Amerikal\u0131 milyoner ve hay\u0131rsever Edmond Beck&#8217;in finansal yard\u0131m\u0131yla restore edilecek. 1980 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00fclt\u00fcr an\u0131t\u0131 olarak ilan edilmesine ra\u011fmen bina devaml\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6kmektedir.\u201c\u00c7ar Boris\u201d oteli 1894 y\u0131l\u0131nda, aralar\u0131nda Kolyo Fi\u00e7eto&#8217;nun da bulundu\u011fu Dryanovo in\u015faat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ustal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenen Stoyan Gerganov\u2019un projesi \u00fczerine in\u015fa edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni sahibi Edmund Beck, petrol, golf sahalar\u0131 ve emlakla u\u011fra\u015fan eski bir askeri pilottur. 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda tesad\u00fcfen Veliko Tarnovo&#8217;ya gelir, \u015fehrin g\u00fczelli\u011fine vurulur ve tarihi de\u011fere sahip terk edilmi\u015f eski binalar\u0131 sat\u0131n almaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor.
