Bunun neticesinde ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z milletvekili olan G\u00fcnay H\u00fcsmen, son yap\u0131lan Parlamento se\u00e7imlerinde GERB partisinin Razgrad b\u00f6lgesi milletvekili aday listesinde ikinci s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.<br \/>\nH\u00fcmsmen\u2019in g\u00f6revi devrald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Manol Kiv\u015fanov\u2019un Razgrad Tar\u0131m \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc g\u00f6revine geri d\u00f6nmesi bekleniyor. \u00d6nceki m\u00fcd\u00fcr ve Kubrat Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 aday\u0131 Orhan Bedihanov, g\u00f6revinden istifa edip, ayn\u0131 kurumda daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir pozisyonda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam edince yakla\u015f\u0131k bir ay \u00f6nce bu makam bo\u015fald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Razgrad Valili\u011finden yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamadan Razgrad Valili\u011fi g\u00f6revine ba\u015flayan G\u00fcnay H\u00fcsmen\u2019in do\u011fum g\u00fcn\u00fc hediyesi olarak konu\u015fuldu.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcnay H\u00fcsmen, 11 May\u0131s 1966 tarihinde \u0130sperih\u2019te d\u00fcnyaya geldi. 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda Filibe Ziraat ve Tar\u0131m \u00dcniversitesinde Ziraat M\u00fchendisli\u011fi-Bitki Koruma B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden mezun oldu.
