Cep telefonlar\u0131na veya ak\u0131ll\u0131 bir g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011fe entegre edilerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak yeni teknoloji sayesinde g\u00f6rme engelliler, \u00e7evrelerindeki insanlar\u0131n duygu durumlar\u0131ndan nesnelere kadar olup biten t\u00fcm olaylar ve kavramlar hakk\u0131nda sesli bilgi edinebilecek.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\"><strong>Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong> Bilgisayar M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi <strong>Erkut Erdem<\/strong>, bir g\u00f6rsel i\u00e7eri\u011fin analiz edilip g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcn\u00fcn belirgin \u00f6zelliklerini s\u00f6ze d\u00f6ken ve metinsel a\u00e7\u0131klama yapabilen sistem \u00fczerine Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi Bilgisayarl\u0131 G\u00f6r\u00fc Laboratuvar\u0131ndan ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar <strong>Yrd.
