Bu ticaret ise Hazar Denizi\u2019nin kuzeyinden ge\u00e7en K\u00fcrk Yolu, Hint Okyanusu ve K\u0131z\u0131ldeniz \u00fczerinden gelen Baharat Yolu ve T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131n kalbinden ge\u00e7erek Anadolu\u2019ya ula\u015fan \u0130pek Yolu\u2019yla sa\u011flan\u0131rd\u0131.<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48887\">Avrupa\u2019da Reform ve R\u00f6nesans\u2019\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131na sebep olan ise bu yollar\u0131n her \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fcn de T\u00fcrklerin kontrol\u00fcnde olmas\u0131; dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da zenginli\u011fin T\u00fcrk \u2013 \u0130sl\u00e2m d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n tekelinde bulunmas\u0131yd\u0131. Buna alternatif bir yol bulmak \u00fczere \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lan co\u011frafi ke\u015fifler ile de Bat\u0131 uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fu\u015funa \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edilmi\u015f oldu. Elbette bununla rekabet edemememizde, \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 felsefi ak\u0131mlara kap\u0131larak ak\u0131l ve bilimi bir kenara b\u0131rakmam\u0131z\u0131n da b\u00fcy\u00fck etkisi vard\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48888\">30 Ekim g\u00fcn\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye, Azerbaycan, G\u00fcrcistan Cumhurba\u015fkanlar\u0131 ile \u00d6zbekistan ve Kazakistan Ba\u015fbakan\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131yla hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lan \u0130pek Demiryolu, 21\u2019nci y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n y\u00fckselen de\u011ferini ortaya koymu\u015ftur\u2026<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48889\">1990\u2019da ilk olarak Rahmetli Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Turgut \u00d6zal taraf\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lan \u0130pek Demiryolu projesinin 2017 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar beklemesinin sebepleri ayr\u0131ca incelenmesi gereken bir konudur. \u015eu anda a\u00e7\u0131lan \u2018mevcut haliyle\u2019 dahi y\u0131lda 1 milyon yolcu ve 6 milyon tondan fazla mal ta\u015f\u0131yacak olan bu hatt\u0131n gelecek birka\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde y\u00fcz milyonlara ula\u015fmas\u0131 beklenmektedir\u2026<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48890\">Bu kadar dev bir projenin 27 y\u0131l beklemesinin, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye ve T\u00fcrk D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u2019na b\u0131rak\u0131n manev\u00ee maliyetini, sadece ekonomik maliyetinin bile \u00e7arpanlar\u0131yla birlikte trilyonlarca dolara ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131 a\u015fik\u00e2rd\u0131r\u2026<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48891\">Di\u011fer yandan T\u00fcrkiye ve di\u011fer karde\u015f cumhuriyetlerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015faca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli mal ve hizmet ula\u015ft\u0131rma imk\u00e2n\u0131; yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 y\u0131ld\u0131r ayr\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015f karde\u015flerin yeniden bir araya gelme ve entegrasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkileri de asla g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemez.<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48892\">Bu konuda, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan ise a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc &#8220;gurur g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz&#8221; olarak nitelendirdi. Erdo\u011fan, &#8220;Londra&#8217;dan \u00c7in&#8217;e kesintisiz demiryolu ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kuruldu\u011funu ilan ediyoruz. Kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve vizyonumuzun eseri olan bu proje, hepimizin ortak ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130stikbalimiz bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m at\u0131yoruz. Dev proje T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye ve payda\u015f \u00fclkelere lojistik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde rekabette b\u00fcy\u00fck bir avantaj sa\u011flayacak. H\u00e2lihaz\u0131rda, G\u00fcney Koridor\u2019da ve Kuzey Koridor\u2019da deniz de d\u00e2hil edildi\u011finde \u00c7in&#8217;den AB\u2019ye y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma s\u00fcresi yakla\u015f\u0131k 45 il\u00e2 62 g\u00fcn s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ayn\u0131 y\u00fck orta koridordan yani BTK (Bak\u00fc \u2013 Tiflis \u2013 Kars) Projesi g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131ndan g\u00f6nderilirse 12 il\u00e2 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde AB \u00fclkelerine ula\u015facak. Bak\u00fc \u2013 Tiflis &#8211; Kars (BTK) demiryolu projesi, hem k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ekonomik, hem de ticari ili\u015fkilerin geli\u015ftirilmesine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak\u201d diyerek projeyi \u00f6zetlemi\u015ftir.<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48893\">Azerbaycan Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Aliyev ise, \u201cBaz\u0131lar\u0131 bu projenin hayata ge\u00e7ece\u011fine inanm\u0131yordu. &#8216;Bunun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil&#8217; diyorlard\u0131. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fclke g\u00f6sterdi ki, bu m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bizim g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc irademizin, deste\u011fimizin, inanc\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n oldu\u011fu yerde, b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015fleri ba\u015farmam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. BTK bunun \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fclke daima birbirini destekleyecek ve birlikte olacakt\u0131r. BTK tarihi \u0130pek Yolu&#8217;nun bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturmas\u0131 itibariyle k\u00fcresel bir projedir ve \u00fclkeleri birbirine daha da yakla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r. Bu projeyi \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131zla in\u015fa ettik\u201d dedi.<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48894\">Bu sat\u0131rlar\u0131 okurken Aliyev\u2019in \u201cBaz\u0131lar\u0131 bu projenin hayata ge\u00e7ece\u011fine inanm\u0131yordu. &#8216;Bunun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil&#8217; diyorlard\u0131\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fc, Ufuk \u00d6tesi gazetesinde 2000\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u015fu makalemi akla getirdi:<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48895\"><a id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48896\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ufukotesi.com\/yazigoster.asp?yazi_no=20040950\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">http:\/\/www.ufukotesi.com\/yazigoster.asp?yazi_no=20040950<\/a><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48897\">O y\u0131llarda yaz\u0131m\u0131zda \u00f6zetle \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015fiz:<\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48898\">Se\u00e7im d\u00f6nemlerinde b\u00fct\u00fcn siyasi partilerin programlar\u0131nda yer bulan `Demiryollar\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131m` konusu ne hikmetse iktidara gelindikten sonra s\u00fcrekli unutulan ve hatta `Kom\u00fcnist` olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan d\u00fc\u015fman oluveriyordu&#8230; Fakat bu kez \u0130pek Demiryolu Projesi gibi b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n yak\u0131ndan ilgilendi\u011fi dev bir at\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesine (Say\u0131n Ba\u015fbakan Erdo\u011fan) karar alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131&#8230; Ayr\u0131ca K\u00f6rfez Sava\u015f\u0131`n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etkisinin ortadan kalkmas\u0131ndan sonra Hicaz &#8211; \u0130stanbul Demiryolu`nun yeniden \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r h\u00e2le getirilmesi i\u00e7in bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcndeme geliyordu.\u00a0<br id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48899\" \/>Bu durumda Ankara, bir kolu ile Pekin`e kadar olan T\u00fcrk Co\u011frafyas\u0131`na a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rken di\u011fer kolu ile de Osmanl\u0131`n\u0131n miras\u0131 olan Ortado\u011fu`yu kucakl\u0131yordu.<br id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48900\" \/>Evet, tahmin edebilece\u011finiz gibi baz\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 odaklar\u0131n\u0131 olabildi\u011fince rahats\u0131z edecek ve gece uykular\u0131n\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131rabilecek dev iki proje ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde g\u00fcndeme gelivermi\u015fti. \u00d6yleyse kendi uykular\u0131n\u0131n ka\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131na, T\u00fcrk Milleti`nin uykusundan istifade edilmesi gerekirdi&#8230;<br id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48901\" \/>Ve \u00f6yle de oldu. Tren operasyonunun d\u00fc\u011fmesine bas\u0131ld\u0131&#8230;<br id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48902\" \/>H\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Tren\u2019in Pamukova`da meydana gelen kazas\u0131nda pek \u00e7ok vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z hayat\u0131n\u0131 yitirirken makinistin s\u00f6yledi\u011fi bir s\u00f6z dikkat \u00e7ekiyordu. `Viraja o kadar s\u00fcratli girmedim!`\u00a0<br id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48903\" \/>Bu olay\u0131n ertesi g\u00fcn\u00fc ise Adana`dan polisiye bir haber ajanslara d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Adana`da raylar\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flayan 300 kusur vidan\u0131n s\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011fu bildiriliyordu. Polisin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmada ise hi\u00e7 bir iz ve delile rastlanamad\u0131. Aradan ge\u00e7en yakla\u015f\u0131k bir haftada her g\u00fcn ufak tefek tren kazalar\u0131 oldu. Ve ard\u0131ndan da sinyalizasyon hatas\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan ikinci kanl\u0131 kaza meydana geldi. Bu kazada da makinist, `Ben sinyal \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131na geldi\u011fimde ye\u015fil yan\u0131yordu. Bir anda k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131ya d\u00f6nd\u00fc. Ne oldu\u011funu anlayamad\u0131m` diyordu. Ard\u0131ndan ise Anadolu`nun \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerinde tren sinyal kontrol kutular\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f ve a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu haberleri pe\u015f pe\u015fe ajanslara d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyordu. Polis ise daha \u00f6nce Adana`daki vida s\u00f6kme hadisesinde oldu\u011fu gibi, hi\u00e7 bir iz ve delil bulam\u0131yordu. (\u0130hanet olabildi\u011fince profesyoneldi)<br id=\"yiv8651810129yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1509438629719_48904\" \/>Tren kazalar\u0131na son nokta ise bo\u015f bir gaz tankerinin tren ge\u00e7meden bir ka\u00e7 dakika evvel raylara b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u00e7i yolcu dolu trenin buna \u00e7arpmas\u0131 ile ya\u015fand\u0131.
