Kurban, Arap\u00e7a \u201cyakla\u015fmak, yak\u0131n olmak\u201d m\u00e2nalar\u0131na \u201ckurb\u201d gelen kelimesinden gelir. Terim anlam\u0131nda ise, Kurban Bayram\u0131 g\u00fcnlerinde Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019ya yakla\u015fmak maksad\u0131yla kesilen ve belirli \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan hayvana verilen add\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kurban, Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019ya yakla\u015fmak maksad\u0131yla yap\u0131lan bir ameldir. \u0130nsan, psikolojik olarak \u00f6nce kendine, ailesine, akrabas\u0131na, kom\u015fular\u0131na, arkada\u015flar\u0131na ve tan\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131na yak\u0131n olmay\u0131 ister. Asl\u0131nda insanlar\u0131n menfaat beklemeksizin birbirlerine yakla\u015fmak i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi faaliyetler, Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019ya yakla\u015fmak i\u00e7in birer basamak te\u015fkil eder.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 yaparken en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve \u00fcst\u00fcn yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Allah\u2019a olan kurbiyet(yak\u0131nl\u0131k, yak\u0131nla\u015fma) ve ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k oldu\u011fu unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Kurbiyet, Allahu Te\u00e2l\u00e2 hazretlerine, O\u2019nun ibadet ve taatine ve neticesinde Hakk\u2019\u0131n tevf\u00eekine(ihsan\u0131na, merhamemetine,yard\u0131m\u0131na) ve inayetine yak\u0131n olmak demektir. Yak\u0131nl\u0131k ise kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Kul Rabbine yak\u0131n oldu\u011fu gibi Rabbi de kuluna yak\u0131n olur. Kendisine bir kar\u0131\u015f yakla\u015fan kuluna Allah-u Te\u00e2l\u00e2 bir kula\u00e7 yakla\u015f\u0131r. O, kuluna \u015fah damar\u0131ndan daha yak\u0131nd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Rabbi ile kulu aras\u0131ndaki yak\u0131nl\u0131k zaman ve mesafe itibariyle de\u011fildir. O kuluna muhabbeti ile, r\u0131zas\u0131 ile, yard\u0131m\u0131 ve l\u00fctfu ile yak\u0131nd\u0131r. Onlara, \u00c2dem\u2019in iki o\u011flunun haberini ger\u00e7ek olarak oku. Hani ikisi de birer kurban sunmu\u015flard\u0131 da, birinden kabul edilmi\u015f, \u00f6tekinden kabul edilmemi\u015fti. Kurban\u0131 kabul edilmeyen, \u201cAndolsun seni mutlaka \u00f6ld\u00fcrece\u011fim\u201d demi\u015fti. \u00d6teki, \u201cAllah, ancak kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 gelmekten sak\u0131nanlardan kabul eder\u201d demi\u015fti.\u201d (M\u00e2ide, 5\/27)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2yette a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ifade edildi\u011fi gibi Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2, muttakilerin\/Allah\u2019\u0131n emirlerini yap\u0131p yasaklar\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131nanlar\u0131n ve O\u2019na derin sayg\u0131 duyanlar\u0131n, yaln\u0131zca O\u2019nun emrine itaat ve r\u0131zas\u0131na ermek maksad\u0131yla kurban kesenlerin \u00a0kurban\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmektedir. S\u0131rf O\u2019na yakla\u015fmak, r\u0131zas\u0131na ermek, O emretti\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00a0kesilen kurbanlar Allah kat\u0131nda makbuld\u00fcr. Kurban ya da di\u011fer amellerin bir bak\u0131ma kabul olmas\u0131n\u0131n temel kural\u0131; niyet, ihlas ve samimiyettir.<\/p>\n<p>Kurban, sadece d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, et veya derisi ile \u00a0de\u011ferlendirilmemelidir. Allah(c.c) her \u015feyden m\u00fcnezzehtir. Allah(c.c), kurban\u0131n etine, kan\u0131na, dersine, has\u0131l\u0131 hi\u00e7bir \u015feyine muhta\u00e7 de\u011fildir. O\u2019nun, kulunun hi\u00e7bir ibadetine, yalvar\u0131\u015f ve yakar\u0131\u015f\u0131na, zikir ve tefekk\u00fcr\u00fcne ihtiyac\u0131 yoktur. Esas bunlara ihtiyac\u0131 olan kuldur. Bu y\u00fczden m\u00fcmin, kurban kesmekle Allah\u2019a olan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015f ve O\u2019na olan derin sayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015f olur. Kurban ibadetinin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc takv\u00e2, yan\u00ee Allah\u2019tan korkma ve O\u2019na olan derin sayg\u0131 te\u015fkil eder. Nitekim bu konuda; \u201cOnlar\u0131n ne etleri ne de kanlar\u0131 Allah\u2019a ula\u015f\u0131r. Fakat O\u2019na sadece sizin takv\u00e2n\u0131z ula\u015f\u0131r. Sizi hidayete erdirdi\u011finden dolay\u0131 Allah\u2019\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck tan\u0131yas\u0131n\u0131z diye O, bu hayvanlar\u0131 b\u00f6ylece sizin istifadenize verdi&#8230;\u201d (Hac, 22\/37) buyurulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBiz her \u00fcmmete (Kurban kesmeye uygun) hayvan cinsinden kendilerine r\u0131z\u0131k olarak verdiklerimiz \u00fczerine Allah\u2019\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131 ans\u0131nlar diye kurban kesmeyi me\u015fr\u00fb k\u0131ld\u0131k\u2026\u201d (Hac, 22\/34) \u00e2yeti, insanl\u0131k tarihi boyunca ilah\u00ee dinlerin hepsinde kurban uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n var oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. \u201cRabbin i\u00e7in namaz k\u0131l ve kurban kes\u201d (Kevser, 108\/2) il\u00e2h\u00ee ferman\u0131 ile de \u00fcmmeti-i Muhammed\u2019e kurban kesmek me\u015fru k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kurban\u2019\u0131n, peygamberlerin s\u00fcnneti\/yolu\/uygulamas\u0131 oldu\u011funu hadislerden de anlamaktay\u0131z. Ash\u00e2b-\u0131 kir\u00e2m, kurbanlar\u0131n kesilmelerinin sebeb-i hikmetini Peygamber (s.a.v)\u2019e sorduklar\u0131nda Hz. Peygamber \u201cBu, baban\u0131z \u0130brahim (a.s)\u2019\u0131n s\u00fcnnetidir\u201d buyurmu\u015ftur. (\u0130bn M\u00e2ce, Ed\u00e2h\u00ee, 3). Hicretin ikinci y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren kurban kesmeye ba\u015flayan Peygamber Efendimiz, hayat\u0131 boyunca kurban kesmeyi hi\u00e7 terk etmemi\u015ftir. (Ali Bardako\u011flu, D\u0130A, Ankara, 2002, XVI, Kurban maddesi, s. 436; Diyanet \u0130lmihal, Ankara, 2001, s. 2).Demek ki, kurban peygamberlerin bizzat yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bir ibadettir.<\/p>\n<p>Kurban ibadeti, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcmmetlere me\u015fru k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve peygamberlerin s\u00fcnneti oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, \u015feran kurban kesme \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 haiz olan m\u00fcminlerin bu g\u00f6revi icra etmeleri, onlar\u0131n imanlar\u0131n\u0131n bir alameti ve Allah\u2019a ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ve teslimiyetlerinin bir tezah\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00d6ncelikle m\u00fcmin, Allah\u2019\u0131n emri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u201csemi\u2019n\u00e2 ve eta\u2019n\u00e2\/i\u015fittik\u201d, itaat ettik ve teslim olduk \u015feklinde teredd\u00fcts\u00fcz ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ink\u0131yad\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. Kurban\u0131 da bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede anlamak gerekir. Kurban ibadeti hakk\u0131nda aldat\u0131c\u0131 propagandalara kanarak bu ibadetin ifas\u0131nda gev\u015feklik\/zafiyet g\u00f6stermek m\u00fcminlik s\u0131fat\u0131na yak\u0131\u015fmaz. Her m\u00fcmin Kurban konusunda \u00f6ncelikle \u0130brahim (a.s)\u2019\u0131n teslimiyetini \u00f6rnek almal\u0131d\u0131r. Biz de ona, uysal bir o\u011ful m\u00fcjdeledik. \u00c7ocuk kendisiyle birlikte ko\u015fup y\u00fcr\u00fcyecek ya\u015fa gelince \u0130brahim ona, \u201cYavrum, ben r\u00fcyamda seni bo\u011fazlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn bakal\u0131m, ne dersin?\u201d dedi. O da, \u201cBabac\u0131\u011f\u0131m, emrolundu\u011fun \u015feyi yap. \u0130n\u015fallah beni sabredenlerden bulacaks\u0131n\u201d dedi. Nihayet her ikisi de teslim olup\/Allah\u2019\u0131n emrine boyun e\u011fip, \u0130brahim de onu (bo\u011fazlamak i\u00e7in) y\u00fcz \u00fcst\u00fc yere yat\u0131r\u0131nca ona, \u015f\u00f6yle seslendik: \u201cEy \u0130brahim!\u201d G\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn r\u00fcyan\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getirdin. \u015e\u00fcphesiz biz iyilik yapanlar\u0131 b\u00f6yle m\u00fck\u00e2fatland\u0131r\u0131r\u0131z. \u201c\u015e\u00fcphesiz bu apa\u00e7\u0131k bir imtihand\u0131r.\u201d Biz, (\u0130brahim\u2019e) b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kurbanl\u0131k vererek onu (\u0130smail\u2019i) kurtard\u0131k. (S\u00e2ff\u00e2t, 37\/100-107)<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi kurban, bir boyun e\u011fi\u015fin, Allah\u2019\u0131n emrine teredd\u00fcts\u00fcz teslim olu\u015fun bir ifadesidir. Bir sadakatin ve ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00f6stergesidir. Apa\u00e7\u0131k bir s\u0131navd\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131ktan sonra da Allah\u2019tan gelen b\u00fcy\u00fck bir vaade kavu\u015fmak ve teselli olmakt\u0131r. Kurban bu duygularla kesilir ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa hedefine eri\u015fir ve neticede \u0130brah\u00eem\u00ee bir tefekk\u00fcr ve ink\u0131yadla Allah\u2019a adan\u0131\u015f\u0131n zirvesine ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kurban kesmek, infak etmenin ve seh\u00e2vetin tad\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famakt\u0131r. Kurban, yoksullar\u0131, garipleri ve muhta\u00e7lar\u0131 sevindiren, akraba ve kom\u015fular aras\u0131ndaki irtibat\u0131 ve s\u0131la-\u0131 rahmi temin eden bir ibadettir. M\u00fc\u2019minler, kurban keserlerken Hz. \u0130brahim ve Hz. \u0130smail\u2019in Allah yolunda g\u00f6sterdikleri fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve teslimiyeti hat\u0131rlarlar; onlar\u0131n sadakatini, ya\u015fayarak, gerekirse Hak u\u011frunda itaate haz\u0131r olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterirler. Karde\u015fli\u011fin, dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ve payla\u015fman\u0131n mutlu\u011funu ve g\u00fczelli\u011fini ya\u015farlar.<\/p>\n<p>Allah i\u00e7in kesilen kurbanlar, toplumda karde\u015flik ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kuvvetlendirir ve birlik ruhunu canl\u0131 tutar. Sosyal adaletin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesine katk\u0131da bulunur. Kurban\u0131n etlerinden ve derilerinden bir\u00e7ok muhta\u00e7 insan istifade eder. Kurban Bayram\u0131, Allah\u2019a yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n zirveye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zaman dilimidir. Bu sayede M\u00fc\u2019minler, yak\u0131n ve uzakta bulunan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman karde\u015fleriyle madd\u00ee ve manev\u00ee yak\u0131nla\u015fma ya\u015farlar.<\/p>\n<p>Kurban kesmek bir ibadet ve Allah\u2019a yak\u0131nla\u015fman\u0131n bir vesilesi oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re Kurbanl\u0131k hayvanlara sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmak, onlar\u0131 incitmemek ve eziyet etmemek de ibadetin bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca onlar\u0131n gerek eti, gerek derisi, gerekse sakatat olarak ifade edilen b\u00fct\u00fcn k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 zayi edilmemeli, yenilmeyecek k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 ulu orta b\u0131rak\u0131lmamal\u0131 ve topra\u011fa g\u00f6m\u00fclmelidir. Kurban Bayramlar\u0131nda, \u0130slam\u2019a sald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in propaganda yapanlar, hayatlar\u0131nda et d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir \u015fey yemeyen, kendi zevki i\u00e7in hayvanlar\u0131n katledilmesine ses \u00e7\u0131karmayanlar olunca, iyi niyetli olmad\u0131klar\u0131 kolayca anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Marmara \u00dcniversitesi \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltesinde okurken \u00f6\u011frencisi olmakla gurur duydu\u011fum, Prof Dr.Ali Murat DARYAL(Din Psikolojisi Uzman\u0131) \u201cKurban Kesmenin Psikolojik Temelleri(Marmara \u0130lahiyat Vakf\u0131 Yay.1994,\u0130stanbul)\u201d adl\u0131 eserinde medeniyetleri; Kurban Kesen Medeniyetler, Kurban Kesmeyen Medeniyetler olarak ikiye ay\u0131rd\u0131ktan sonra kurban\u0131n psikolojik temellerini irdeler.<\/p>\n<p>Hoca eserinde, \u201cBug\u00fcn kurbana ac\u0131yanlar, s\u00fct kuzusu ve ci\u011feri yiyorlar.. Adamlar bu kuzunun etini yiyor sonra da kurbana sald\u0131r\u0131yorlar! \u0130slam, koyuna 1-2 sene yasama hakki tan\u0131yor. \u0130slam kurban kesmeyi emretti\u011fi zaman diyor ki; 1,5 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmayan bir hayvani kurban edemezsin! Bu ne demektir? Her do\u011fan canl\u0131ya sayg\u0131 duyacaks\u0131n&#8230; Onun normal ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131, hayat\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade edeceksin&#8230; \u0130slam buyuruyor;\u201c45 g\u00fcnl\u00fck kuzuyu kurban edemezsin!\u201d Neden? O do\u011fmu\u015ftur ve kendi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde hayati yasayacakt\u0131r. S\u0131\u011f\u0131r 3 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar b\u0131rakacaks\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 yasayacak. Deve,5 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar otlayacak, \u00e7ay\u0131r g\u00f6recek vs. O bak\u0131mdan kurban kesmek, hayvanlara ek bir k\u00fclfet getirmi\u015f de\u011fil&#8230; \u0130slam buyurmuyor ki, do\u011far do\u011fmaz kuzuyu kurban et.. Bunu kurban olarak Kabul etmiyor ve vebal say\u0131yor&#8230;\u0130slam dini kadar hayvan hakkini koruyan kim var san\u0131yorsunuz?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hz. Peygamber buyuruyor ki; \u201cAt \u00fczerinde giderken durmak gerekirse attan ininiz, ona y\u00fck olmay\u0131n\u0131z.. Ava gittiyseniz; hayvanlar su i\u00e7erken, suya gittikleri zaman \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyiniz. G\u00fcne\u015f batt\u0131ktan sonra yuvas\u0131na h\u00fccum edip tedirgin etmeyiniz.. Yavrulad\u0131klar\u0131 zamanlarda onlar\u0131n yavrular\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyiniz!
