Bulgarlar\u0131n geleneksel sabah kahvalt\u0131s\u0131nda da k\u0131zart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ekmek ile bir dilim peynir var. Peynirli b\u00f6rek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ise, ta\u015f f\u0131r\u0131nlarda pi\u015firilmi\u015f nefis yumurtal\u0131, peynirli b\u00f6rek kokusuyla bizi \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumuza geri s\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fcyor. Tarlada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kurtar\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 da ekmek- peynir olmu\u015ftur ge\u00e7mi\u015fte. Zamanla \u201cDunaviya\u201d adl\u0131 yumu\u015fak peynir, \u201ckrema peynir\u201d gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Onlar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131na ise do\u011fal d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda katk\u0131 maddeleri ve bitkisel ya\u011flar ilave edilir.<\/p>\n<p>1989 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar Bulgar peyniri Eski Sovyetler Birli\u011fi ve Arap paraz\u0131rnda ra\u011fbet g\u00f6r\u00fcyordu. Ancak demokratik de\u011fi\u015fimlerden sonra \u00fclkede s\u00fct hayvanlar\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 azald\u0131. Beyaz salamura peyniri d\u00fcnyada Yunan \u201cFeta\u201d olarak tan\u0131n\u0131yor.
