Belgede ordunun g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirebilecek g\u00fc\u00e7te oldu\u011fu, ancak silah ve te\u00e7hizat\u0131n modernizasyon s\u00fcrelerinden dolay\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n belirli k\u0131s\u0131tlamalarla yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Kadro yetersizli\u011fi \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck olsa da, maa\u015flar\u0131n y\u00fckselmesiyle askerlerin motive edilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda 301 e\u011fitim ve tatbikat d\u00fczenlendi. Ordu 1420 ki\u015fiyle yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 11 misyona kat\u0131ld\u0131. Bunun da ge\u00e7en y\u0131la k\u0131yasla %47 art\u0131\u015f anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.
