Et ve sebze yemekleri, lezzetli bal\u0131k ve deniz \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, \u00e7orbalar, salatalar ve mezeler, kebaplar, pilavlar, sarmalar ve musakkalar, b\u00f6rekler ve \u00e7e\u015fitli hamur i\u015fleri ile \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli tatl\u0131lar sunulmaktad\u0131r\u201d diye anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kentteki etkinlikleri her zaman destekleyen Ba\u015fkonsolos H\u00fcseyin Ergani, ustalarla birlikte ekmek f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131ndayd\u0131. Ba\u015fkonsolos,\u201dFestivalin misafirleri i\u00e7in ustalar\u0131m\u0131z bir\u00e7ok s\u00fcrpriz haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hamur i\u015flerinden pide pizza, t\u0131rnak pide, puf ve lahmacun, tatl\u0131lardan ise saray lokmas\u0131 ve tulumban\u0131n nas\u0131l haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebilecekler\u201d diye ifade etti. Say\u0131n Ergani, yemek haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131na aktif olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk mutfa\u011f\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fc yemeklerin isimlerinin bir\u00e7o\u011fu \u015fahsile\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve isimleri ger\u00e7ek insanlar ve olaylarla ilgili an\u0131lar\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr yemeklerin en pop\u00fcler olan\u0131 ise imambay\u0131ld\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130mambay\u0131ld\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131n tarih\u00e7esi hakk\u0131ndaki bir rivayete g\u00f6re eski bir d\u00f6nemde bir imam, kar\u0131s\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan patl\u0131can, domates, so\u011fan ve baharatlarla haz\u0131rlanan yemekten ilk kez ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yedi\u011finden dolay\u0131 fenala\u015f\u0131p bay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Patl\u0131canlar\u0131n k\u0131ymal\u0131 i\u00e7le doldurularak haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bol baharatlar\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yemek karn\u0131yar\u0131kt\u0131r. T\u00fcrk mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015fiirsel lezzetleri, vezirparma\u011f\u0131 tatl\u0131s\u0131, han\u0131mg\u00f6be\u011fi tatl\u0131s\u0131, k\u0131zmemesi tatl\u0131s\u0131, Osmanl\u0131 saray usul\u00fc so\u011fanl\u0131 yumurta, kad\u0131bo\u011fan (revaniye) tatl\u0131s\u0131 ve daha ba\u015fka yemek adlar\u0131ndan da belli oluyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin her k\u00f6\u015fesinde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mustafa Kemal, mutfakta hak etti\u011fi takdiri g\u00f6rmemi\u015f olsayd\u0131, garip olurdu.
