Hep orada, sadece orada a\u011flamam, g\u00fclmem ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmem de\u011fer kazan\u0131r. Genellikle \u015fiirlerimi de \u015firin k\u00f6y\u00fcmde yazar\u0131m. K\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcn Tilki Ma\u011faras\u0131 diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan bir vadisi mevcut, \u015f\u0131r\u0131l \u015f\u0131r\u0131l, ince ince akan bir dere onu ikiye b\u00f6lmekte. Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n Rumeli topraklar\u0131na ayak bast\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk y\u0131llardan sonra, rahatl\u0131kla Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk Edebiyat\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00f6z etmeye ba\u015flayabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu topraklara gelen ilk T\u00fcrklerin aras\u0131nda, y\u00f6netici ve memur s\u0131fat\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok ayd\u0131n ve e\u011fitimli \u015fahsiyet bulunuyormu\u015f. Edebiyat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00f6rt d\u00f6neme ay\u0131r\u0131yor. Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemi, Bulgaristan Devletinin kurulu\u015fundan 1944\u2019e kadar s\u00fcren d\u00f6nem (1878-1944), 1944-1989 aras\u0131 d\u00f6nem ve 1990\u2019dan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar olan d\u00f6nem.<br \/>\nBulgaristan T\u00fcrkleri, s\u00f6zl\u00fc edebiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 zor ko\u015fullara ra\u011fmen g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar ya\u015fatm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. T\u00fcrk Halk Edebiyat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n atas\u00f6z\u00fc, destan, t\u00fcrk\u00fc, mani, il\u00e2hi, ninni, bilmece, f\u0131kra, masal gibi t\u00fcrleri buralarda da varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, yeni eserlerin il\u00e2vesiyle de olduk\u00e7a zengin bir edebiyat halini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinin atas\u00f6zleri, t\u00fcrk\u00fcleri, manileri Anadolu\u2019da s\u00f6ylenenlerden farkl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Ancak buradaki t\u00fcrk\u00fcler daha yan\u0131k, az\u0131nl\u0131k olman\u0131n verdi\u011fi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131, ac\u0131lar\u0131, g\u00f6r\u00fclen zul\u00fcmleri anlatmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan daha duygusal, \u00e2deta birer a\u011f\u0131tt\u0131r. S\u00f6yleyi\u015f bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da Anadolu\u2019da s\u00f6ylenen benzerlerinden pek farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmez. S\u00f6zl\u00fc edebiyat\u0131m\u0131z bug\u00fcne kadar gerekti\u011fi bir bi\u00e7imde tan\u0131t\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan da gereken de\u011ferlendirmeler yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Baz\u0131 yabanc\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar bu konuya de\u011finerek birka\u00e7 \u00f6rnek g\u00f6stermekle yetinmi\u015flerdir. Bulgar ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar ise daha \u00e7ok T\u00fcrk Halk edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n, k\u0131smen de Bulgaristan T\u00fcrkleri halk edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n Bulgar halk edebiyat\u0131na etkisi konusu \u00fczerinde durmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinin yaz\u0131l\u0131 edebiyat\u0131, tarih boyunca bir az\u0131nl\u0131k edebiyat\u0131 olarak, Rumeli T\u00fcrk Edebiyat\u0131 geleneklerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f; ancak, a\u011f\u0131r toplumsal ko\u015fullar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden s\u0131k s\u0131k durgunluk hatt\u00e2 suskunluk d\u00f6nemi ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Doksan\u00fc\u00e7 Sava\u015f\u0131, sonra da Balkan Sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fck fel\u00e2ketler, Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u00f6zl\u00fc edebiyat\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131t, destan, efsane \u015feklinde eserlerde dile getirilmi\u015fse de, yaz\u0131l\u0131 edebiyatta bu konularda eserler yay\u0131mlamak kolay olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir sanat eserinin yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131 ve okurlara ula\u015fabilmesi, Bulgar devletinin T\u00fcrklere y\u00f6nelik izledi\u011fi politikaya ve uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sans\u00fcre ba\u011fl\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinin yaz\u0131l\u0131 edebiyat\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, bir\u00e7ok sorunun a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131na ge\u00e7 ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu alanda ilk yaz\u0131lara T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00e7\u0131kan Yeni I\u015f\u0131k ve Halk Gen\u00e7li\u011fi gazetelerinin 1948 tarihli say\u0131lar\u0131nda rastl\u0131yoruz. Birinci alt d\u00f6nem 1878&#8217;lerden 1919 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ve ikinci alt d\u00f6nem de 1920&#8217;lerin ba- \u015f\u0131ndan 1944&#8217;e kadar devam eder.<\/p>\n<p>Birinci alt d\u00f6nemde yaz\u0131lan sanat eserleri, ge\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131ndan 1908 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar Bulgaristan&#8217;da T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gazete sayfalar\u0131nda bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu konu, ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 bekleyen konulardan biridir. Birinci alt d\u00f6nemin ba\u015fl\u0131ca temsilcileri olarak \u00c2\u015f\u0131k H\u0131fz\u0131 ve H\u00fcseyin Raci Efendi g\u00f6sterilmelidir. Her ikisi de Doksan\u00fc\u00e7 Sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 konu alan olaylar\u0131 sergilemektedir. \u00d6zellikle H\u00fcseyin Raci Efendi&#8217;nin &#8220;Tarih\u00e7e-i Vak&#8217;a-i Za\u011fra&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 eseri edebiyat\u0131m\u0131zda emsali olmayan bir \u015faheserdir. Bununla ilgili Tuna dergisinden \u015fu par\u00e7ay\u0131 aktarmak uygun olur: &#8220;Eserin de\u011ferlendirmesini yapan mill\u00ee \u015fairimiz Yahya Kemal 1921 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131 yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: &#8216;Tarih\u00e7e-iVak&#8217;a-y\u0131 Za\u011fra&#8217;y\u0131 Falih R\u0131fk\u0131 gibi T\u00fcrk na\u015firlerine g\u00f6sterdim. H\u00fcseyin Raci Efendi bu \u00f6l\u00fcms\u00fcz eserini T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye g\u00f6\u00e7 ettikten sonra yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu ac\u0131 ger\u00e7eklerin Bulgaristan devleti s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kaleme al\u0131narak bas\u0131lmas\u0131 olanak d\u0131\u015f\u0131yd\u0131. Balkan Sava\u015flar\u0131 da derin \u0131zd\u0131raplar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015f ve bir \u00e7ok sanat\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ana konuyu olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Ancak sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye g\u00f6\u00e7 ettikten sonra bu tarih\u00ee ger\u00e7ekleri kaleme alabilmi\u015flerdir. Sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00f6\u00e7 ettirilmesiyle, Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 ayd\u0131n z\u00fcmreden yoksun edilmi\u015f, edebiyat\u0131n geli\u015fmesi de engellenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci alt d\u00f6nem edebiyat\u0131 daha farkl\u0131 ko\u015fullarda geli\u015fmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7 eden Ali Haydar Taner \u201cBeyaz Zambaklar Memleketinde\u201d, Mehmet Beh\u00e7et Perim \u201cG\u00f6\u00e7men Ahmet\u201d, Ali Kemal \u201cAlev ve K\u00fcl\u201d, Ethem Ruhi Balkanl\u0131 \u201c\u015eehit Evl\u00e2tlar\u0131\u201d gibi romanlar\u0131yla Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinin mill\u00ee ruhunu,sosyal durumunu dile getirmi\u015flerdir.1930\u2019lu y\u0131llarda iktidara gelen Bulgar milliyet\u00e7ilerinin zaman\u0131nda T\u00fcrk d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 had safhaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan zaten s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bas\u0131lan gazete ve dergiler kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u015fair ve ayd\u0131nlar da tehdit ve bask\u0131lara maruz kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu durum, II. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sonuna kadar s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bulgaristan T\u00fcrk Edebiyat\u0131 1944\u2019e kadar bir dereceye kadar kendini korumu\u015f olmakla beraber kayda de\u011fer \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir geli\u015fme olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi de kom\u00fcnist d\u00f6nem olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan y\u0131llara ge\u00e7elim.<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00f6nemle ilgili \u015fair Ahmet \u015eerif \u015eerefli \u015f\u00f6yle yaz\u0131yor:<br \/>\n&#8220;Totaliter rejimin \u00f6mr\u00fc 45 y\u0131ld\u0131. 45 ya\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6ld\u00fc. G\u00fcd\u00fcmc\u00fcl\u00fck, \u015fiarc\u0131l\u0131k Bulgaristan&#8217;a Sovyetler&#8217;den gelmi\u015fti. 300 milyon Sovyetler&#8217;de 300 bin yazar kay\u0131tl\u0131yd\u0131. K\u0131z\u0131l Sovyet fa\u015fizmi yetmi\u015f ya\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6ld\u00fc. Ger\u00e7i edebiyat ve sanat i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131l\u0131yordu. Ama pazarda sadece konfeksiyon bulunuyordu. Bu rejimler d\u00fcnyaya edebiyat\u00e7\u0131, sanat\u00e7\u0131 veremediler&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar Ahmet \u015eerif&#8217;in tarihe b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 notlar. Bu isim ile alakal\u0131 ilgin\u00e7 bir durumu da aktarmak istiyorum. Bug\u00fcn \u00fclkemizde, bu \u015fairimizin ad\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e kitaplardan olu\u015fan tek k\u00fct\u00fcphane onun do\u011fdu\u011fu k\u00f6ydedir. B\u00f6ylelikle karma bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce estetik nitelikleri kavrayarak, k\u00f6yden ba\u015flayan yeni edebiyat, yeni \u015fiir \u00f6zelli\u011fi alarak tekrar k\u00f6ye d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f, k\u00f6y\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131yla ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f ve yeni bir \u00f6zellik kazanarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hik\u00e2ye t\u00fcr\u00fcnde de\u011ferli eserler veren Selim Bil\u00e2lov, Kemal Bunarciev, Ahmet T\u0131m\u0131\u015fev, Sabri Tatov, H\u00fcsmen \u0130smailov, Muharrem Tahsinov, Halit Aliosmanov, Ali Kadirov, Mehmet Alev,Mustafa Bayramali, Halim Halilibrahimov ve daha bir\u00e7ok sanat\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde bir \u00e7ok \u015fair ve yazar\u0131m\u0131z yeni yeni eserler yaratt\u0131lar. Belki de binden fazla kitap bas\u0131ld\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bir \u00e7ok \u00fcnl\u00fc yazar ve \u015fairimiz rahmetli oldu.
