Bu bo\u015fluk ise, ka\u00e7ak oto yedek par\u00e7as\u0131 ithalat\u0131na ve merdiven alt\u0131 tamir i\u015fleri yapan, ka\u00e7ak i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran ve profesyonel olmayan oto tamir servislerinin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na zemin yaratt\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde onlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na uymuyor ve tamirler ile teknik hizmet kalitesinde garanti vermiyorlar. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik \u015fartlar\u0131 da g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ediliyor. Polisin verilerine g\u00f6re \u00fclkede 4 milyon 200 bin kay\u0131tl\u0131 otomobil var. Onlardan 3.5 milyon araba 10 y\u0131ldan eski, 1.5 milyonu ise 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k ve daha eski.
