AB \u00fclkelerinde zam, ortalama y\u00fczde 15, Avro B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde ise y\u00fczde 11 olarak hesaplan\u0131yor. Zamm\u0131n y\u00fczde 83\u2019\u00fc buldu\u011fu Estonya, \u015fampiyon durumunda. Konut fiyatlar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 8 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn izlendi\u011fi K\u0131br\u0131s, s\u0131ralaman\u0131n dibinde yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bulgaristan\u2019da konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki zam, 2014\u2019te y\u00fczde 1,4; 2015\u2019te y\u00fczde 2,3; 2016\u2019da y\u00fczde 7; 2017\u2019de y\u00fczde 8,7 ve 2018\u2019de y\u00fczde 6,6 oran\u0131nda oldu.
