Bel\u00e7ev, \u201c<strong>T\u00fcrkler kesti bi\u00e7ti katletti<\/strong>\u201d demiyor.<br \/>\n300 y\u0131l Bulgaristan topraklar\u0131nda ve Balkanlarda sava\u015f olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, soyk\u0131r\u0131m ya\u015fanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve insanlar\u0131n toplu katledilmedi\u011fini, g\u00f6\u00e7e zorlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, din, dil, isim, soyad\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmedi\u011fini, din yasaklanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hukuk d\u00fczeninin, adaletin egemen oldu\u011funu anlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bulgarlar\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131 okur bu eseri bilemem. <\/strong><br \/>\nOkusalar iyi olur. Okurlar aras\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fma g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri, yazarla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler, konferanslar d\u00fczenlense \u00e7ok iyi olur. \u00d6zellikle de yazar\u0131n tarih \u00f6\u011fretmenleri, tarih fak\u00fcltelerinden \u00f6\u011frencilerle konferanslar d\u00fczenlemesi de ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6nemli. Bu eseri soyda\u015f T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 olan bizlerin de mutlaka okumam\u0131z laz\u0131m.\u00a0 Bu feneri elimizde yolumuza \u0131\u015f\u0131k verecektir. Yeni de\u011ferlendirmede Osmanl\u0131 ve T\u00fcrk konusundaki okul ders kitaplar\u0131ndaki bilgilere de farkl\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131dan \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutuluyor. Bu tarihi s\u0131rtlay\u0131p belle\u011fimize \u00e7izmeden, yuttu\u011fumuz lokmadaki tuzun de\u011ferini bilemeyiz. Ne var ki Osmanl\u0131 devrinin sosyal ve ekonomik hayat\u0131 \u00fczerinde bir \u00f6m\u00fcr kalem oynat\u0131p bir\u00e7ok konuya ilk de\u011finen Bayan Mutaf\u00e7ieva, \u00a0Balkan \u0130nsan\u0131\u2019n\u0131 bu b\u00fct\u00fcnsellik i\u00e7inde \u015fekillendirememi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Eserde ortaya kovuldu\u011funa g\u00f6re Balkan \u0130nsan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131 ve onun i\u00e7inde Bulgar Kimli\u011fi, T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fi ve ba\u015fka kimliklerin \u015fekillenmesi bir tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak veriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bulgaristan\u2019da daha \u00f6nce b\u00f6yle bir eser yaz\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131 derken, daha ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerin, Yugoslav yazar \u0130vo Andri\u00e7\u2019in\u00a0 \u201c<strong>Drina K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong>\u201d roman\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 eklemek istiyorum.<br \/>\n<strong>Bu iki eserde ortak hava var. \u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nFilibe\u2019yi ve insanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fehrin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131nda anlatan bir roman. Osmanl\u0131lar Balkanlara dikey bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, din ve uygarl\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla gelmi\u015f ve yerli halk\u0131n yatay k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve uygarl\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla y\u00fczle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n dinde ve ki\u015fisel ve toplumsal kimlikteki ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n analiz edildi\u011fi 3 as\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcrede az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n benlik, dil, din ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri, adet ve gelenekleri geli\u015fme ve serpilip a\u00e7ma olanaklar\u0131 bulabilmi\u015ftir. Bulgar H\u0131ristiyan toplumunun dil, din, namus, ahlak, k\u00fclt\u00fcr anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131ndan \u00e7ok uzakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimi alt\u0131nda farkl\u0131 topluluklar\u0131n bir arada ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00e7izgileri efsanelerle, masallarla zenginle\u015ftirerek dile getirirken, ne m\u00fcthi\u015f bir uyum tablosu ne de mutlak bir zul\u00fcm hik\u00e2yesi ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.\u00a0 Kimliklerin, dinlerin, devletlerin ve \u00f6teki de\u011ferlerin \u00f6tesinde, i\u00e7inde insan olan karma\u015f\u0131k ve zengin bir hayat anlat\u0131s\u0131 derin izler b\u0131rak\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Andri\u00e7, Nobel \u00d6d\u00fcll\u00fc alan eserini yazmazdan \u00f6nce Osmanl\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131ndan Filibe renklerini g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in &#8220;Muradiye insanlar aras\u0131nda \u201c<strong>Cuma Cami<\/strong>\u201dyi ziyaret etmi\u015f, Bosna\u2019da oldu\u011fu gibi Filibe\u2019de de Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131n isim de\u011fi\u015ftirme, din de\u011fi\u015ftirme veya toplu insan katletme gibi efsanelere rastlamay\u0131nca eserinin yerel sadeli\u011fini korumu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 mahallesini soluya soluya yeti\u015fen bir Filibeli tarih\u00e7i yazar\u0131n, say\u0131lar\u0131 binlerden fazla olan Bulgar tarih yazarlar\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcnden ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 belgesel kan\u0131tlar\u0131n etkisiyle olmu\u015ftur.
