Modern T\u00fcrk\u00e7enin Balkan \u00fclkelerinde ya\u015fayan soyda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar \u00f6zellikle \u00d6\u011fretmen, Rehber, Terc\u00fcman, K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Sanat faaliyetlerinde katk\u0131da bulunan temsilcilerimizden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bulgaristan Kuzey Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcney Do\u011fu T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00d6\u011fretmenler Derne\u011fi son y\u0131llarda T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Olimpiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n ama\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun olarak T\u00fcrk dilinin geli\u015fmesine ve yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131na yard\u0131m sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Bu durum T\u00fcrk\u00e7e E\u011fitim alma Bulgaristan&#8217;da ve T\u00fcrkiye deki \u00dcniversitelerde T\u00fcrk\u00e7e E\u011fitim almaya te\u015fvik etmektedir. T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ve D\u00fcnyada T\u00fcrk dili hak etti\u011fi yeri almaya s\u00fcratle ilerlemektedir.
