Bulgar ruhunun kendi yarat\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerini ifade etme bi\u00e7imleri nas\u0131l olursa olsun, onun hareketini gerek\u00e7elendiren ne olursa olsun, Bulgar maneviyat\u0131 her zaman i\u00e7 gereksinim ve devaml\u0131l\u0131k duyumsamadan tesad\u00fcf eseri olarak geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Halk\u0131m\u0131z daha \u00f6nce, hatta yabanc\u0131 boyunduru\u011funa d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc devirlerde bile, hi\u00e7bir d\u00f6nemde b\u00f6yle bir yolsuzluk i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015fmedi. Bu bir rastland\u0131 de\u011fildir. Olan\u0131n k\u00f6kleri d\u00fcnde de\u011fildir. Bu \u00e7ok eskilerde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn feci durumun kayna\u011f\u0131nda olan, bizim etkinliklerimizin hepsindeki tarihsellik eksikli\u011fidir. Bir rastlant\u0131 eseri, ilkeleri hi\u00e7e sayarak, yarat\u0131c\u0131 gelenekleri olmadan, halk\u0131n ger\u00e7ek ve do\u011fal yap\u0131s\u0131na ili\u015fkin hi\u00e7 bir \u015fey duyumsamadan geli\u015fen bir politika varsa, i\u015fte o Bulgar politikas\u0131d\u0131r. Yurtsever (milliyet\u00e7i) duygular\u0131m\u0131z ne kadar y\u00fcksek olursa olsun, milli efsaneye inan\u00e7tan ve onun \u015fu d\u00fcnyada ne pahas\u0131na olursa olsun muzaffer olaca\u011f\u0131ndan kaynam\u0131yorsa, yaln\u0131zca bir hayaldir ve hi\u00e7bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131maz. Ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tarihi yabanc\u0131 etkisinden faydan\u0131n zarar kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011fu ile mutlaka y\u00fczle\u015fecektir. \u00a0Ku\u015fkusuz yeni haklar\u0131n hepsi i\u015fe etki, taklit ve ortakla\u015fmayla ba\u015flar.
