Bunlara kar\u015f\u0131 da Bat\u0131 toplumlar\u0131nda \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131n, nefret sald\u0131r\u0131 ve su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur. Tarihte birlikte ya\u015fama k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kendi medeniyeti i\u00e7erisinde bile sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde kuramayan Bat\u0131 medeniyeti, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin entegrasyonu, toplumun onlar\u0131 kabullenmesi, sayg\u0131 ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc g\u00f6stermesi konular\u0131nda ciddi sorunlar ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 medeniyetinde birlikte ya\u015fama k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, tarih boyunca belirgin bir geli\u015fme g\u00f6steremedi\u011fini, farkl\u0131 din, mezhep ya da etnik kimlikleri i\u00e7erisinde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc toplumsal yap\u0131lar\u0131n olu\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Bu nedenle de farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ho\u015f g\u00f6rebilen, bunlar\u0131 kendi i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131rabilen bir medeniyet olma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip olamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hristiyan olmayan ve \u00fclkeyi terk etmeyenleri ise katletmi\u015f ve \u0130slam medeniyetinin \u00fclkede sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok dinli, \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc yap\u0131y\u0131 yok etmi\u015flerdir. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>Dinlerini gizleyerek \u0130spanya\u2019da ya\u015famaya devam etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve \u201cMoriskolar\u201d ad\u0131yla an\u0131lanlar ise halk\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde toplu olarak yak\u0131larak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclme de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli bask\u0131 ve katliamlara maruz kalm\u0131\u015f, nihayet 1600\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131nda 500 bin Morisko\u2019nun \u00fclkeden s\u00fcr\u00fclmesiyle varl\u0131klar\u0131 sona ermi\u015ftir. Benzer durum 9 ve 13. y\u00fczy\u0131llar aras\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcman h\u00e2kimiyetinin oldu\u011fu Sicilya adas\u0131 i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli olmu\u015ftur. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n egemenli\u011fi alt\u0131ndaki bu y\u00fczy\u0131llar aras\u0131nda ada n\u00fcfusu M\u00fcsl\u00fcman, Hristiyan ve Yahudilerden olu\u015fmakta ve yaln\u0131zca adan\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Palermo\u2019da 300\u2019e yak\u0131n cami bulunmaktayd\u0131. Hristiyanlar\u0131n tekrar aday\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irmesinden sonra ise M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar adadan s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f veya Katolik olmaya zorlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da birlikte ya\u015fama k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sadece ba\u015fka dinlerin mensuplar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olmam\u0131\u015f, ayr\u0131ca h\u00e2kim din Hristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n mezhepleri aras\u0131nda da ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fczl\u00fck, birlikte ya\u015fayamama kendisini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Protestan mezhebinin 16. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131ndan sonra Avrupa, y\u00fczlerce y\u0131l, sonu gelmeyen mezhep k\u00f6kenli sava\u015flara sahne olmu\u015ftur. Osmanl\u0131 Devleti&#8217;nin zay\u0131flayarak da\u011f\u0131lma s\u00fcrecine girmesiyle bu b\u00f6lgelerde M\u00fcsl\u00fcman n\u00fcfusun topraklar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya da katledildi\u011fini, 1821-1922 y\u0131llar\u0131nda 5 milyondan fazla M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edilen ya da g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek zorunda kalan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n, yollarda a\u00e7l\u0131k ve hastal\u0131ktan ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fini vurguluyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan Balkanlar&#8217;da, Kafkasya&#8217;da ve Anadolu&#8217;daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 katliam\u0131n\u0131n tarih\u00e7esiyle ilgili Bat\u0131 \u00fclkelerinde herhangi bir yay\u0131na rastlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kay\u0131plar\u0131n ders ve tarih kitaplar\u0131nda yer almad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.Bat\u0131 Trakya&#8217;daki T\u00fcrklerin, Yunanlara ait ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir Yunanistan yaratma amac\u0131na engel olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in 1800&#8217;lerin ba\u015f\u0131nda silahl\u0131 milliyet\u00e7i grubun hedefi oldu\u011fu, 1821&#8217;de, k\u00f6y ve kasabalarda ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrklerin, yerle\u015fim merkezlerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp k\u0131y\u0131mdan ge\u00e7irildi\u011fi ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te 25 binden fazla Bat\u0131 Trakya T\u00fcrk\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>-\u0130\u015flenen cinayetlerin yaln\u0131zca Osmanl\u0131&#8217;ya y\u00f6nelik bir nefret patlamas\u0131 de\u011fil, siyasal bir eylem niteli\u011finde oldu\u011funu \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle anlat\u0131yor: &#8220;Yunan ayaklanmas\u0131, Balkanlar&#8217;da daha sonraki ayaklanmalar i\u00e7in bir model ortaya koydu.
