O nedenle bazen, b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckler b\u00fcy\u00fck iyilikleri do\u011furur. 15 Temmuz Hain Darbe Kalk\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, uzun zamand\u0131r kendini gelece\u011fe haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f olan dini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fc bir hareketin, yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki en kutsal de\u011ferlere a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a sald\u0131rma hezeyan\u0131na sahne olmu\u015ftur. Darbe kaosu yaratarak devleti ele ge\u00e7irmeyi ama\u00e7layan FET\u00d6\/PDY, hem devlet hem de millet taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6sterilen tepkiyle etkisiz hale getirilmi\u015ftir. \u0130yilik ile k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, ihanet ile sadakatin ayn\u0131 sahnede boy g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi 15 Temmuz, bilincimizde sadece bir tarih olarak de\u011fil, temel de\u011ferlerimizi yeniden hat\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir simge olarak, gelece\u011fimizi de ayd\u0131nlatacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>15 Temmuz bizi, toplumumuzun temel kodlar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irme ve yeniden yap\u0131lanma zorunlu\u011fu ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 15 Temmuz\u2019un bize s\u00f6yledi\u011fi \u015fey en genel anlamda siyaset ve toplum teorilerinin yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi gerekti\u011fidir. Ayd\u0131n\u0131n ve entellekt\u00fcelin g\u00f6revi, tam da bu d\u00f6nemlerde toplumun \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler ortaya koymas\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak, ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu g\u00f6revi yerine getirmedi\u011fini g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Kendi teorik d\u00fcnyalar\u0131nda zihinsel problemleri ile u\u011fra\u015f\u0131rken topluma y\u00f6n verecek fikirler \u00fcretememi\u015flerdir. Hatta 15 Temmuz\u2019a giden s\u00fcre\u00e7te; dini \u00e7evrelerin, dini ihtisas kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n, \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltelerinin FET\u00d6\/PDY ile ili\u015fkisi tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. Devletin kurumlar\u0131n\u0131, toplumu sarih bir \u015fekilde uyarma ve bu konularda akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmalar\u0131 gerekenler, 15 Temmuz sonras\u0131nda TV ekranlar\u0131nda boy g\u00f6stererek \u201cFet\u00f6savarl\u0131k\u201d yar\u0131\u015f\u0131na giri\u015fmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Toplum olarak gelece\u011fi in\u015fa etmek, ge\u00e7mi\u015fi anlamak ve onu arkaya almakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 toplumlar, ge\u00e7mi\u015f ile gelecek aras\u0131nda anlaml\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131lar kurarak bir kimlik olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ba\u015faranlard\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131p ve ink\u00e2r ederek bir gelecek aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ine giren toplumlar, bu radikal reddedi\u015fin bedelini her nesilde farkl\u0131 krizlerle \u00f6demek durumunda kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bunu a\u015famada, yenilenme ile kimli\u011fi koruma aras\u0131ndaki hassas dengenin daima korunmas\u0131 son derece \u00f6nemlidir. Kendi tarihini anlamak, bunu yaparken de ele\u015ftirel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi titizlikle uygulamak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>FET\u00d6 s\u00fcrekli olarak din\u00ee olman\u0131n yan\u0131nda milliyet\u00e7i bir camia oldu\u011fu vurgusunu yapmaktayd\u0131. Ancak onun genel olarak \u0130sl\u00e2m co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n temel sorunlar\u0131na M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kitlelerden farkl\u0131 bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Filistin-\u0130srail meselesinde ve \u00f6zellikle de \u2018Mavi Marmara\u2019 konusunda FET\u00d6 liderinin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar vicdanlar\u0131 yaralad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi tepkileri de kendine \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 duygusal FET\u00d6 liderinin vicdan\u00ee duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 kapsamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Bu gruplara; sosyolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda toplumsal hayat\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Asla bir sorun olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmez. Ancak \u0130sl\u00e2m ve toplum ili\u015fkileri ekseninde bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00fcstelik FET\u00d6 gibi bir tecr\u00fcbeden sonra \u201cbunlar tarihsel ve sosyolojik birer olgudur\u201d naifli\u011fi i\u00e7inde bak\u0131lamayacak derecede ciddi bir problem haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Dinin toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan din\u00ee guruplar\u0131n eski ya da yeni \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler tarz\u0131nda olumlu i\u015flevler g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri bir ger\u00e7ektir. O nedenle FET\u00d6 olay\u0131 bahane edilerek toplumsal hayat\u0131 din\u00ee her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yap\u0131lanmadan ar\u0131nd\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, ancak bu i\u015fi eksik b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen 28 \u015eubat\u00e7\u0131 ve ulusalc\u0131lar\u0131n amac\u0131yla \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Dengeli bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek ad\u0131na bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmek gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle dini gurup\/tarikat\/cemaaatlerin kendilerini sorgulamalar\u0131 gerekiyor. \u0130nsan yeti\u015ftirme politikalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmek zorundad\u0131rlar. K\u00fcresel savrulmalar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n nas\u0131l daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131p anlat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerine daha \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Kendilerini devlete ve kamu kurumlar\u0131na adam yeti\u015ftiren ve yerle\u015ftiren birer arka bah\u00e7e olarak g\u00f6rmek yerine, bulunduklar\u0131 alanda yani sivil toplumda daha esnek, estetik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla renk karabilirler. \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n ama\u00e7lara sadece g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131rarak de\u011fil aksine bilgi ve de\u011fer \u00fcreterek ve yayarak ula\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini ilke edinmelidirler. Bu arada di\u011fer gruplarla ve kurumlarla (Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fclteleri, \u0130mam-Hatip Liseleri) olan ili\u015fkileri yine Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir kavram olan \u2018hay\u0131rda yar\u0131\u015fmak\u2019 ilkesi \u00fczerine kurmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Anlams\u0131z ve ac\u0131mas\u0131z \u0130lahiyat, Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130mam Hatip Okullar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapmak yerine bu kamu kurumlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 daha sayg\u0131l\u0131 ve dengeli bir \u00fcslup i\u00e7inde olmalar\u0131 beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de dini grup\/tarikat\/cemaatlerin takiyyeye ba\u015fvurduklar\u0131 da bir ger\u00e7ektir. Takiyye \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00f6\u011fretisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ar\u0131zi (ge\u00e7ici ve istisna\u00ee) bir uygulamad\u0131r, normal bir davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. Hz. Peygamber\u2019in bask\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki baz\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 ruhsat, takiyyeye \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilmektedir. As\u0131l olan insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131d\u0131r. T\u0131pk\u0131 Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da yemesi haram k\u0131l\u0131nan baz\u0131 nesneler say\u0131ld\u0131ktan hemen sonra zorda kalan\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131ya ka\u00e7mamak \u015fart\u0131yla bunlardan yiyebilece\u011fi s\u00f6ylenmi\u015ftir. Takiyye ve ruhsat zorluklar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hayatta kalmay\u0131 tercih etmek ilkesi alt\u0131nda birle\u015ftirilebilir. Her ikisi de d\u00fc\u015fmana ve zorlu \u015fartlara kar\u015f\u0131 uygulan\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015fman da zorlu \u015fartlar da cana kast etti\u011fi i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 mant\u0131k y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer. Ancak takiyye ve tedbir y\u00f6ntemlerinin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumda bir hayatta kalma tarz\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131labilir me\u015fru bir taraf\u0131 olamaz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir d\u00f6nem sek\u00fcler ve laisist politikalar\u0131n sert bi\u00e7imde uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ortamda kendini koruma ad\u0131na takiyye ve tedbir y\u00f6ntemlerine ba\u015fvurulmak zorunda kal\u0131nmas\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131labilir. Bunu tercih etmek yerine direnme ve kar\u015f\u0131 koyma yolunu se\u00e7en \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee ve gelenek\u00e7i guruplar olmu\u015ftur. Sonu\u00e7ta bu farkl\u0131l\u0131k \u2018grubun ya da tarikatin\/cemaatin kendi i\u00e7tihad\u0131d\u0131r.\u2019 denilerek tolore edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Demokrasinin geli\u015fmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak din ve dindarlar \u00fczerindeki bask\u0131lar\u0131n kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir a\u015famada, h\u00e2l\u00e2 takiyye ve tedbirin uygulanmas\u0131 ciddi anlamda \u015f\u00fcpheler uyand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bir gurubun, din kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 sek\u00fcler \u00e7evrelerin yan\u0131nda di\u011fer M\u00fcsl\u00fcman guruplara kar\u015f\u0131 da takiyye ve tedbir y\u00f6ntemlerini uygulamaya devam etmesini, en az\u0131ndan din\u00ee bir mant\u0131kla a\u00e7\u0131klamak olduk\u00e7a zordur. Muhammed ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve at\u0131lacak her ad\u0131m\u0131 ondan \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi inanc\u0131, \u015ei\u00eeli\u011fe benzer bir disiplin ve karizma do\u011furmu\u015ftur. Lider ile kitle aras\u0131nda kurulan ili\u015fkinin t\u00fcm romantizmi, irrasyonelli\u011fi ve yo\u011funlu\u011fu bu karizmadan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Bu ili\u015fki bi\u00e7iminin cemaate \u00f6zg\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha yayg\u0131n ba\u011flamda tarikat yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131nda h\u00e2kim oldu\u011funu belirtmek gerekir. FET\u00d6\u2019de farkl\u0131 olan \u015fey, gnostik y\u00f6ntemin, \u0131srarla M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplum ve co\u011frafyan\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 aleyhine kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Milliyet\u00e7i vurgular\u0131 s\u00f6yleminde eksik etmeyen bir yap\u0131 i\u00e7in bu durum \u2018a\u00e7\u0131klanamaz\u2019d\u0131r. Ancak gnostik y\u00f6ntemi ustaca kullanan yap\u0131, bu a\u00e7\u0131k tutars\u0131zl\u0131k i\u00e7in de bir tevil bulmakta zorlanmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu halde a\u00e7\u0131k, d\u00fcr\u00fcst ve kendisiyle bar\u0131\u015f\u0131k bireyler yeti\u015ftirecek bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ortam\u0131 in\u015fa etmek zorunday\u0131z. Gizem, s\u0131r, bat\u0131n pe\u015finde olma arzusu sanatsal, entellekt\u00fcel, ger\u00e7ek\u00fcst\u00fcc\u00fc bir ba\u011flamda olduk\u00e7a keyifli ve insana derinlik katan bir de\u011ferdir. Ancak bunun toplumsal politik bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclerek \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n, ahl\u00e2k\u0131n, e\u011fitimin, kamu d\u00fczeninin alt\u0131n\u0131 oyacak ve i\u015flevsiz b\u0131rakacak bir boyuta ula\u015fmas\u0131, \u00fczerine gidilmesi gereken bir sorundur. Hi\u00e7 kimse bireysel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri, sivil toplumun dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme hakk\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek toplumu yeni ve derin vesayetler alt\u0131na sokacak bu tarz giri\u015fimleri savunamaz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lahiyat\u00e7\u0131-Yazar Prof.Dr. Cemil KILI\u00c7<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki dini grup\/tarikat ve cemaatleri de\u011ferlendirirken dini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fc mafyatik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerden, FET\u00d6 gibi devleti ele ge\u00e7irme u\u011fra\u015f\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde olan ba\u015fka gruplar\u0131n da varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ederrek; \u201cFET\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn T\u00fcrk toplumuna ve devlete vurdu\u011fu a\u011f\u0131r darbenin sars\u0131c\u0131 etkileri hala devam etmekte olup bu \u00f6rg\u00fctle m\u00fccadele, toplum ve devlet olarak en \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndem maddemizi olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Ancak bilinmelidir ki FET\u00d6 benzeri bir g\u00fcce ula\u015fma ve muhtemelen FET\u00d6 gibi devleti ele ge\u00e7irme u\u011fra\u015f\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde olan ba\u015fka cemaatler de mevcuttur.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bug\u00fcn cemaat ve tarikatlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 dinsel bir maske takm\u0131\u015f organize su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fctleri yahut ticari organizasyon ya da siyasi n\u00fcfuz te\u015fekk\u00fclleri halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Neredeyse hepsinin \u015firketleri, holdingleri, yay\u0131n kurulu\u015flar\u0131 vard\u0131r.
