Y\u00f6neticilerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu de\u011fi\u015fik emanetler elinde bulunan ve bunlar\u0131 zaman\u0131nda da\u011f\u0131tmak, ehline vermek durumunda olan kimselerdir. Allah(c.c)\u2019\u0131n g\u00fczel isimlerinden El-M\u00fc\u2019min olan (g\u00fcvenen ve g\u00fcvenilmesini isteyen) Allah, m\u00fc\u2019min olan (Allah\u2019a g\u00fcven duyan ve Allah\u2019\u0131n kendisine duydu\u011fu g\u00fcveni zedelemekten sak\u0131nan) insandan, iman\u0131n\u0131n bir gere\u011fi olarak emanete sadakat g\u00f6stermesini, yani emin biri olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ki\u015fi kendisine verilmi\u015f t\u00fcm nimetlere birer emanet g\u00f6z\u00fcyle bakar. Cahiliyye d\u00f6neminde de kutsal bilinen ve hizmetinde olmak i\u00e7in insanlar\u0131n yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00e2be\u2019nin anahtar\u0131 Osman bin Talha adl\u0131 birindedir. Ki\u015finin ehil ve l\u00e2y\u0131k olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nce bilin\u00e7 ve bilgi \u015fartt\u0131r. Emanete riayet bilinci ve emanet edilen \u015feyi yerli yerinde kullanma bilgisi. Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de ge\u00e7en Allah (c.c.)\u2019\u0131n g\u00fczel isimlerinden\u00a0<strong>\u201cel-Melik\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0ismi bunu ifade eder. \u0130nsana verilenler hep birer emanettirler. Bu emanetleri var edili\u015f amac\u0131na uygun kullanan, emanete sadakat g\u00f6stermi\u015f olur; tersine davranan emanete ihanet etmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p>Nis\u00e2 Suresi 58. \u00e2yetin \u00fc\u00e7 muhatab\u0131 vard\u0131r: Birincisi do\u011frudan, di\u011fer ikisi dolayl\u0131 muhataplar\u0131d\u0131r. Bunlar;1. Se\u00e7me, tayin etme ve talim verme makam\u0131nda olan muhataplar,2. Ehliyet ve liy\u00e2kat sahibi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, se\u00e7ilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131nanlar, 3. Ehliyet ve liy\u00e2kat sahibi oldu\u011fu halde g\u00f6rev ve sorumluluk almaktan ka\u00e7anlar.<\/p>\n<p>Birincilerin sorumlulu\u011fu emaneti ehil ve l\u00e2y\u0131k olana vermektir. Hz Muhammed (s.a.v.)\u2019in en \u00f6nemli vasf\u0131n\u0131n \u201cemin\u201d oldu\u011fu unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. O, insana ve hayata hizmeti hakka, adalete, ahl\u00e2ka ve halka dayand\u0131rm\u0131\u015f; bu \u00f6rnek uygulamalar\u0131yla dost ve d\u00fc\u015fman herkesin g\u00fcvenini kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Emanete riayet imandan kaynaklan\u0131r ve takvan\u0131n da bir gere\u011fidir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi mahiyeti itibariyle\u00a0\u201c<strong>fetv\u00e2\u201d,<\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>dinin g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayata h\u00e2kimiyetini, en az\u0131ndan olaylar\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde din\u00ee esaslar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kalabilmeyi sa\u011flayan dinamik, yeti\u015fmi\u015flik ve a\u011f\u0131r sorumluluk gerektiren \u00e7ok cidd\u00ee bir dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k i\u015fidir. B\u00f6ylece \u00e2limlerin yok olu\u015fu ile em\u00e2netin zayii aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 bir ilgi bulunmaktad\u0131r Em\u00e2net ise, madd\u00ee-manev\u00ee de\u011fer ve sorumluluklar\u0131n hepsine birden verilen isimdir. Bu demektir ki em\u00e2net, ilme em\u00e2net edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130lim kalmam\u0131\u015fsa, em\u00e2net zayi edilmi\u015f demektir.
