin temel metinlerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda sava\u015f\u0131n teferruat, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n as\u0131l oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. <strong>\u0130slam\u2019da sava\u015f, ancak b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131 t\u00fckendi\u011finde bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bar\u0131\u015f, birey ve toplumlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan huzur ve g\u00fcven kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong> \u0130nsanlar aras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f ve g\u00fcven oldu\u011funda, sosyal hayat, denize at\u0131lan bir ta\u015f\u0131n meydana getirdi\u011fi dalgalar misali a\u00e7\u0131lmakta ve geni\u015flemektedir. Birey ve toplumlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da hayat\u0131n zenginli\u011fi ve geni\u015fli\u011fi, huzur ve mutluluk kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bar\u0131\u015f, insanl\u0131k ailesinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun arzu etti\u011fi sosyal bir olgudur. Zira <strong>insan, k\u00e2inat ve Yarat\u0131c\u0131 aras\u0131nda bulunan tabi\u00ee ve uyumlu ili\u015fki, insan\u0131 mutlu ve huzurlu k\u0131lar<\/strong>. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 varl\u0131k alan\u0131 ile ilgili en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir olumsuzluk insan\u0131 ciddi anlamda rahats\u0131z eder ve onun hayattan zevk almas\u0131n\u0131 engeller.<\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131n\u0131 \u201csilm\u201d(\u0633\u0644\u0645) k\u00f6k\u00fcnden alan ve bar\u0131\u015f anlam\u0131na gelen \u0130slam dininin nihai hedefinin, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 kurmak oldu\u011funu, getirdi\u011fi evrensel mesaj\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de \u201csilm\u201d(\u0633\u0644\u0645) gibi bar\u0131\u015f anlam\u0131na gelen \u201csulh\u201d(\u0635\u0644\u062d) k\u00f6k\u00fcnden t\u00fcremi\u015f yakla\u015f\u0131k 180 ayet vard\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> Bu ayetlerde, genel olarak bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in hay\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011funu haber vermekte, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde fitne, fesat ve bozgunculu\u011fun \u00f6nlenmesini, d\u00fczenin sa\u011flanarak can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011finin, hak ve adaletin temin edilmesini, insanlar\u0131n aras\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczeltilerek, kin ve d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131klar\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 emretmektedir. Bu k\u00f6kten t\u00fcretilmi\u015f ISLAH kelimesi, lay\u0131k olmak, onarmak, iyi olmak, d\u00fczeltmek, insanlar\u0131n aras\u0131n\u0131 bulup bar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak ve iyilik yapmak anlamlar\u0131na gelmektedir. \u015eu halde sulh, silm den daha geni\u015f bir anlam alan\u0131na sahiptir. Kur\u2019an\u2019daki ayetlerden hareketle, Allah\u2019\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara silmi, t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011fa ise sulhu emretti\u011fini s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerimde Allah, Peygamberlerini, kullar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki nimetini tamamlamak i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderdi\u011fini, bu tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 nimetin, insanlar\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f ve mutlulu\u011fa sevk eden \u0130slam dini oldu\u011funu bildirmi\u015ftir. Yine Kur\u2019an\u2019da, Hz. Peygamberin \u00e2lemlere rahmet olarak g\u00f6nderildi\u011fi haber verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bar\u0131\u015f, hem hayat\u0131n, hem de f\u0131tri bir din olan \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n asl\u0131ndan ve gereklerindendir. Dinin gayelerinden ilki olan, dinin kesinlikle yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerekli g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hususlar olan can, mal, din, ak\u0131l ve nesli korumay\u0131 ifade eden zarurat-\u0131 diniyyeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek, ancak bar\u0131\u015f ortam\u0131nda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nihai hedefi t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bar\u0131\u015f ve huzurunu temin etmek olan \u0130slam dini, insanlara ve hususiyle M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n esas al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 emreder: \u201cEy iman edenler! Hep birden bar\u0131\u015fa girin.\u201d( Bakara, 2\/208.) \u201cSulh(bar\u0131\u015f) daha hay\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d( Nis\u00e2, 4\/128.) \u201cZalimlerden ba\u015fkas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k yoktur.\u201d( Bakara, 2\/193.) \u201cE\u011fer onlar bar\u0131\u015fa y\u00f6nelirlerse sen de y\u00f6nel ve Allah\u2019a g\u00fcven\u201d (Enfal- 8\/61) Dinde, as\u0131l olan bar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, bu sebeple tahmin ve evham \u00fczere sava\u015f karar\u0131 al\u0131nmas\u0131 yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:\u201dAllah yolunda sefere \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda iyi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Size selam verene, d\u00fcnya hayat\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7ici menfaatine g\u00f6z dikerek,\u201dSen m\u00fc\u2019min de\u011filsin\u201d demeyin. Allah kat\u0131nda pek \u00e7ok ganimet vard\u0131r. \u00d6nceden siz de \u00f6yleydiniz, Allah size l\u00fctfetti. Peygamber (sav) bir\u00e7ok s\u00f6z\u00fcnde kendisinin bar\u0131\u015fsever bir zat ve \u201crahmet peygamberi\u201d oldu\u011fu belirterek devaml\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00f6n planda tutmu\u015ftur. Ayr\u0131ca O, insan\u0131n de\u011ferinin, say\u0131da, malda, sosyal stat\u00fcde ve kaba kuvvette olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, aksine g\u00fczel ahlakta, takvada ve karde\u015flik hukukuna riayette oldu\u011funu bildirerek yine bar\u0131\u015fa vurgu yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hz. Peygamber (sav), insanlara kendi problemlerini sulh yoluyla \u00e7\u00f6zmelerini tavsiye etmi\u015ftir. Yine aralar\u0131nda \u00e7eki\u015fme ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma olan insanlar\u0131n anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi konusunda yard\u0131mc\u0131 olunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de te\u015fvikte bulunmu\u015ftur. Hatta bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n namaz k\u0131lmak ve oru\u00e7 tutmaktan daha faziletli ve \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu \u015fu s\u00f6z\u00fcyle bildirmi\u015ftir: \u201cSize oru\u00e7, namaz ve sadakan\u0131n derecesinden daha \u00fcst\u00fcn olan \u015feyi haber vermeyeyim mi? Evet, (Ey Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc, s\u00f6yleyin!) dediler. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n aras\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczeltmektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki fesat bozukluk dini k\u00f6k\u00fcnden kaz\u0131r.\u201d (Tirmiz\u00ee, <em>S\u00fcnen, <\/em>\u201cEdep 58\u201d, \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Yay. \u0130stanbul 1992; Eb\u00fb Davud, <em>S\u00fcnen, <\/em>\u201cEdep 50\u201d, \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Yay. \u0130stanbul 1992.) \u00a0Hz. Peygamber bu hadisiyle insanlar aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7eki\u015fmenin temelinin fesat, nifak ve bozgunculuk oldu\u011funu anlatarak, onlardan uzak durulmas\u0131 gere\u011fini vurgulam\u0131\u015f ve hep birlikte bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n esas al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (sav) konu ile ilgili hadislerine genel olarak bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n esas al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131, sava\u015f\u0131n, istenmeyen bir durum oldu\u011fu, ancak sava\u015ftan ba\u015fka \u00e7are kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda da sab\u0131rl\u0131 olunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r<\/strong>. (M\u00fcslim, \u201cCihad 20) Bar\u0131\u015ftan yana olmayan insanlar\u0131n Allah taraf\u0131ndan sevilmedi\u011fi, toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in as\u0131ls\u0131z fakat arabulucu s\u00f6zler s\u00f6yleyenlerin yalanc\u0131 dahi say\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131, belirtilmi\u015ftir. Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve karde\u015flik hukukunun yara almamas\u0131 i\u00e7in M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n dillerini ve ellerini k\u00f6t\u00fc s\u00f6z ve fiillerden korumalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fi temel prensipler olarak dile getirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n bar\u0131\u015f dini olmas\u0131, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 esas almas\u0131 haks\u0131zl\u0131klar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda susmas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Zorunlu olmad\u0131k\u00e7a sava\u015fmamak, gerekti\u011finde de g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131rpmadan haks\u0131zl\u0131klara, zul\u00fcmlere dur diyebilme kararl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermek, bar\u0131\u015f ve huzuru bozanlara dersini verebilmektir. T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti, tarihteki \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n hamisi olma rol\u00fcn\u00fc tekrar \u00fcstlenmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn Suriye\u2019de devam eden Bar\u0131\u015f P\u0131nar\u0131 Harekat\u0131 vb. bunun g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bar\u0131\u015f ve huzuruna kasteden belalar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ter\u00f6rizm gelmektedir. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n da i\u015faret etti\u011fi \u00fczere, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 y\u0131ld\u0131r b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fc ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadele etmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye, DEA\u015e\u2019tan FET\u00d6\u2019ye, PKK\u2019dan El Kaide\u2019ye kadar d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en kalle\u015f ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin hedefi olmu\u015ftur. Ter\u00f6r eylemlerine on binlerce vatanda\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kurban vermi\u015ftir. M\u00fcttefiklerimizin ve dost bildi\u011fimiz \u00fclkelerin t\u00fcrl\u00fc ayak oyunlar\u0131na \u015fahit olduk. Ancak ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadele konusunda Suriye krizindeki kadar \u00e7ifte standarda, tutars\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa maruz kal\u0131nmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadele ediyoruz diye, ambargodan ekonomik yapt\u0131r\u0131mlara kadar akla hayale gelmedik tehditle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p><div id=\"bghab-1871984169\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine-15-paragraf bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin son att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131m\u0131n tek sebebi, Suriye\u2019nin kuzeyini ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinden temizlemek ve b\u00f6lgeyi ger\u00e7ek sahiplerine teslim etmektir. <strong>Bar\u0131\u015f P\u0131nar\u0131 Harek\u00e2t\u0131, \u201cbar\u0131\u015f dini olan \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 esas alma\u201d temel ilkesinin harekete ge\u00e7irilmesi, b\u00f6lgede bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n tesis edilmesi \u00e7abas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong> <strong>Ama\u00e7, \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek de\u011fil, insan\u0131, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcren ter\u00f6re dur diyebilme cesaretidir. Y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n bayraktarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapan \u015fanl\u0131 milletimiz, yekv\u00fccut halinde, hep beraber Mehmet\u00e7i\u011fimizin maddi-manevi yan\u0131ndad\u0131r. Peygamber oca\u011f\u0131ndaki, cihat meydan\u0131ndaki\u00a0 \u201cMehmet\u00e7iklerimize \u201cdua ediyorlar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bar\u0131\u015f P\u0131nar\u0131 Harek\u00e2t\u0131n\u0131n, \u201cK\u00fcrtleri hedef ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, DEA\u015e\u2019la m\u00fccadeleyi zaafa u\u011frataca\u011f\u0131, demografik yap\u0131y\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirece\u011fi, siyasi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc t\u0131kayaca\u011f\u0131\u201d iddialar\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi yans\u0131tmamaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrk\u2019m\u00fc\u015f, K\u00fcrt\u2019m\u00fc\u015f, Arap\u2019m\u0131\u015f asla ayr\u0131m yap\u0131lamaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu millet, \u201cYarat\u0131lan\u0131 Yaratan\u2019dan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc sevme\u201d k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle yo\u011furulmu\u015ftur. <strong>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetinin ve ordumuzun i\u015fi ter\u00f6ristlerledir.<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye, Suriye kaynakl\u0131 d\u00fczensiz g\u00f6\u00e7 ak\u0131n\u0131na en fazla maruz kalan siyasi, ekonomik ve sosyal olarak en a\u011f\u0131r bedelleri \u00f6demek durumunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkeler taraf\u0131ndan YPG-PYD ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc, me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
