T\u00fcrk tarihine ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, T\u00fcrklerin \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131nda gittikleri yerlerde, devlet kursun-kurmas\u0131n, di\u011fer inan\u00e7 mensuplar\u0131na ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel topluluklara kar\u015f\u0131 son derece ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. <strong><em>Zira T\u00fcrkler her varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir ruhu oldu\u011funa inanm\u0131\u015flar; tabiattaki hi\u00e7bir varl\u0131\u011fa zarar verilmemesini prensip edinmi\u015flerdir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr gelene\u011finde ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc; \u201c\u0130nsan sevgisi ve insan haysiyetine h\u00fcrmet g\u00f6sterme\u201d prensibi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ho\u015f g\u00f6ren ve ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclen taraf\u0131n insan olu\u015fu ekseninde geli\u015fmi\u015f ve din\u00ee-ahlaki bir g\u00f6rev olarak benimsenmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde tarih itibariyle \u00e7ok uzun bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip olan bu kavram sahip oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlerin anlamlar\u0131 itibariyle s\u00fcrekli \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong><em>Ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ve \u0130nsan sevgisi T\u00fcrk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin her safhas\u0131nda merkezi bir konumda yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/em><\/strong>. T\u00fcrklerin aras\u0131nda \u00e7o\u011fulculuk ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc e\u011filiminin k\u00f6klerinin temelde onlar\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmadan \u00f6nceki tarihleri ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerine uzand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve sonraki d\u00f6nemler \u00fczerinde de \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde belirleyici oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi gibi T\u00fcrkler, din\u00ee tarihleri boyunca, \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli ve \u00f6zellikle de d\u00fcnyan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck dinleri ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131lar. Ancak T\u00fcrklerin, bu evrensel b\u00fcy\u00fck dinlerle temaslar\u0131 ve sonu\u00e7ta b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri itibariyle M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131kta karar k\u0131lmalar\u0131, tarihlerinin ne kadar eski d\u00f6nemlerine uzan\u0131rsa uzans\u0131n, yine de bu tarihin uzun ancak s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsamaktad\u0131r. Zira bu temas ve din de\u011fi\u015ftirmeden \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemde onlar\u0131n &#8220;<strong><em>Geleneksel T\u00fcrk Dini<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; \u015feklinde adland\u0131rabilece\u011fimiz mill\u00ee bir dinleri mevcuttu ve anla\u015f\u0131lan T\u00fcrklerde din konusundaki \u00e7o\u011fulcu ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc evrensel e\u011filim k\u00f6klerini bu dinin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zemininden ve inan\u00e7 esaslar\u0131ndan almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Geleneksel T\u00fcrk dini, &#8220;<strong><em>G\u00f6k Tanr\u0131<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; inanc\u0131 etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenmi\u015fti ve bizzat bu inan\u00e7, eski T\u00fcrkleri yabanc\u0131 dinlere kar\u015f\u0131 ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc k\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. T\u00fcrklerin inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 G\u00f6k Tanr\u0131 bir kabile il\u00e2h\u0131 veya ulusal bir Tanr\u0131 de\u011fildi. Sadece geleneksel T\u00fcrk dininin tek Tanr\u0131 inanc\u0131 de\u011fil, fakat ayn\u0131 zamanda ba\u015fka bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6rler ve \u00f6zellikle de eski \u00e7a\u011flar\u0131n hayat \u015fartlar\u0131 T\u00fcrkleri din konusunda \u00e7o\u011fulcu ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc bir zihniyet ve tutuma y\u00f6neltmi\u015ftir. Orta Asya merkez \u00f6lmek \u00fczere, \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyada \u00e7ok uzun s\u00fcre g\u00f6\u00e7ebe bir hayat s\u00fcrd\u00fcren T\u00fcrkler, bu dinamik hayatlar\u0131 s\u00fcresince, \u00e7e\u015fitli vesilelerle d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli milletleri, medeniyetleri, k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri ve dinleri ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131lar. \u00dcstelik d\u00fcnya ticaret yollar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7ok eski devirlerden beri T\u00fcrklerin \u00fclkesinden ge\u00e7mekte ve hatta kav\u015fak olu\u015fturmakta olu\u015fu, onlar\u0131n \u00e7ok erken d\u00f6nemlerden itibaren farkl\u0131 milletlere ait t\u00fcccarlar ve misyonerlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunu do\u011furmu\u015ftur. Nitekim tarih\u00ee b\u00fcy\u00fck dinler, T\u00fcrklerin aras\u0131nda, daha \u00e7ok bu ticaret yollar\u0131n\u0131 takiben yay\u0131lmak imk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131 elde etmi\u015flerdir. <strong><em>Bu temaslar ve \u00e7o\u011fulcu ortam, eski T\u00fcrkleri din konusunda \u00f6ylesine ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc bir tutuma g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc ki, eski T\u00fcrkler bir din sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnemeyecek bir anlay\u0131\u015fta idiler. <\/em><\/strong><\/p><div id=\"bghab-78852707\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>Yabanc\u0131 itikatlara sayg\u0131l\u0131 olma T\u00fcrklerin karakter yap\u0131s\u0131nda vard\u0131r. <strong><em>H\u00fcr ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ya\u015fama azmi ile birlikte d\u00fcnyaya h\u00e2kim olma \u201cCihan h\u00e2kimiyeti\u201d mefk\u00fbre ve iradesi, T\u00fcrkleri, m\u00fcnasebette bulunduklar\u0131 veya idaresi alt\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kavimlere kar\u015f\u0131 sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmay\u0131 gerektirmi\u015ftir<\/em><\/strong>. T\u00fcrk devlet adamlar\u0131 \u201ct\u00f6re\u201dnin prensiplerini uygularken, T\u00fcrk milletinden bir kimse ile T\u00fcrk milleti ile yan yana ya\u015famak durumunda olan herhangi bir yabanc\u0131ya e\u015fit davranm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hem T\u00fcrkler aras\u0131nda, hem de T\u00fcrk olmayan topluluklar aras\u0131nda benimsenen fikir ve inan\u00e7lara sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f, onlar\u0131n ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f \u015fartlar\u0131na m\u00fcdahale edilmemi\u015ftir. <strong><em>Bu ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrklerdeki demokrasi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok eskilere kadar gitti\u011finin bir g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>T\u00fcrkler, hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 tanzim eden hususi bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne sahip olan yabanc\u0131lar\u0131 insanl\u0131k \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcne g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendiren, kom\u015fular\u0131n\u0131 sayan, tabiat\u0131 seven, ahlaktan ho\u015flanan ve be\u015feri de\u011ferlere kendi icad\u0131ndan da bir\u00e7ok k\u0131ymetler katmak suretiyle ay ve g\u00fcne\u015fle birlikte dola\u015fan bir topluluk olmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/em><\/strong>\u00c7in vesikalar\u0131nda T\u00fcrklerin devlet idaresindeki ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc hakk\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bilgiler vard\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0Bunlardan bir tanesi \u015f\u00f6yledir: \u201cBizim(\u00c7in) idaremizde b\u00fcy\u00fck aksakl\u0131klar vard\u0131r. \u0130dareciler halk\u0131 eziyor. Ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ve adaletten uzak bu sistemden dolay\u0131 ezilen halk nefretle idareye ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131yor ve birbirlerini \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcyorlar. H\u00e2lbuki T\u00fcrkler b\u00f6yle de\u011filler. Orada idareciler halka erdemli davran\u0131yor, halkta idarecilere sadakatle hizmet ediyorlar. Bir \u00fclkeyi idare etmek, bir v\u00fccudu idare etmek gibi oldu\u011fundan \u00fclkenin nas\u0131l idare edildi\u011fi hissedilmiyor. T\u00fcrklerin idaresi ger\u00e7ek bir bilgenin idaresidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde evrensel hukukun yans\u0131mas\u0131 olarak kendini g\u00f6steren ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn izlerini T\u00fcrk siyaset kitab\u0131 olan Kutadgu Bilig\u2019de de g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu kitapta halk\u0131n meslekleri ve me\u015fguliyet sahalar\u0131 etrafl\u0131ca anlat\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen; asilzadelerden ve k\u00f6lelerden hi\u00e7 s\u00f6z edilmemi\u015ftir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkler \u0130slamiyet\u2019i kabul ettiklerinde, var olan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131lar\u0131, \u0130slamiyet\u2019in insanlar aras\u0131ndaki e\u015fitlik ve adalet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n herkes i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olma ilkesine uymakta idi. \u0130slamiyet\u2019te \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip olan bar\u0131\u015fseverlik, ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ve yard\u0131mseverlik prensipleri T\u00fcrklerin \u00e7ok da uzak olmad\u0131klar\u0131 kavramlard\u0131. \u0130slamiyet\u2019in vazge\u00e7ilmez d\u00fcsturlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer alan ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc, din ve vicdan h\u00fcviyeti T\u00fcrklerin daha \u00f6nce bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 din ve millet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda dikkate ald\u0131klar\u0131 unsurlar olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir. \u0130slamiyet\u2019in adalet, e\u015fitlik, iyilik, yard\u0131mseverlik ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc prensiplerini kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferleriyle kayna\u015ft\u0131ran T\u00fcrkler,\u00a0\u0130slamiyet\u2019i kabul ettikten sonra y\u00fcz y\u0131llarca bu prensiplerin bayraktarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn z\u0131t anlam\u0131 fanatizmdir; tekelci g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, ba\u011fnazl\u0131k ve taassuptur. Fanatizm ayn\u0131 zamanda hayat\u0131n t\u00fcm katmanlar\u0131nda dar g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fl\u00fcl\u00fck, durgunluk ve entelekt\u00fcel gerilik anlamlar\u0131n\u0131 da ta\u015f\u0131r. Fanatizmin oldu\u011fu yerde bilgisizlik, ku\u015fkuculuk \u00f6zellikle din\u00ee tart\u0131\u015fmalarda d\u00fcnyev\u00ee \u00e7\u0131karlara dayal\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bir istismar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu demek de\u011fildir ki, T\u00fcrk din tarihinde tersine tutumun yani fanatizmin \u00f6rnekleri hi\u00e7 bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Do\u011frusu, \u00f6teki t\u00fcm toplumlar\u0131n tarihinde oldu\u011fu gibi, T\u00fcrklerin din\u00ee tarihinde de, din konusunda tart\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar ve taassubun az \u00e7ok var oldu\u011fudur ve esasen bu e\u011filim bu g\u00fcn de varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Ancak, \u00e7o\u011fulculuk ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc perspektifinden bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, T\u00fcrk din tarihi bunlar\u0131n \u00f6ylesine karakteristik ve tipik \u00f6rneklerini bize sunuyor ki, bu durum bizi, bu tarih i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7o\u011fulcu ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc tutum e\u011filimini bir gelenek \u015feklinde de\u011ferlendirmeye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Esasen kanaatimizce, T\u00fcrklerin din\u00ee tarihinin en \u00f6nemli ve s\u00fcrekli \u00f6zellikle\u00adrinden birisi, onun din konusunda sergiledi\u011fi bu \u00e7o\u011fulcu ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc tutumda kendini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc i\u00e7erik ve anlama sahip olan ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 hem Bat\u0131\u2019da ayd\u0131nlanma ile ba\u015flayan tolerans doktrin ve pratiklerinden tarih itibariyle daha uzun bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip olmas\u0131 hem de\u011fer y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla benzerlerinden ayr\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemlerini ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ve insan sevgisi temelinde olu\u015fturan b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk filozof ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrleri farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr mensubu olanlara ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc davranma anlam\u0131nda insanl\u0131k tarihinde se\u00e7kin bir yere sahip olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ve insan sevgisinin T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin her safhas\u0131nda merkez\u00ee bir konumda olu\u015fu bu temel de\u011ferlere verilen \u00f6nemin bir g\u00f6stergesidir. <\/em><\/strong>Her \u015feyden evvel T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcrel gelene\u011finde ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn, ho\u015f g\u00f6ren ve ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclen taraf\u0131n insan olu\u015fu ekseninde geli\u015fti\u011fi g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmemelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu konuya devam edece\u011fiz in\u015fallah.
