Ait olduklar\u0131 millet ya da toplumlar\u0131n ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, sevin\u00e7lerini, mill\u00ee hislerini eserlerinde \u00e7o\u011fu zaman romantik duyu\u015f tarz\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kararak yans\u0131t\u0131rlar; duygular\u0131n bu \u015fekilde ifade edilmesi \u201cmilli romantik duyu\u015f tarz\u0131\u201d1 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>On dokuzuncu y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131ndan itibaren Balkan\/Rumeli co\u011frafyas\u0131nda siyasi istikrardan s\u00f6z edilemez; bu topraklar s\u00fcrekli kan g\u00f6l\u00fcne \u00e7evrilir. \u00d6zellikle 1877-1878 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen literat\u00fcrde daha \u00e7ok 93 Harbi olarak bilinen b\u00fcy\u00fck sava\u015f esnas\u0131nda bu co\u011frafyada b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar ya\u015fan\u0131r, katliamlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Bu tarihlerden sonra \u00e7o\u011fu b\u00f6lge\/y\u00f6rede Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u00f6netimi teslim etmesi \u00fczerine T\u00fcrkler buradan g\u00f6\u00e7e ba\u015flar. As\u0131rlard\u0131r bu topraklarda ya\u015fayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011funun bu topraklar\u0131 terk etmesine kar\u015f\u0131n az\u0131msanamayacak say\u0131da M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\/T\u00fcrk burada ya\u015famakta kararl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr. Onca bask\u0131 ve zulme ra\u011fmen bu topraklarda ya\u015famaya devam eden M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrkler, bu co\u011frafyada T\u00fcrk varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in direni\u015f g\u00f6sterirler. 9 Eyl\u00fcl 1944 ihtilali sonras\u0131nda T\u00fcrklere ait dernek ve kurumlar\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131na, T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131na gelir sa\u011flayan tarlalara el konulmas\u0131na, \u00f6zetle T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011finin kalmamas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n T\u00fcrkler her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tehlike ve i\u015fkenceyi g\u00f6ze al\u0131p m\u00fccadelede kararl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrler.<\/p>\n<p>14 May\u0131s 1945 g\u00fcn\u00fc Sofya\u2019da I\u015f\u0131k gazetesinin yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 ve faaliyetleri mill\u00ee uyan\u0131\u015f ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u00e7ok cesur bir harekettir.2 1984\u2019\u00fcn sonu 1985 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda askeriye ve milis kuvvetlerinin i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle, \u00fclkede ya\u015fayan iki milyon \u201cmill\u00ee \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0T\u00fcrk az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d n\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7e adlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilir. Son derece zorbaca ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu uygulamaya direnen T\u00fcrklerin y\u00fczlercesi \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken bir o kadar\u0131 da kay\u0131plara kar\u0131\u015f\u0131r.\u00a0 Binlercesi i\u015fkence kamplar\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr ya da cezaevlerine g\u00f6nderilir; k\u0131z\/kad\u0131nlara da tecav\u00fcz edilir. 3 Bulgar h\u00fck\u00fbmetinin bu uygulamalar\u0131 ani bir geli\u015fme ve karar\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olmay\u0131p alt yap\u0131s\u0131 haz\u0131rlanan uzun bir s\u00fcrecin sonucudur. 4 Daha \u00f6ncesinde de s\u00fcrekli bir g\u00f6\u00e7 dalgas\u0131 ya\u015fanmakla birlikte1985 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bulgar h\u00fck\u00fbmetinin asimilasyon politikas\u0131yla T\u00fcrklerin adlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye karar verip mezarlardaki adlar\u0131 bile kaz\u0131mas\u0131yla ba\u015flayan i\u015fkence ve zul\u00fcmler sonras\u0131nda burada kalan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\/T\u00fcrklerin \u00e7o\u011fu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7mek zorunda kal\u0131r. \u00a01989 y\u0131l\u0131, \u201cBulgaristan T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n hayat\u0131nda bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131\u201d olup \u201ckanl\u0131 i\u015fkenceler\u201d halk\u0131 uyand\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1942 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bulgaristan Dobruca b\u00f6lgesinin Silistre ili Akp\u0131nar k\u00f6y\u00fcnde do\u011fan \u015fair Galip Sertel, kendisi de M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\/T\u00fcrk olarak maruz kal\u0131nan duruma bizzat tan\u0131k olur; kendilerine reva g\u00f6r\u00fclen ya\u015fama bi\u00e7imine tepkilerini, Ta\u015f Toprak Dobruca adl\u0131 eserindeki \u015fiirlerde son derece sade bir anlat\u0131mla ifade eder. Sertel\u2019in \u015fiirleri, biyografik ve sosyolojik okumaya m\u00fcsaittir. Ancak bu metinlerin yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131\/hadiselerin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nem ve \u015fairin biyografisi dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u015fairin ni\u00e7in b\u00f6ylesine sert bir dil kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha nesnel bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla okunabilir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz ki bu \u015fiirler, kurgusal metinlerdir bu metinlere sosyal tarih belgesi olarak bak\u0131lamaz.
