K\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fimci, k\u00f6kl\u00fc yenilik\u00e7i, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tutucu, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yenilik\u00e7i, temelden y\u0131k\u0131p-yap\u0131c\u0131, fundamantalist gibi anlamlar\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn \u00f6zellikle Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde kullan\u0131lan &#8220;Radikal \u0130slam&#8221; kavram\u0131, \u0130slam&#8217;\u0131n ve Kuran&#8217;\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcne b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015f olarak 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130slam inan\u00e7 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin \u015fiddet, ayaklanma ve devrim gibi y\u00f6ntemlerle h\u00e2kim edilmesi ve toplumlara benimsetilmesi \u015feklindeki \u00e7arp\u0131k zihniyeti savunan bir k\u0131s\u0131m yazar ve ideologlar bu kavram\u0131n do\u011fmas\u0131nda \u00f6n ayak olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Radikalizm\u00a0ve \u00f6zellikle &#8220;\u0130slami radikalizm&#8221;, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yayg\u0131n bir ak\u0131m olarak g\u00fcndemi i\u015fgal etmektedir. Bu deyimin yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n egemen g\u00fc\u00e7leri, &#8220;radikalizm&#8221; kavram\u0131n\u0131; kendi egemenliklerine y\u00f6nelik tehdit olu\u015fturacak dini-siyasi hareketleri de katarak geni\u015fletmi\u015fler; insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015f belas\u0131 ve m\u00fccadele edilmesi gereken &#8220;dini-siyasi ak\u0131mlar&#8221; olarak d\u00fcnyaya kabul ettirmi\u015flerdir. \u00c7o\u011fu kere de, \u00f6zellikle\u00a0\u0130slam\u00a0ad\u0131na ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f yahut kendi elleriyle besleyip b\u00fcy\u00fctt\u00fckleri bu tarz &#8220;radikal hareketleri&#8221;, gizli ellerle y\u00f6nlendirerek; siyasi-ekonomik k\u00fcresel h\u00e2kimiyetlerini peki\u015ftirmede ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmede bir ara\u00e7 olarak kullanmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n tarih, &#8220;emperyal g\u00fc\u00e7ler&#8221;in bu oyunlar\u0131n\u0131n kolayca sergilendi\u011fi \u00f6rneklerle doludur. 1979 Sovyetlerin Afganistan&#8217;\u0131 i\u015fgali d\u00f6neminde kurulan El Kaide ve benzeri \u00f6rg\u00fctler &#8220;Radikal \u0130slam&#8221; kavram\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda tan\u0131nmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. 1990 K\u00f6rfez Sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve 2000&#8217;li y\u0131llarda Irak ve Afganistan sava\u015flar\u0131 s\u00fcresince giderek g\u00fc\u00e7lenen selefi ak\u0131mlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da bu zihniyeti sahiplendi.<\/p>\n<p>11Eyl\u00fcl sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131ndan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze uzanan, yak\u0131n tarihte de I\u015e\u0130D ve benzeri selefi \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin ter\u00f6r eylemleriyle haf\u0131zalara kaz\u0131nan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, &#8220;radikal ter\u00f6r&#8221; ve &#8220;\u0130slami ter\u00f6r&#8221; gibi kavramlar\u0131 do\u011furdu. Bug\u00fcn ise, bu s\u00fcrecin bir sonucu olarak radikalizm ve ter\u00f6r kavramlar\u0131, baz\u0131 ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan son derece haks\u0131z bir bi\u00e7imde, \u0130slam dini ve dindar M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarla \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Oysa tarihi ve sosyolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan inceledi\u011fimizde &#8220;radikal&#8221;, &#8220;radikalizm&#8221; gibi kavramlar\u0131n \u0130slam&#8217;la ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmadan \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nce ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz.<\/p><div id=\"bghab-3108222972\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>Radikalizm, fikir, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011finden \u00e7ok bunlar\u0131n zorla kabul ettirilmesiyle ilgili zorba bir ideolojik y\u00f6ntem olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 solcu politik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri demokratik yollarla de\u011fil de kanl\u0131 bir kom\u00fcnist devrimle h\u00e2kim k\u0131lma, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 sa\u011fc\u0131, milliyet\u00e7i fikirleri parlamenter sistem i\u00e7inde savunmak yerine diktac\u0131 fa\u015fist y\u00f6ntemlerle insanlara kabul ettirme \u00e7abalar\u0131 hep radikalizm \u00f6rnekleridir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde dini bir inanc\u0131 veya ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imini dayatmak, dini idealleri hayata ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in bask\u0131, \u015fiddet, ter\u00f6r ve sava\u015f yolunu benimsemek do\u011frudan radikalizmdir.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa semavi dinler \u00f6z\u00fcnde sevgi, bar\u0131\u015f, karde\u015flik, fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k, yard\u0131mla\u015fma gibi ortak ve kutsal de\u011ferleri \u00f6\u011f\u00fctlerler.\u00a0 Ancak bu dinlerin baz\u0131 mensuplar\u0131, sonradan radikalizmin tuza\u011f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ferler.<\/p>\n<p>Kelime anlam\u0131 dahi bar\u0131\u015f ve esenlik anlam\u0131na gelen \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n, radikalizm gibi vah\u015fi ve korkun\u00e7 bir zihniyetle birlikte an\u0131lmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekte \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yanl\u0131\u015f ve \u00e7eli\u015fkidir. Zira \u0130slam&#8217;\u0131n yeg\u00e2ne ge\u00e7erli kayna\u011f\u0131 olan Kuran&#8217;da radikalizme hi\u00e7bir dayanak bulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Tam aksine, Kuran ayetleri inan\u00e7 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz modern toplumlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fundan bile daha ileri d\u00fczeyde savunmaktad\u0131r. Kur&#8217;an \u00e7ok net olarak \u0130slam&#8217;da zorlama olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtir. \u201c<strong>Dinde zorlama yoktur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc do\u011fruluk sap\u0131kl\u0131ktan iyice ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O h\u00e2lde, kim t\u00e2\u011f\u00fbtu tan\u0131may\u0131p Allah\u2019a inan\u0131rsa, kopmak bilmeyen sapasa\u011flam bir kulpa yap\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Allah, hakk\u0131yla i\u015fitendir, hakk\u0131yla bilendir.<\/strong>\u201d(Bakara Suresi 2\/256) ve bir ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n dinine kar\u0131\u015fmaya hi\u00e7 bir \u015fekilde izin vermez. \u201c<strong>Sizin dininiz size, benim dinim de banad\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d \u00a0(K\u00e2firun Suresi 109\/6)<\/p>\n<p>Kur&#8217;an&#8217;\u0131n \u015fahsi inan\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi sayg\u0131, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc inan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc en \u00f6zl\u00fc bi\u00e7imde ifade ederken bug\u00fcnk\u00fc modern laik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin de temel mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgular.<\/p>\n<p>Bask\u0131, \u015fiddet, ter\u00f6r \u015f\u00f6yle dursun, inan\u00e7 ve ibadetlere m\u00fcdahale konusunda en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir zorlama dahi yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 Kuran&#8217;da kesin bir \u00fcslupla bildirilir. Kur&#8217;an, inananlara sadece hat\u0131rlat\u0131c\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131, zorlay\u0131c\u0131 olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msat\u0131r. \u201c<strong>Art\u0131k sen \u00f6\u011f\u00fct ver! Sen ancak bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fct vericisin.<\/strong> \u201c(\u011ea\u015fiye Suresi, 88\/21) , \u201c<strong>Biz onlar\u0131n ne dediklerini \u00e7ok iyi biliyoruz. Allah\u2019tan gelen vahiyler, insanlar\u0131n ortak noktalarda bulu\u015fup bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde ya\u015famalar\u0131 ve hem bu d\u00fcnyalar\u0131 hem de ahiretleri i\u00e7in de gerekli olan \u015feyleri \u00f6\u011frenmeleri i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli bildirimlerde bulunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ancak insano\u011flunun bozguncu y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi unuttu\u011fu ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kendi istek ve tutkular\u0131 do\u011frultusunda kullanarak \u00f6z\u00fcnden uzakla\u015fmas\u0131na sebep oldu\u011fu da bir ger\u00e7ektir. <strong>Bu sebeple herhangi bir ki\u015fi ya da toplumun yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu bir hata, haks\u0131zl\u0131k yahut zulm\u00fcn mensubu oldu\u011fu dine fatura edilmesi do\u011fru de\u011fildir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihi boyunca i\u015flenen su\u00e7lar\u0131n, zul\u00fcm ve bask\u0131lar\u0131n din temelli oldu\u011funun iddia edilmesi de ger\u00e7e\u011fi yans\u0131tmamaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu durum, dinin \u00f6z\u00fcnden de\u011fil o dine mensubiyeti bulunan insanlar\u0131n bozukluklar\u0131ndan ve dini yanl\u0131\u015f yorumlamalar\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.<\/strong> Hi\u00e7bir dini metnin, insan m\u00fcdahalesinden korunmu\u015f orijinal haliyle: \u201c<em>Y\u0131k\u0131n, ya\u011fmalay\u0131n, bozgunculuk yap\u0131n, haks\u0131z yere cana k\u0131y\u0131n ya da fitne-fesat \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131n\u201d <\/em>\u015feklinde emirlerde bulunaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Tarih boyunca baz\u0131 insanlar\u0131n dini, nefs\u00ee arzular\u0131na \u00e2let etmeleri her din mensubunun zalim ve bozguncu oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelmez. Aksine d\u00fcnya tarihi boyunca dinin insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 meden\u00ee bir \u015fekilde birliktelik i\u00e7inde ya\u015famaya sevk etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bununla birlikte dinin sava\u015f ve karga\u015fa sebebi oldu\u011funu iddia eden kimi \u00e7evrelerin \u00f6rne\u011fin Stalin\u2019in yapt\u0131klar\u0131na bakarak kom\u00fcnizmi su\u00e7lamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u00fcz. Bu ise s\u00f6z konusu ki\u015fi ve \u00e7evrelerin meselelere y\u00f6nelik olarak \u00e7ifte standart uygulad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kuran ayetleri, gerek ferdi gerekse toplumsal manada e\u015fsiz bir ahlaki sistem koyar ortaya. Kuran-\u0131 Kerim, dini, ahlaki, sosyal ve be\u015feri ayetleri ile t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011fa rahmet ve k\u0131lavuz olarak g\u00f6nderilmi\u015ftir. Ortaya koymu\u015f oldu\u011fu de\u011ferleri ile ak\u0131l, mant\u0131k ve insan yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131yla m\u00fcthi\u015f bir uyum i\u00e7indedir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz bunun en b\u00fcy\u00fck sebebi Kuran\u2019\u0131n her \u015feyin yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 Allah taraf\u0131ndan bildirildi\u011fi haliyle korunmu\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Kuran, birbirinden \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 konulara temas etmesine ra\u011fmen kendi i\u00e7indeki e\u015fsiz tutarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sebebiyle mucizev\u00ee bir \u015fekilde insan\u0131 kendine hayran b\u0131rak\u0131r. Kuran ayetleri en zor konularda dahi getirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu sade anlat\u0131m ve a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131yla her seviyeden insana hitap edebilmekte ve bu sayede insanl\u0131\u011fa bir hidayet rehberi ve k\u0131lavuz olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kuran g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczden 1400 y\u0131l gibi bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce insanl\u0131\u011fa bir rehber olmak ve k\u0131yamete kadar h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrmek \u00fczere g\u00f6nderilmesine ra\u011fmen her d\u00f6nemde mevcut \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ilerisinde olmu\u015f, temas etti\u011fi noktalarda ise daima hakl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tarih boyunca \u00e7e\u015fitli din ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerde mevcut bulunan gerek evren gerekse en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden en b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kadar canl\u0131lar ile ilgili inan\u00e7 ve iddialar g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda, Kuran\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nem ve de\u011feri daha da iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmakta ve tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7indeki bu hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da Kuran\u2019\u0131n insan s\u00f6z\u00fc olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir kan\u0131t\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Dinin yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde fitne ve karga\u015fa sebebi oldu\u011funu, insani ve ahlaki de\u011ferleri hi\u00e7e sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia edenler i\u00e7in Kuran\u2019da yer alan temel ahlaki ve insani de\u011ferlere y\u00f6nelik buyruklar\u0131 hat\u0131rlamak bu gibi as\u0131ls\u0131z iddia sahipleri i\u00e7in yeterli bir cevap olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kuran ayetleri a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde insanlar\u0131 Allah\u2019\u0131n yoluna hikmet ve g\u00fczel \u00f6\u011f\u00fct ile davet etmemizi s\u00f6ylerken bir yandan da insanlara \u00f6rnek olabilmek i\u00e7in, ihlas ve samimiyet 233 i\u00e7inde s\u00f6ylem ve eylem tutarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sergilememizin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir: <strong>Rabbinin yoluna hikmetle ve g\u00fczel \u00f6\u011f\u00fctle davet et ve onlara (kar\u015f\u0131) \u00f6yle bir m\u00fccadele y\u00f6ntemi ortaya koy ki, o en g\u00fczeli, en etkilisi olsun! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc senin Rabbin var ya: i\u015fte O kendi yolundan sapan kimseyi de, do\u011fru yola y\u00f6neleni de en iyi bilendir. Ancak maalesef bug\u00fcn Allah ad\u0131na, Peygamberimiz ad\u0131na eylemlerde bulundu\u011funu iddia eden baz\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar, Allah\u2019\u0131n ayetlerindeki apa\u00e7\u0131k uyar\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fil, din ad\u0131na uydurulan kabullere dayanarak insanlar \u00fczerinde bask\u0131 kurmakta ve insanlar\u0131 inanmaya ya da inanc\u0131n gereklerini yerine getirmeye zorlamaktad\u0131rlar. Bunu yapan insanlar M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduklar\u0131n\u0131 iddia ediyor, ancak \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n yeg\u00e2ne kayna\u011f\u0131 olan Kuran\u2019a hi\u00e7 bakm\u0131yor ya da Kuran\u2019\u0131n uyar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ve Peygamberimizin g\u00fczel \u00f6rnekli\u011fini dikkate alm\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Kuran ayetleri Peygamberimiz ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm inananlar\u0131 bu konuda uyararak \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor: <strong>Rabbin isteseydi, yery\u00fcz\u00fcndekilerin hepsi mutlaka inan\u0131rd\u0131. O halde sen mi insanlar\u0131 inanmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in zorlayacaks\u0131n? Oysa \u0130slam insanlara g\u00fcven, huzur, esenlik ve bar\u0131\u015f getiren bir inan\u00e7t\u0131r. \u0130slam insanlar\u0131 korkutmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil do\u011fru yolda onlara k\u0131lavuzluk ederek ilahi uyar\u0131larda bulunmak i\u00e7in vard\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki tezah\u00fcrlerinden birisi de farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere ve dinlere mensup insanlar\u0131n g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131n bir\u00e7ok alan\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015flanmas\u0131, psikolojik ve sosyal \u015fiddete maruz kalmas\u0131 \u015feklinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00f6zellikle Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda bu \u015fiddetten en \u00e7ok nasibini alanlar M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar olmaktad\u0131r. \u0130slamofobi olarak an\u0131lan bu e\u011filim, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlardan, s\u0131rf M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in korkulmas\u0131, onlardan nefret edilmesi ve hatta tiksinilmesi anlamlar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slamofobi temelde, bizim tespitimize g\u00f6re,\u00a0 \u00fc\u00e7 kaynaktan beslenmektedir. Bu kaynaklar\u0131n birincisi kendini M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak tan\u0131mlayan baz\u0131 kendini bilmezlerin i\u015fledikleri ter\u00f6rist eylemlerdir. Bu ter\u00f6rist eylemler neticesinde Bat\u0131l\u0131lar\u0131n zihninde y\u00fczlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcregelen \u201c\u0130slam \u015fiddet dinidir\u201d fikri g\u00fc\u00e7lenmektedir. Maalesef Kuran\u2019da sadece savunma sava\u015f\u0131na izin verilmesine ra\u011fmen bu eylemler Kuran\u2019\u0131 g\u00f6lgelemekte, \u0130slam\u2019la ilgili hatal\u0131 bir imaj sunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130kincisi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n eski d\u00f6nemlerden farkl\u0131 olarak Bat\u0131da da ya\u015f\u0131yor olmas\u0131d\u0131r.
