Bulgaristan ile yak\u0131n kom\u015fuyuz ve bizim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fczde kom\u015fulu\u011fun \u00e7ok ayr\u0131 bir hukuku vard\u0131r. Bu kadar \u00e7ok ortak \u00f6zelli\u011fimiz varken \u00fcniversiteler bu yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 peki\u015ftirecek bu bar\u0131\u015f ortam\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7o\u011faltacak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, sanatsal ve bilimsel etkinliklere imza atmal\u0131d\u0131r.
