Engelli \u00e7ocuklara e\u011fitim sisteminde geli\u015fim i\u00e7in destek sa\u011flanacak. 18 ya\u015f \u00fczerindeki engelli ki\u015filer yoksulluk s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 mali destek alacak. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131 50 ile 99 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen i\u015fverenler, bir engelliyi istihdam etmeli. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131 100 ve \u00fczerinde olan i\u015fverenler ise iki engelli ki\u015fiye i\u015f vermeli.
