ABD\u2019te MIT\u2019de bu konu \u00fczerine doktora yapan ortanca o\u011flu Sel\u00e7uk T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar. <a class=\"keywords\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hurriyet.com.tr\/index\/savunma-sanayii\" target=\"_blank\">Savunma Sanayii<\/a> M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (SSM) 2005\u2019te ihaleyi a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tamamen \u201cmilli\u201d yani yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131ndan t\u00fcm sistemlerine kadar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de geli\u015ftirilip imal edilecek bir pilotsuz u\u00e7ak istiyordu. U\u00e7u\u015f testlerini ge\u00e7en proje ihaleyi kazanacakt\u0131.<br \/>\n\u00dc\u00e7 ay i\u00e7inde askeri ad\u0131 \u201cG\u00f6zc\u00fc\u201d, projedeki ad\u0131yla Bayraktar u\u00e7u\u015fa haz\u0131rland\u0131. Oto pilot, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc aktar\u0131m\u0131 gibi yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar tamamen 35 ki\u015filik T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendislerinden olu\u015fan ekip taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131ld\u0131. Baykar Makina, projede Kale Grubu ile ortak oldu.<br \/>\nAnkara\u2019da TAI tesislerindeki testlerde d\u00f6rt kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 aras\u0131ndan sadece Bayraktar ba\u015far\u0131yla u\u00e7tu. Aral\u0131k 2006\u2019da imzalanan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyle ilk etapta 76 sipari\u015f al\u0131nd\u0131. U\u00e7aklar imal edilmeye ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra Genelkurmay projeyle yak\u0131ndan ilgilendi. T\u00fcm test ve geli\u015ftirme a\u015famalar\u0131 G\u00fcneydo\u011fu\u2019da ger\u00e7ek operasyonlar s\u0131ras\u0131nda yap\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\nYeni anla\u015fmayla 400\u2019den fazla mini pilotsuz u\u00e7ak sipari\u015f alan Kale-Baykar\u2019\u0131n u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131, G\u00fcneydo\u011fu\u2019da t\u00fcm karakollara konulacak. Yeni u\u00e7ak ise Taktik insans\u0131z hava arac\u0131 Bayraktar-\u00c7ald\u0131ran. Projede, tamamen kompozit g\u00f6vdeye sahip u\u00e7ak, hangardan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra otopilotu ile taksi yap\u0131p havalanabiliyor. 450 kilogram a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda.
