Justinyan (527\u2013565) d\u00f6neminde \u201c<em>bir kez daha K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Asya\u2019y\u0131 (Anadolu) da i\u00e7ine alan, Akdeniz\u2019in hemen hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan bir imparatorlu\u011fu Bizans olarak<\/em>\u201d yeniden kurmu\u015ftur. 7. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda ba\u015flayan \u201c<strong>Arap ve T\u00fcrk topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n ak\u0131nlar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d Bo\u011fazdaki egemenleri \u201c<em>s\u00fcr\u00fcp giden \u00e7ok cepheli bir sava\u015fa<\/em> \u201c zorlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin Araplar 674\u2019de \u201c<strong>Bizans ba\u015fkentinin surlar\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcne<\/strong>\u201d gelmi\u015f ve 400 y\u0131l s\u00fcren ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z ku\u015fatmadan sonra, Bulgarlar \u00c7ar\u0131 Tervel (700 &#8211; 721) taraf\u0131ndan kovulunca geri d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015flerdir. <strong>Bulgar \u00c7ar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 bu ilk ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 onlar\u0131n bug\u00fcn de Bulgaristan&#8217;daki\u00a0yerli M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara ve s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 azan ve gem almaz gaddarl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda cesaret kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131<\/strong>r.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn, eski k\u0131tada egemen olan Avrupa Birli\u011fi temellerimden biri<strong> I. Avrupa bir Hristiyanlar\u00a0toplulu\u011fu<\/strong> dedi\u011finde, Bulgarlar Bizans\u2019\u0131 Araplardan korurken 718 zaferiyle b\u00f6b\u00fcrlenip kan kabart\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131l\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 Arnavut gencin dokumac\u0131l\u0131k e\u011fitimine g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi Leone \u2018de <strong>732\u2019deki Tours Sava\u015f\u0131 ad\u0131yla bilinen End\u00fcl\u00fcs M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ordular\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 Frans\u0131z General Martell\u2019in zaferi ile k\u0131yaslamalar yaparak, 1000 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n\u00a0\u0130slamla\u015fmas\u0131na set \u00e7ekenleriz<\/strong>, demekten geri durmuyorlar. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde T\u00fcrkiye Bulgar devlet s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na tel set \u00e7ekme hevesleri buralardan kaynaklan\u0131yor. Son y\u0131llarda en s\u0131k kullan\u0131lan t\u00fcmce \u201c<strong>Avrupa\u2019y\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman selinden koruyoruz!<\/strong>\u201d oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ger\u00e7ek durum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Onlar, bir yandan \u0130slam\u0131n Avrupa\u2019ya yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gelmeyenlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda geldiklerini s\u00f6ylerken 2016\u2019da \u0130ngiltere\u2019de d\u00fcnyaya gelen \u00e7ocuklardan % 51\u2019ine Muhammed ismi verilmesinden; Fransa&#8217;daki cami say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kilise say\u0131s\u0131na eri\u015fmesinden ve 2050\u2019de Hollanda n\u00fcfusunun % 52\u2019sinin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olaca\u011f\u0131 haberlerinden endi\u015fe ettiklerini vurguluyorlar. K\u0131sacas\u0131 kendilerini Hristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve Avrupal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n koruyucusu ilan ederken h\u0131r\u00e7\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yorlar. Bu \u00e7izgiler ve Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011fr\u0131nda uyan\u0131\u015f, dirili\u015f ve ayd\u0131nlanma \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 ya\u015famalar\u0131 onlara sanki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131ktan \u00fcst\u00fcn olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ima ediyor. Bu, temelde co\u011frafi bir adland\u0131rmad\u0131r ve esas olarak halklar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeri belirliyordu. Balkan topraklar\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul etmi\u015f bir ki\u015finin kendi etnik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00f6zelliklerinden vazge\u00e7mesi, gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerini terk etmesi zorunlulu\u011fu da yoktu. As\u0131l olan, ki\u015finin veya uyru\u011fun istenen hizmeti yapmas\u0131, vermekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc oldu\u011fu vergiyi vermesi ve egemenli\u011fi kabul etmesiydi. Farkl\u0131 dinlere mensup topluluklar aras\u0131ndaki \u015fiddetli i\u00e7 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalara bir son vermek amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan bu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyle, Medine\u2019deki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman, Yahudi ve Pagan topluluklar\u0131n \u201c<strong>\u00fcmme<\/strong>t\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda haklar\u0131 ve sorumluluklar\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, Medine S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi farkl\u0131 dinlere inanan topluluklar\u0131n e\u015fit haklar ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bir arada ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvencesi say\u0131l\u0131r. Bu s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u0130slam\u2019da \u00e7o\u011funluk \/ \u00e7o\u011fulculuk ve tolerans \u2013 ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131ndan biri, hem de geli\u015ftiricisi olarak nitelendirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcmmet <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Medine S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nden sonra kendilerini M\u00fcsl\u00fcman sayan t\u00fcm \u00fclkeler ve h\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar, muhacirlerin, g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin e\u015fitli\u011fini, haklar\u0131n\u0131, onlara \u015fefkat ve yard\u0131m g\u00f6sterilmesini emreden Kuran surelerini uygulayarak, bir g\u00f6\u00e7men hukuku ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc yaratm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. E\u011fer bu b\u00f6yle olsayd\u0131, Balkanlarda her ulusun ve etnik az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kendi dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olmaz ve bunlar \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6zelliklerini koruyamazlard\u0131. <strong>Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinin dil yasa\u011f\u0131, anadilde konu\u015fana ceza, okulsuzluk, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bask\u0131 yasa\u011f\u0131 ortam\u0131nda vatan dilini koruyabilmesi ve kendi edebiyat\u0131n\u0131 yaratmas\u0131, ezilen halklar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcne \u00f6rnektir<\/strong>. Tabii k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkile\u015fimden bir ara k\u00fclt\u00fcr do\u011fmas\u0131 da bir umuttur. Fakat Osmanl\u0131daki etnik topluluk k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinin etkile\u015fiminden ara k\u00fclt\u00fcr do\u011fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130stanbul k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc kendi T\u00fcrk kaynaklar\u0131ndan y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinin \u00f6zg\u00fcn k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc kimlik davas\u0131nda, ara k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Bosnal\u0131n\u0131n ya da bir Kosova\u2019l\u0131 Arnavut\u2019un ara k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden do\u011fal olarak farkl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r ve farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu durumda az\u0131nl\u0131k topluluklar\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinin ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131nda yapboz tablosunda \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir renk olarak kalmalar\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekiyor ve daha \u00f6te var olabilmeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6zel gayret g\u00f6sterilmesini zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor. Yanlana ya\u015famay\u0131 kabul edemeyenler yok olmaya mahk\u00fbmdur. Fakat bu diyalektin z\u0131ddiyet ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck her etnik \u00f6zelli\u011fi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, Rumeli ve Balkan varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 temelinde genelle\u015fmeleri de kesinlikle reddediyor. Bug\u00fcn Makedon ve Bulgaristan\u2019daki genel ve etnik durum birbirinden da\u011flar kadar farkl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu anlamda bir tarihsel Rum Ba\u015fkenti olan \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u00e7e\u015fitli k\u00f6klerden gelenlerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 orta k\u00fclt\u00fcr ortak ortam\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Fakat balkanlara da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda G\u00fcm\u00fclc\u00fcne, \u00a0Atina\u2019dan farkl\u0131, Sofya\u2019da ve \u00dcsk\u00fcp\u2019te de farkl\u0131 bir bile\u015fim ve bi\u00e7imlenme g\u00f6zlenir. Bunlar\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131k temelindeki ortak \u00e7izgisini bulup su \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131karmak dahi olduk\u00e7a g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr. 70 y\u0131ldan beri T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019nin yasak oldu\u011fu Bulgaristan\u2019la okullarda T\u00fcrk\u00e7e e\u011fitim verilen ve Yunus Emre Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc derneklerinin kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ard\u0131na kadar a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00dcsk\u00fcp \u015fehir ortam\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131ramay\u0131z. Bulgaristanl\u0131 T\u00fcrkler anadil kavgas\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn di\u011fer kavgalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir. Bu farkl\u0131l\u0131k belirleyici durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bundan dolay\u0131, Leone tekstil i\u015fi \u00f6\u011frenmeye giden \u00fc\u00e7 Arnavut o\u011flan kendilerine T\u00fcrk dememi\u015ftir, \u00fclkelerini de T\u00fcrk olarak tarif etmemi\u015flerdir. Ne ki onlar ayn\u0131 Rumeli\u2019de Osmanl\u0131 \u00fcst dokusuna sar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olarak ya\u015fasalar da, as\u0131rlar boyunca alt dokular\u0131n\u0131 da koruyabilmi\u015fler ve geli\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir. Bu y\u00fczdendir ki, biz Bulgaristanl\u0131 T\u00fcrkler ayn\u0131 Rumeli\u2019den Bulgaristan pay\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen ve vatan dedi\u011fimiz topraklarda, kendi Bulgaristanl\u0131 T\u00fcrk M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kimli\u011fimizi bi\u00e7imlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, \u00f6ncelikle alt kimli\u011fimizin k\u00f6klerinden, halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fczden, yerel geleneklerimizden ve halk dinimizden geldi\u011fimizi ve \u00fcst kimli\u011fe bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 itiraf ediyoruz. Verdi\u011fimiz hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler m\u00fccadelesi alt kimli\u011fimizi koruma ve as\u0131rlarca ad\u0131 \u00fcmmet olan \u00fcst kimli\u011fimize, yeni ko\u015fullarda yeni bi\u00e7im verme yolunu izlemi\u015ftir.
