Bunlardan biri entelekt\u00fcel olabilir diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Azerbaycan\u2019dan gelen okutman profes\u00f6rlerle ayd\u0131nl\u0131k lambam\u0131z\u0131n fitili uzad\u0131. \u0130lk Y\u00fcksek \u00d6\u011frenimlilerimiz \u2013 entelekt\u00fcellerimiz &#8211; gururla halka kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Onlar bizim halk ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131.<br \/>\nBug\u00fcn \u00fclkemizde bu kavramlar kullan\u0131lmaz oldu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yasakl\u0131 ortamda yeti\u015fmi\u015f bir ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131z. \u00d6zellikle ana-fili yasak bir ortamda yeti\u015fenler sald\u0131rgan, k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, sevgisiz ve k\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Bizim Kozluca (Suvorovo) \u0130mam\u0131 \u0130dris Hoca da onlard\u0131n biriydi.<br \/>\nBu ki\u015filerde okumu\u015f olman\u0131n, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e, Arap\u00e7a ve Bulgarca bilmenin \u00f6tesinde, ileri ve a\u00e7\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceli olu\u015flar\u0131 ahaliyi etkiliyordu. Halk\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatabilmek, insanlar\u0131n beyinlerindeki kapal\u0131 h\u00fccreleri a\u00e7\u0131p i\u00e7ine en b\u00fcy\u00fck zenginlik olan bilgiden damlatmak ve onlar\u0131 ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye \u00f6\u011fretmek ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131yd\u0131. 20. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda bir millet olarak yeniden do\u011farken tarihte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7ok daha zorlar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bilincindeydik.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015fitmi\u015finizdir, Arap\u00e7a yatay bir dildir. \u015eiirseldir, kula\u011fa ho\u015f gelir. Ne var ki, Arap\u00e7a \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f bir gencin anlatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, kuran okusa bile insan\u0131m\u0131z kendili\u011finden etkilenmez, imana gelmez, beyini a\u00e7\u0131lmaz, hatta devaml\u0131 tekrardan kapanabilir. T\u00fcrk hoca, \u00f6\u011fretmen, ayd\u0131n\u0131 olman\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zelli\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri, de\u011ferleri, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctleri ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme y\u00f6ntemlerini halk diliyle halka indirmek ve halk\u0131n zek\u00e2 bah\u00e7esini yeniden ekmektir. Bizim halk kimli\u011fimizi, format\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, g\u00f6k kubbemizi \u00e7izen, halk bilgeli\u011fimizi a\u015f\u0131layanlar onlar oldu. Hepsi T\u00fcrk\u2019t\u00fc. Onlar, insan sever ve kitle yolunu a\u00e7anlard\u0131.<br \/>\nAyd\u0131n ocaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ilki Deliorman\u2019da kuruldu. \u015eumnu\u2019da yeti\u015fen ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, daha \u00f6ncesine k\u0131yasla, farkl\u0131 diyerek tarif etmek istedi\u011fim, yeni bir enerjiyle y\u00fckl\u00fc zengin birikimle k\u00f6y ve kentlerimize yay\u0131larak ahaliye inmeleri, Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk\u00fcne ayd\u0131nlatma \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131 ve ya\u015fatt\u0131. Halk kaleme kitaba sar\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\nBu devir, T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nder Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk y\u00f6netiminde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen dil ve yaz\u0131n reformu, halk\u0131n ba\u011fr\u0131ndan Yeni T\u00fcrk\u00e7enin do\u011fu\u015fu ve yerle\u015fmesi, yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme tarz\u0131 ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f T\u00fcrk K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ye\u015ferdi\u011fi y\u0131llara rastlad\u0131. Bizdeki uyan\u0131\u015f paralel geli\u015fti. Latin harfleri bizim okullar\u0131m\u0131za da girdi. M\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fcklerimize, camilerimize \u00e7\u00f6reklenmi\u015f yobazl\u0131k, gericilik, T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Yeni \u00c7a\u011f\u0131na kelep\u00e7e olan eski harflerle okuyup yazmay\u0131 zorla ya\u015fatma ve Bulgaristan\u2019daki T\u00fcrkleri T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden koparma zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131yla m\u00fccadele verildi.<br \/>\nBirinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan sonra topluma gelen g\u00fc\u00e7le \u00f6n\u00fcnde giden kendi ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131. Onlara herkes umut ta\u015f\u0131yan, g\u00fczel insanlar olarak bak\u0131yordu.<br \/>\nHalk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7eden ilham alarak edebiyat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yaratan onlar oldu. Halk onlara, denetim alt\u0131na girmeyen, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ruhlu, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ki\u015filer olarak bakt\u0131. Asl\u0131nda \u015fair ve yazarlar politik ki\u015filerdir. Has yazar ve \u015fairin ele\u015ftiri kalemi keskindir. Eskiyi y\u0131k\u0131p yeniyi yaratmak onlar\u0131n \u00f6z \u00f6deviydi. T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fi olu\u015furken usta ve \u00fcstatlar\u0131m\u0131z onlard\u0131. \u00dcmmetten T\u00fcrk olarak \u00e7\u0131karken bizi ba\u015fka dil ve dinle tozla\u015ft\u0131rmadan dimdik yeti\u015ftirdiler, toplumsal ruhumuzu olu\u015fturdular ve Bulgar devletini toplumsal s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye davet ettiler. Birinci maddesinde, T\u00fcrk oldu\u011fumuzu, insan haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve kendi dili, dini ve ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi olan bir topluluk oldu\u011fumuzun kabul edilmesi gereken bu toplum s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi 2019\u2019da hala imzalanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nDaha ilk zamanlar, Bulgar devleti bize kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z leh\u00e7elerimizden filizlenen zengin yeni edebiyat T\u00fcrk\u00e7emizi \u00e7ok g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Arap\u00e7a a\u011fdal\u0131 Osmanl\u0131ca heveslilerinin sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 da sertti. Alfabemizin de\u011fi\u015fmesini \u00e7ok engelledi. Bu bask\u0131lardan dolay\u0131 olacak Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk Edebiyat\u0131n\u0131 \u2013 \u015fiir ve d\u00fczyaz\u0131 olarak &#8211; halk dilimize ba\u011fl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ye\u015fertse de, 250 yetenekten olu\u015fan yazar ve \u015fair ordusu olu\u015fturabilsek de, bir iki ad\u0131m daha at\u0131p klasiklerimizi hen\u00fcz yaratamad\u0131k. K\u00fclliyemizi ahalimiz sevdi. Bar\u0131na bast\u0131. T\u00fcrk\u00fcle\u015ftirdi. Fakat Bulgarlarla birlikte, ayn\u0131 ortam\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z di\u011fer etnikler ufkumuzu beklendi\u011fi gibi kucaklamad\u0131. D\u0131\u015f \u00fclkelere s\u0131\u00e7rayamad\u0131k. Oysa o y\u0131llarda, d\u00fcnyada esen yeni r\u00fczg\u00e2rlar edebiyat ve sanat kanatlar\u0131m\u0131za doluyordu. \u0130nsan haklar\u0131, az\u0131nl\u0131k haklar\u0131, bar\u0131\u015f, ortak de\u011ferlerle birlikte ya\u015fama fikirleri \u00e7ok etnikli Bulgaristan kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<br \/>\nDikey yap\u0131l\u0131 bir edebiyat ve sanatla manevi d\u00fcnyada orta direk ve \u00f6nc\u00fc rol\u00fcn\u00fc ancak ve yaln\u0131z Bulgaristan T\u00fcrkleri \u00fcstlenebilirdi. Geleneklerimiz ve kimli\u011fimiz buna i\u015faret ediyordu. Bu amaca ula\u015fabilmek i\u00e7in klasikle\u015fip d\u00fcnyaca tan\u0131nmam\u0131z i\u00e7in ucu daha sivri kalemlere ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131. Bulgar toplumunun k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Bulgar tek yanl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve gitgide palazlanan milliyet\u00e7ilik zulm\u00fcn\u00fc \u015fi\u015fleyen ve ta\u015flayan daha y\u00fcrekli daha cesur ustalara ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131. Bulgar sanal ortam\u0131 1878\u2019de birlikte esarete d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc kabul etmek istemedi. Yeni toplumsal ortam\u0131, etnik az\u0131nl\u0131klarla s\u00f6zle\u015fmesiz tek ba\u015f\u0131na, onlara ramen kuraca\u00fc\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fledi ama yapamad\u0131. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc durum ge\u00e7mi\u015ften s\u00fcz\u00fclen ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klardan s\u00fcz\u00fclen \u201cbatakl\u0131kt\u0131r.\u201d<br \/>\nEle\u015ftirel yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, ucunda hep s\u00fcrg\u00fcn, hapis veya g\u00f6\u00e7 olan \u00e7ok zor bir i\u015fti. Milliyet\u00e7ilik, \u015fovenizm ve \u00f6teki d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kale temelleri b\u00f6yle dolduruldu ki, T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ilerici toplumculu\u011funa, ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na hep ters bak\u0131ld\u0131. Bize bir as\u0131r tepkili kald\u0131lar. Tam bu noktada beliren kendilerinden olmayana tahammuzsuzluk Bulgar toplumunu \u00e7atlatt\u0131. \u00c7ok etnikli olu\u015fumuz inkar edilen bir toplumda e\u015fit hakl\u0131l\u0131k, \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fcl\u00fck isteyenler hep kovaland\u0131, tutukland\u0131, kalemleri k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131, g\u00f6\u00e7e zorland\u0131lar, toplum yap\u0131s\u0131nda derinle\u015fen \u00e7atlak kapat\u0131lmak istense de asla kapanmad\u0131. Bulgaristanl\u0131 T\u00fcrk entelekt\u00fcellerinin elit kesimi 20 y\u00fczy\u0131l boyunca s\u0131n\u0131flar, kastlar, katmanlar aras\u0131nda de\u011fil, Bulgaristan halk\u0131na dahil etnik topluluklar ve devlet aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc toplum s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi talep ettiler, ne ki bu hedefe bug\u00fcne kadar ula\u015famad\u0131k\u2026 1989 \u0130syan\u0131m\u0131zdan sonra, totaliter diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra, 1990\u2019da B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi\u2019ne kat\u0131l\u0131nca, Yeni Anayasa\u2019ya terimizi tuzumuzu katarken etnik k\u00fclt\u00fcrel az\u0131nl\u0131k haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kopar\u0131p alamamam\u0131z 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l gerileme s\u00fcrecimizi ba\u015flatt\u0131.<br \/>\nRamazan bayram\u0131na 2 g\u00fcn kala, Ba\u015fbakan B. Borisov, Sliven ili Kotel (Kazan) T\u00fcrk k\u00f6ylerini ziyareti esnas\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde, yerlilerle temaslar\u0131nda \u201cho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc olmadan gelece\u011fimiz karanl\u0131k,\u201d dedi. 140 y\u0131ll\u0131k Bulgaristan tarihinde bu s\u00f6zler ilk samimi itiraft\u0131r. 1989 zork\u0131y\u0131m\u0131na kat\u0131lan, \u201cokullarda T\u00fcrk\u00e7e okunsun\u201d dedik\u00e7e kuduran \u015fimdiki ba\u015fbakan\u0131n, 26 May\u0131s 2019 se\u00e7imlerinden sonra birden bire t\u00fcm bayraklar\u0131 indirip bu s\u00f6zleri s\u00f6ylemesine diyece\u011fimiz yok do\u011frusu. Makam arac\u0131nda yolculuk ederken Nova Zagora (Yeni Zara) \u015fehrinden sonra ova k\u00f6ylerinin de tamamen bo\u015falm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu ve ilk kalabal\u0131\u011fa Gerlovo Tepelerinde T\u00fcrk k\u00f6ylerinde rastlamas\u0131 kendisini g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc etkilemi\u015f olabilir.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkler, bu \u00fclkede hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck u\u011fruna bilin\u00e7li ve birlikte hareket ederek, tanklar\u0131n alt\u0131na yatarak, kur\u015funlara g\u00f6p\u00fcs gererek diktat\u00f6rl\u00fck devirdi. Birka\u00e7 h\u00fck\u00fcmeti istifaya zorlad\u0131. Son se\u00e7imde \u201ctaraf\u0131z\u201d kal\u0131nca, ayaklar\u0131na gidip uzla\u015fma noktas\u0131 \u201cho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc\u201d denmesi d\u00f6rt yanda dikkat \u00e7ekti.<br \/>\nAsl\u0131nda bizim her hakk\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcrekli budand\u0131. Ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc edebiyat\u0131m\u0131zdaki ruhla klasikle\u015fmemiz Bulgar toplumunu birle\u015ftirebilirdi. Kukar\u0131da s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fim Bulgar kamuoyu, iktidar\u0131, \u00c7arlar, parti ve devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131 kom\u00fcnistler ve bug\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00f6zde demokrat uzant\u0131lar\u0131, \u00fclke n\u00fcfusunun \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu olmaya uzanan 8 etnik az\u0131nl\u0131ktan olu\u015fan toplulu\u011fun ayd\u0131n temsilcileriyle ortak nokta bulmadan, diyalog kurmadan, kayna\u015fmadan birlik \u00e7izgisinde el ele verebilmemizin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olamayaca\u011f\u0131 alg\u0131s\u0131na bir as\u0131r varamad\u0131lar. Bug\u00fcn ise bu konuyu s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcyorlar.<br \/>\n\u015eunu vurgulamak isterim. Daha 1878\u2019de ve \u00f6zellikle de \u0130ki B\u00fcy\u00fck Sava\u015f aras\u0131nda ve kom\u00fcnist d\u00f6nemde Bulgar kendisi de Ruslar, Almanlar ve yine Ruslar taraf\u0131ndan budan\u0131p ezildi, amans\u0131z s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Kendi devletinden b\u0131kt\u0131. Bulgar yazarlar \u00fclkede ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n, hepimizin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak fikirler geli\u015ftirmedikleri gibi, az\u0131nl\u0131k ayd\u0131nlar\u0131nca uzat\u0131lan eli de tutmad\u0131lar. Okul kapatma, dil yasaklama, tarih unutturma, isim de\u011fi\u015ftirme ve asimile etme zorbal\u0131k ve z\u00fcl\u00fcm d\u00f6nemleri Bulgar toplumunu k\u0131rka par\u00e7alad\u0131, halk devletten koptu. Birlikte ya\u015fama umudu canl\u0131 g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc.<br \/>\nBulgar toplumu kendisinin d\u0131\u015f bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda ezildi\u011fini g\u00f6rmek istemedi. Monar\u015fi-fa\u015fist diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn bask\u0131lar\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 \u00e7ok ezdi. 45 yol kom\u00fcnist ter\u00f6r maskelendi. Hi\u00e7bir Bulgar yazar bir T\u00fcrk, Pomak, Ulah, Tatar k\u00f6y\u00fcne girmedi. Az\u0131nl\u0131k n\u00fcfusun \u00e7ilesi foto\u011fraflanmad\u0131. Hi\u00e7bir Bulgar yazar bir Getto\u2019ya girip pipo t\u00fctt\u00fcr\u00fcp fal bakan ya\u015fl\u0131 \u00c7ingenelerin hayalini okumad\u0131, yaz\u0131lar\u0131na konu etmedi. Yetenekli \u00c7ingene yazar Georgi Paru\u015fev \u201cHAYALLER\u0130N HAMALLARI\u201d roman\u0131n\u0131 kaleme ald\u0131, ama basamad\u0131. Getto halk\u0131na okuyamad\u0131. Barajlar\u0131, elektrik santrallerini yazd\u0131lar da, duvarda alt\u0131n y\u0131ld\u0131z gibi \u015fak\u0131yan T\u00fcrk al\u0131n terini g\u00f6rmezden geldiler. \u015e\u00f6yle diyeyim, \u00e7ok Bulgar yazar, yazar\u0131m diye ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ortak de\u011ferler bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131, yaz\u0131lan her sat\u0131r yak\u0131n \u00e7evresi taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilip, asla d\u00fcnyalarca yank\u0131lanmad\u0131. \u00c7\u0131kmaya \u00e7abalasa da nefes alamad\u0131. Sebebine gelince totaliter devlet g\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc edebiyat\u00e7\u0131 isterken, \u00f6zg\u00fcr yazarlar\u0131n ve \u015fairlerin kom\u00fcnist\u00e7e uygarla\u015fmak ve barbarla\u015fmak hatta vah\u015file\u015fmek aras\u0131ndaki ince \u00e7izgiyi g\u00f6rebilmesine engel oldu.
