Ancak yer darl\u0131\u011f\u0131, topra\u011f\u0131 kazma zorlu\u011fu gibi bir zaruretin s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011fu durumlarda birden fazla ki\u015fi birlikte defnedilebilir. Uzunlu\u011funa a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir kabre, birinin ba\u015f\u0131 di\u011ferinin aya\u011f\u0131na gelecek \u015fekilde cenazeler yerle\u015ftirilebilece\u011fi gibi geni\u015f\u00e7e bir yere birka\u00e7 ki\u015fi yan yana da konabilir. Bu durumda k\u0131ble taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015flanmak \u00fczere namazda imaml\u0131k \u00f6nceli\u011fi (fazilet) g\u00f6zetilir ve birbirlerine de\u011fmemeleri i\u00e7in aralar\u0131na toprak yerle\u015ftirilir. <strong>\u00c7ok zorunlu olmad\u0131k\u00e7a erkek ve kad\u0131n cenazeler bir arada g\u00f6m\u00fclmez.<\/strong> G\u00f6m\u00fclmeleri halinde ise cemaatle namazdaki saf s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6nce ergin erkekler, sonra erkek \u00e7ocuklar ve ard\u0131ndan han\u0131mlar konur. \u0130htiya\u00e7 bulunmas\u0131 ve \u00f6ncekinin kemiklerinin \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmesi halinde bir kabre ba\u015fka bir ki\u015finin defnedilmesi, \u00fcst\u00fcne ev yap\u0131lmas\u0131 veya ziraat i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 da c\u00e2izdir. Mezardan baz\u0131 kemik par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ve yer s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 durumunda kemikler mezar\u0131n bir k\u00f6\u015fesine g\u00f6m\u00fclerek di\u011fer cenaze defnedilir. <strong>Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde zaruret bulunmad\u0131k\u00e7a bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n gayri m\u00fcslimlerin, bir gayri m\u00fcslimin de M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n kabristan\u0131na defnedilmesi c\u00e2iz g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015ftir.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hz. Peygamber\u2019in, kabrin geni\u015f ve derin kaz\u0131lmas\u0131 ve g\u00fczel yap\u0131lmas\u0131na dair tavsiyesi do\u011frultusunda (Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 71; Nes\u00e2\u00ee, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 86) f\u0131k\u0131h \u00e2limleri \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler belirlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hanef\u00eeler\u2019e g\u00f6re s\u00fcnnete uygun kabir normal bir insan\u0131n yar\u0131 boyu kadar derin olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Derinli\u011fin g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs hizas\u0131nda veya bir adam boyu olmas\u0131 daha g\u00fczeldir. \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eeler, s\u00fcnnete uygun derinli\u011fi kollar\u0131n\u0131 yukar\u0131 kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f bir ki\u015finin boyu kadar takdir ederler. M\u00e2lik\u00eeler kabrin, cesetten kokunun yay\u0131lmas\u0131na ve y\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 hayvanlar\u0131n kabri de\u015fmesine engel olacak derinlikte bulunmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcstehap, fazlas\u0131n\u0131 mekruh g\u00f6r\u00fcrler. Hanbel\u00eeler\u2019e g\u00f6re belli bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc s\u00f6z konusu olmay\u0131p kabrin yeterince derin ve geni\u015f kaz\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00fcnnettir. Kabrin uzunlu\u011fu ise \u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131\u011faca\u011f\u0131 kadar olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kabir kaz\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra k\u0131ble taraf\u0131ndaki duvar\u0131n dibine ve uzunlamas\u0131na \u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131\u011faca\u011f\u0131 kadar, \u201clahit\u201d denilen girinti \u015feklinde bir oyuk kaz\u0131l\u0131r. Yine Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem\u2019in tavsiyesinden hareketle (Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 65; Tirmiz\u00ee, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 53) \u00e2limler, b\u00f6yle yapman\u0131n kabrin ortas\u0131nda uzunlamas\u0131na bir \u00e7ukur a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131ndan (\u015fakk) daha iyi oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015flerdir. Y\u0131k\u0131lmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in lahdin kenarlar\u0131 kerpi\u00e7 vb. \u015feylerle \u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr ve cenaze y\u00fcz\u00fc k\u0131ble taraf\u0131na \u00e7evrilerek sa\u011f yan\u0131 \u00fczerine yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. \u00dczeri cenazeye de\u011fmeyecek \u015fekilde ah\u015fap bir kapak vb. ile \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fcr. F\u0131k\u0131h \u00e2limleri kabir topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sert olmas\u0131 halinde lahit yapman\u0131n, yumu\u015fak ve gev\u015fek olmas\u0131 durumunda ise \u00e7ukur a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n (\u015fak yapman\u0131n) daha uygun oldu\u011funu ifade etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p><div id=\"bghab-2336428118\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Cenaze defnedildikten sonra kabrin belli olmas\u0131 ve \u00e7i\u011fnenmemesi i\u00e7in \u00fcst\u00fc toprakla bir kar\u0131\u015f kadar veya biraz daha fazla y\u00fckseltilir.<\/strong> Di\u011fer \u00fc\u00e7 mezhebin aksine \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eeler\u2019in \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu, kabrin \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fcn yerle ayn\u0131 seviyede tutulmas\u0131n\u0131n daha uygun oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndedir. Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem, Osman b. Maz\u2018\u00fbn\u2019un kabri ba\u015f\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7e bir ta\u015f dikmi\u015f ve, \u201cBununla karde\u015fimin kabrini tan\u0131r ve bulurum, ailemden \u00f6lenleri de yan\u0131na g\u00f6merim\u201d demi\u015ftir (Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 63; kr\u015f. \u0130bn M\u00e2ce, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 42).<\/p>\n<p>Fakihlerin (\u0130slam Hukuk\u00e7ular\u0131n\u0131n) \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu, kabre yaz\u0131 yaz\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 yasaklayan hadislerden hareketle (M\u00fcslim, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 94, 95; Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 76; Tirmiz\u00ee, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 58) mahiyeti ne olursa olsun kabir \u00fczerine yaz\u0131 yazmay\u0131 mekruh (ho\u015f kar\u015f\u0131lamam\u0131\u015flar) saym\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hanef\u00eeler\u2019e ve di\u011fer ulem\u00e2dan baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re ise \u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcn kabrinin kaybolmamas\u0131, sayg\u0131 duyulup \u00e7i\u011fnenmemesi i\u00e7in gerekirse yaz\u0131 yazmakta bir sak\u0131nca yoktur; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc hadisteki yasa\u011fa ra\u011fmen icm\u00e2 (\u0130slam alimlerinin tamam\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 konuda ittifak etmesi, ayn\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fte birle\u015fmesi) derecesinde bir uygulama ile kabir ta\u015flar\u0131na yaz\u0131 yaz\u0131lagelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Kabirlerin d\u0131\u015f \u015fekliyle ilgili olarak Hz. Peygamber\u2019in son hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda s\u00f6yledi\u011fi, \u201cAllah yahudi ve h\u0131ristiyanlara l\u00e2net etsin. Bunlar peygamberlerinin kabirlerini mescid edinip m\u00e2bed haline getirdiler\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc (Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 62; Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 76) ve benzeri hadisleri dikkate alan \u00e2limler kabir \u00fczerine kubbe, t\u00fcrbe, bina gibi \u015feyler yapman\u0131n yasak oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015flerdir. <strong>Hadislerdeki yasaklaman\u0131n amac\u0131 tevhid inanc\u0131n\u0131 korumak, g\u00f6steri\u015f ve israf\u0131 \u00f6nlemektir. Din\u00ee bilgisi zay\u0131f ki\u015filerin m\u00e2bedle mezar\u0131 birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na ve mezarda yatan ki\u015finin insan \u00fcst\u00fc bir varl\u0131k oldu\u011funa inanmalar\u0131na sebep olur endi\u015fesiyle kabirlerin mescid gibi yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve mescid haline getirilmesi yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca kabirlerin mermer, ta\u015f vb. malzemeyle masrafl\u0131 ve g\u00f6steri\u015fli bir \u015fekilde in\u015fas\u0131 da c\u00e2iz g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015ftir.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hz. Peygamber, C\u00e2hiliye d\u00f6nemine ait birtak\u0131m b\u00e2t\u0131l inan\u00e7 ve \u00e2detlerin tamamen ortadan kalkmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nceleri kabir ziyaretini yasaklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Fakat zamanla tevhid inanc\u0131 g\u00f6n\u00fcllere yerle\u015fip endi\u015fe edilen sak\u0131ncalar ortadan kalk\u0131nca, \u201cSizi kabirleri ziyaret etmekten menetmi\u015ftim; \u015fimdi art\u0131k oralar\u0131 ziyaret ediniz\u201d (M\u00fcslim, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 106; Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 81; Tirmiz\u00ee, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 60) me\u00e2lindeki hadiste de ifade edildi\u011fi \u00fczere Res\u00fblullah m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n kabirleri ziyaret edip \u00f6l\u00fcler i\u00e7in dua ve isti\u011ffarda bulunmalar\u0131na izin vermi\u015f ve bunu te\u015fvik etmi\u015ftir. Bizzat kendisi de Mekke\u2019nin fethi s\u0131ras\u0131nda annesinin kabrini ziyaret edip a\u011flayarak yan\u0131ndakileri de a\u011flatm\u0131\u015f ve \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc hat\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in sah\u00e2b\u00eelere kabirleri ziyaret etmelerini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir (M\u00fcslim, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 108; Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 81).<\/p>\n<p>\u0130sl\u00e2m \u00e2limlerinin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu, Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem\u2019in zaman zaman Bak\u00ee\u2018 Mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 ziyaret edip orada yatanlar i\u00e7in dua etti\u011fine dair hadisten (M\u00fcslim, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 102) ve yukar\u0131da an\u0131lan di\u011fer hadislerden hareketle kabir ziyaretinin mendup (m\u00fcstehap) oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndedir. <strong>Kabir ziyaretinin belli bir zaman\u0131 yoktur. <\/strong><\/p><div id=\"bghab-1026699657\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine-10-paragraf bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Kabirlerin s\u00fcslenmesi, mum yak\u0131lmas\u0131, t\u00fcrbelere, a\u011fa\u00e7lara bez ba\u011flanmas\u0131 zamanla halk\u0131n tevhid inanc\u0131n\u0131 zedeledi\u011fi, a\u00e7\u0131k ve gizli \u015firke sapt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kabirlerin yan\u0131nda kurban kesilmesi, herhangi bir vesileyle bir t\u00fcrbe veya yat\u0131ra kurban adanmas\u0131 da bunun gibidir. Kurban bir ibadet olup yaln\u0131z Allah i\u00e7in yap\u0131l\u0131r, aksi davran\u0131\u015f \u015firk olmasa bile b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnaht\u0131r<\/strong> (Karaman, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n I\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, I, 73-74). Nitekim Hz. Peygamber, \u201c\u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019da kabirlere kurban kesilmez\u201d buyurmu\u015ftur (M\u00fcsned, III, 197; Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 74).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Allah\u2019\u0131n yarat\u0131klar\u0131 aras\u0131nda insana verdi\u011fi de\u011fer ve ona duyulmas\u0131 gereken sayg\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla (el-\u0130sr\u00e2 17\/33, 70) kabirleri korumak, temiz tutmak, bir plana g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlemek, y\u0131k\u0131lanlar\u0131 tamir etmek, defin ve ziyaret esnas\u0131nda kabirleri \u00e7i\u011fnememek, \u00fczerlerine oturmamak gerekir. Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem bu konularda titiz davran\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etmi\u015f ve kendisi de \u00f6rnek olmu\u015ftur. Bu arada kabirden \u00e7\u0131kabilecek kemiklerin de korunup bir yere g\u00f6m\u00fclmesi icap eder. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kabir azab\u0131n\u0131n hafiflemesine vesile olmak, ayr\u0131ca kabristanlara g\u00fczel bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm kazand\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla a\u011fa\u00e7 vb. \u015feyler dikmek s\u00fcnnettir.<\/strong> Res\u00fblullah bir ziyareti s\u0131ras\u0131nda kabirde yatan iki ki\u015fiden birinin ko\u011fuculuk yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, di\u011ferinin de idrardan sak\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in azap g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini haber vererek yan\u0131ndaki sah\u00e2b\u00eelerden ye\u015fil bir hurma dal\u0131 getirmelerini istemi\u015f, getirilen hurma dal\u0131n\u0131 ikiye b\u00f6lerek her kabrin ba\u015f\u0131na birer tane dikmi\u015ftir. Bunlar\u0131 ni\u00e7in dikti\u011fini soranlara da, \u201cBu a\u011fa\u00e7lar ye\u015fil kald\u0131k\u00e7a umar\u0131m ki azaplar\u0131 hafifler\u201d demi\u015ftir (Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, \u201cVu\u1e0d\u00fb\u02be\u201d, 55, \u201cCen\u00e2\u02beiz\u201d, 89).
