Ayr\u0131ca eser Bulgaristan\u2019daki ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki halk k\u00fct\u00fcphanesi hizmetlerini kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 olarak ele alan ilk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Kom\u015fu \u00fclkemiz Bulgaristan ile alt\u0131 y\u00fczy\u0131la yak\u0131n ortak k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve tarih miras\u0131na sahip olmam\u0131za ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Bulgaristan ile ilgili yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kaynaklar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yeterli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.
