Yedi y\u0131l sonra 39 bin \u00f6\u011fretmen a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Takeva, halihaz\u0131rda 20 bin \u00f6\u011frencinin pedagoji alan\u0131nda e\u011fitim g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, ancak mezun olunca hepsinin \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fe ba\u015flamas\u0131 halinde bile pedagoji uzman a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Sendikac\u0131 Olya Angelkova,\u201dBu e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda okullarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan gen\u00e7 \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 3500\u2019d\u00fcr\u201d diye bildirdi. Gen\u00e7lerin \u00f6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fine \u00e7ekilmesi i\u00e7in reformlara ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen sendikac\u0131, ilk \u00f6nce iyi bir \u00fccret \u00f6denmesine ve ondan sonra iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131na, okullar\u0131n modernizasyonuna vb. \u015feylere ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Yanka Takeva, Bulgaristan&#8217;daki \u00f6\u011fretim g\u00f6revlilerinin y\u00fczde 98&#8217;inin y\u00fcksek lisans sahibi oldu\u011funu ve y\u00fczde 12&#8217;sinin ikinci bir y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011frenim diplomas\u0131na sahip oldu\u011funu bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011fretmenler Sendikas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131, ayr\u0131ca sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 (STK) ile ilgili soruna da de\u011findi.
