Ve bug\u00fcn de en kutsal olan\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Ge\u00e7en as\u0131r bizi ayakta tutan ve ya\u015fatand\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bulgaristanl\u0131 T\u00fcrklerin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc a\u011f\u0131r durumda bulundu\u011funu bilmeyen yok. Bu a\u011f\u0131r durumun temel nedenlerinden biri \u00fclkenin 27 y\u0131ldan beri giderek derinle\u015fen bir \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcreci ya\u015famas\u0131yla birlikte, \u00e7ok par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f olmam\u0131zd\u0131r. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00f6lgelere i\u00e7 olanaklar\u0131 a\u00e7an yat\u0131r\u0131mlar gelmedi\u011fi gibi 1989 \u201cB\u00fcy\u00fck G\u00f6\u00e7\u201d yaras\u0131ndan sonra ekonomik darbo\u011faza s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan gen\u00e7lerimizin bir yandan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00f6te taraftan da Bat\u0131 \u00fclkelerine ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 aryal\u0131k yaram\u0131z\u0131 daha da ac\u0131tt\u0131. Bu yaray\u0131 bazen dayan\u0131lmaz duruma getiren aile b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcze, ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131za, dilimize ve dinimize, \u00f6zg\u00fcn has k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcze indirilen darbeler, son zamanda duruma zor hakim olmam\u0131zd\u0131r. Hak ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler Hareketi\u2019nin maneviyat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tacak hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yapmamas\u0131 ba\u015fka bir gam tabii. \u00a0Yeni kurulan DOST partisi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 L\u00fctfi Mestan\u2019\u0131n halkla temaslar\u0131 esnas\u0131nda, 18 y\u0131l meclisteydim, e\u011fitim komisyonu ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131m, anadilimiz, dinimiz, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz, okullar\u0131m\u0131z denince b\u00fct\u00fcn kap\u0131lar kapan\u0131yor gibi sa\u00e7mal\u0131klar konu\u015fmas\u0131, gam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 katmerle\u015ftiriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bu d\u00fcnyada \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc olmayan sorun yoktur<\/strong>. G\u00f6r\u00fcyorsunuz son y\u0131llarda T\u00fcrkiye diliyle, diniyle, sazlar\u0131, t\u00fcrk\u00fcleri ve \u015fark\u0131lar\u0131yla, sanat ve medeniyetiyle ailelerimize girdi. Gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar \u015fark\u0131lar\u0131n en g\u00fczellerini TRT-M\u00fczikten \u00f6\u011freniyorlar. \u015eiir, masal, efsane dinliyorlar, belgesel ve filmlerimizi izliyorlar, g\u00f6n\u00fcl ho\u015flu\u011fu bizi birbirimize yeniden yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Kendi oca\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kendi ate\u015fimizle \u0131s\u0131n\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bu dava tabii ki yaln\u0131zca bizim davam\u0131z de\u011fildir<\/strong>. Bu davada s\u00f6z\u00fc gizleyen, sorunu g\u00f6rmezden gelen, susan de\u011fil, sorunu a\u00e7\u0131k s\u00f6yleyen her zaman mert olmu\u015f, halk taraf\u0131ndan sevilmi\u015ftir. 1950\u2019lerden ba\u015flayarak Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk Edebiyat\u0131n\u0131 yaratan \u015fair ve yazarlar\u0131m\u0131z yaz\u0131lan a\u011f\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131kan s\u00f6z\u00fcn dert olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildikleri halde, durmadan yazd\u0131lar, anlatt\u0131lar, yaratt\u0131lar ve halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kanatland\u0131rd\u0131lar. Eserlerde Rumeli \u015fivelerine rastlansa da kullan\u0131lan esas itibar\u0131yla \u0130stanbul dili olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fum yerlerini, do\u011fum tarihlerini, ana eserlerini ve esin kayna\u011f\u0131 olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 birlikte an\u0131msayal\u0131m:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk \u015fiirinin \u00f6nemli simalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer alan ilk isim sevilen \u015fair Mehmet M\u00fczekka Con (1885 -1974) \u2018dur. Con, Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk Edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemiyle sonraki d\u00f6nemini birbirine ba\u011flayan sanat\u00e7\u0131lardand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1890\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda Vidin\u2019de do\u011fan Mustafa \u015eerif Alyanak ve 1986\u2019da Nevrekop\/Satov\u00e7a\u2019da do\u011fan Mehmet Beh\u00e7et Perim (\u00f6l\u00fcm y\u0131l\u0131 1965) 1930\u2019lu y\u0131llarda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelen \u015fairlerimiz aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmet Fikri (1908 -1941), bug\u00fcn Omurtag olarak bilinen Osmanpazar\u2019\u0131ndan idi. Akademisyen \u015fairlerden olan Mollova\u2019n\u0131n \u015fiirleri 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eumnulu \u015fairlerden M\u00fclaz\u0131m \u00c7avu\u015fev (1927 \u2013 1995) sade T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyle yazd\u0131, \u015fiirlerinde Vatan sevgisini ve tabiat konular\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fledi.<\/p>\n<p>1927 y\u0131l\u0131nda (Eskicima) T\u0131rgovi\u015fte \u015fehrinde do\u011fan Niyazi H\u00fcseyinov (Bahtiyar) ilk \u015fiir kitab\u0131n\u0131 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00f6y yank\u0131lar\u0131 ad\u0131yla yay\u0131nlad\u0131. 1989\u2019da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelen \u015fairlerimizdendir. Y\u0131llar\u0131n Serenad\u0131 (1964)i Bulgaristan\u2019dan Sesler (1985) iki \u015fiir kitab\u0131 ile 20. Y\u00fczy\u0131l Bulgaristan T\u00fcrkleri \u015eiiri (1988) gibi \u00fc\u00e7 eser yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ku\u015fa\u011fa 1940 do\u011fumlu Rodoplu Naci Ferhad\u2019\u0131 da mutlaka eklemek gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Son zamanlarda \u00e7\u0131kan yaz\u0131larda ve daha derin ara\u015ft\u0131rma eserlerinde say\u0131lar\u0131 100\u2019den fazla olan ve ayr\u0131 birka\u00e7 ansiklopedi eseri dolduran Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk Edebiyat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u015fiir dal\u0131n\u0131 temsil eden bu yarat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l devam\u0131na Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinin Yeni Edebiyat\u0131 ad\u0131 verilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu noktada de\u011finmek istedi\u011fim temel noktalardan biri Nam\u0131k Kemalle ba\u015flayan Vatan fikrinin, \u015fairlerimizle \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ustal\u0131kla i\u015flenmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n kilit ta\u015f\u0131 ruhen T\u00fcrk Yurdu etraf\u0131nda toplanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. K\u0131l\u0131c\u0131 ve kalkan\u0131 T\u00fcrk dili olan bu karde\u015flerimiz yaratt\u0131klar\u0131 eserleriyle 150 y\u0131ldan beri yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k dolu akan T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck \u0131rma\u011f\u0131na dolmu\u015flard\u0131r. Hele Bulgaristan gibi anadilimizin, T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fimizin, din ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan beslenen bir \u00fclkede az\u0131nl\u0131k edebiyat\u0131 yaratmak ve \u015fan \u015f\u00f6hret kazanmak, d\u00fcnyaya a\u00e7\u0131lmak ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6vg\u00fcye de\u011fer bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Bu kavgada \u00f6z \u015fairlerimizden her biri T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcn en faal isimlerinden biridir. \u015eairlerimiz ne kadar ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc yazsallar da sat\u0131r aralar\u0131nda bizim i\u00e7in milliyet\u00e7ilikten ba\u015fka \u00e7\u0131kar yol olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 i\u015flemi\u015flerdir. Onlar\u0131n ge\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n 2. yar\u0131s\u0131nda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 her sat\u0131r siyasi bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f, halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n T\u00fcrkl\u00fck kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 canl\u0131 tutmu\u015ftur. Milliyet\u00e7ilik ve milli istiklal fikriyle yan\u0131p tutu\u015fan \u00f6\u011fretmen \u015fairlerimiz o d\u00f6nem \u00fclkemizde kurulan Turan, Gen\u00e7lik Birli\u011fi, Alt\u0131n Ordu ve di\u011fer uyan\u0131\u015f derneklerinin i\u00e7inde ve y\u00f6netiminde yer alm\u0131\u015f, bu g\u00fcn de \u201cKaynak\u201d gibi dergilerde boy g\u00f6stermektedir. Halk yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za sar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve 650\u2019den fazla \u015fark\u0131, t\u00fcrk\u00fc, mani ve ta\u015flamayla hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 renklendirmi\u015ftir. K\u00f6klerimiz \u0130brahim \u015einasi (1826 \u2013 1871) ve Nam\u0131k Kemal (1840 \u2013 1888) gibi \u015fair ve yazarlara dayan\u0131r. Bu kaynaktan bize bug\u00fcn ilham veren T\u00fcrk\u00e7ecilik hareketimiz do\u011fmu\u015ftur. Bizim bug\u00fcnk\u00fc anadil hareketimizi kanatland\u0131ran da budur. \u0130nsan\u0131n neresi a\u011far\u0131rsa can\u0131 oradad\u0131r. Bizi anadilsiz b\u0131rakmak istiyorlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sorun \u015eudur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dil kavgam\u0131z\u0131n bir de iktisat yan\u0131 var. Bizi anadilimizi \u00f6\u011frenmemizi engelleyen Bulgar devleti, asl\u0131nda bizim di\u011fer etniklerden, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019ndeki halk ve uluslardan ve d\u00fcnyadan geri kalmam\u0131z\u0131 hedeflemi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bizim iktisadi bunal\u0131mlardan \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131z\u0131n tek yolu ve AB ne Rusya ne de Almanya\u2019d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu topraklarda yaln\u0131z biz de\u011fil Bulgar kendisi de en iyi y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 ve y\u00fczy\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir. Bizim T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;mizi k\u0131s\u0131r \u00f6\u011frenmemiz ekonomik olarak T\u00fcrkiye ile derinle\u015fen i\u015fbirli\u011fine ge\u00e7memize, daha verimli kayna\u015fmam\u0131za engel olacakt\u0131r. Onlar\u0131n akl\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den gelen her \u015feye kendilerinin el atmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bizi hayvanla\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik k\u00f6k\u00fcndeki ger\u00e7ek de budur.<\/p>\n<p>Onlar\u0131n akl\u0131na g\u00f6re, bir dilimizi geli\u015ftiremedik\u00e7e, k\u00f6yden kopamad\u0131k\u00e7a, bilim ve teknikten uzak tutulduk\u00e7a medeni d\u00fcnya ile kucakla\u015fma ve daha refahl\u0131 bir ortamda ya\u015fama yolumuz da kapan\u0131r. Yaln\u0131z Bulgarlar m\u0131, biz de \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn, \u00f6zg\u00fcn haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, anadilimizin bir ikinci dil olarak yasalla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz ve bu bizim en yasal ve do\u011fal hakk\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Edebiyat\u0131, az\u0131nl\u0131k tarihi, \u00f6zg\u00fcn k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi olan bir az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n dilinin yasaklanmas\u0131 ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015fan\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131, insan haklar\u0131 su\u00e7udur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrk\u00e7emizin yasaklanmas\u0131n\u0131n ana nedenlerinden biri de anadilimizin bizi birle\u015ftirme \u00f6zelli\u011fidir<\/strong>. Bizim par\u00e7alanarak ufalmam\u0131z\u0131 ve k\u0131r\u0131nt\u0131 olup toplum \u00e7uval\u0131ndan d\u00f6k\u00fclmemizi istiyorlar. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n tek tek uyanmas\u0131na g\u00f6re milli bir v\u00fccudun uyanmas\u0131 \u00e7ok daha kolay ve heybetli olur. T\u00fcrk\u00e7emiz bizi daha y\u00fcksek bir k\u00fclt\u00fcre ta\u015f\u0131yacak olan basamakt\u0131r, asans\u00f6rd\u00fcr.
