Savc\u0131 Popova\u2019n\u0131n bu s\u00f6ylemi Bulgaristan Cumhuriyeti\u2019ndeki b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fayan m\u00fcsl\u00fcman yurtta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za kar\u015f\u0131 nefret su\u00e7u niteli\u011findedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Savc\u0131 Popova taraf\u0131ndan ifade edilen bu s\u00f6ylem,\u00a0\u00a0an itibariyle Avrupa Birli\u011fi Konseyi\u2019ne ba\u015fkanl\u0131k eden demokratik bir devlet savc\u0131s\u0131na kesinlikle yak\u0131\u015fmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130mamlara kar\u015f\u0131 dava s\u00fcreci ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda daval\u0131 imamlara a\u00e7\u0131k ve kesin deste\u011fimizi beyan etti\u011fimizi hat\u0131rlat\u0131yoruz. Bir Avrupa devletinin vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 yarg\u0131lamas\u0131 kesinlikle kabul edilemedi\u011finin fark\u0131nday\u0131z. Bulgaristan Cumhuriyeti\u2019nde ise dini inan\u00e7 haklar\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc unsurlar\u0131 ile anayasal olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Savc\u0131n\u0131n ifadelerinden a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a anla\u015f\u0131lmakta oldu\u011fu gibi, Bulgaristan\u2019da ya\u015fayan, \u00e7ocuk ve torun sahibi olmak isteyen her M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman k\u00f6kenli Bulgaristan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczdesinin artmas\u0131na ulusal g\u00fcvenlik i\u00e7in bir tehdittir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu konu\u015fmada ceza yasas\u0131 ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 korunma yasas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara ve T\u00fcrklere kar\u015f\u0131 nefret uyand\u0131rma, dini ve etnik temelli ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k, yabanc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, islamofobi, nefret s\u00f6ylemi gibi fazla su\u00e7 i\u015flendi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu s\u00f6ylemler, hatta M\u00fcsl\u00fcman n\u00fcfus say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in \u201charekete ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in\u201d bir te\u015fviktir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Savc\u0131 Popova\u2019n\u0131n Bulgaristan\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumu, \u00fclkenin ulusal g\u00fcvenli\u011fine bir tehdit olu\u015fturdu\u011fu, temsilcilerinin y\u00fcksek idari ve siyasi g\u00f6revlere al\u0131nmamalar\u0131 ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fayan m\u00fcsl\u00fcman k\u00f6kenli vatanda\u015flar anavatalar\u0131nda ho\u015f kar\u015falanmad\u0131klar\u0131na dair bu konu\u015fmas\u0131 var olmayan bir tehdid alg\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu takdirde biz Bulgaristan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar Toplulu\u011fu\u2019nun temsilcileri olarak, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131, Bakanlar Kurulu, Savc\u0131l\u0131k ve Yarg\u0131 kurumu y\u00f6neticilerine soru y\u00f6neltiyoruz:Savc\u0131 Nedyalka Popova\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6ylemi Bulgaristan\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 devlet siyaseti ile orant\u0131l\u0131 m\u0131? Biz, Bulgaristan\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar her zaman vatan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sad\u0131k vatanda\u015flar\u0131 olmu\u015fuzdur ve olaca\u011f\u0131z.
