Bunun amac\u0131, sisteme dahil edilen bilgilerin b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve izlenebilirli\u011fini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Bilgi sistemlerinin, belgelerin ve verilerin yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131kla veya yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir \u015fekilde imha edilmesine ve yetkisiz eri\u015fime izin vermemesi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ve g\u00f6revlilerin ki\u015fisel verilerinin de yeterli \u015fekilde korunmas\u0131 isteniliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fveren ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan veya g\u00f6revli aras\u0131nda elektronik belge de\u011fi\u015fimi yap\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirecek ve bu a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131za herhangi bir zamanda geri al\u0131nabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Elektronik belgelerin g\u00f6nderilmesi ve al\u0131nmas\u0131, her mesaj\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131daki ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kan\u0131tlama imkan\u0131 veren bir elektronik posta servisi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
