&#8216;Y\u00f6resel k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131, b\u00f6lgesel kalk\u0131nma hedeflerine ula\u015fabilme, yerel hizmetlerde i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapma, gen\u00e7lerin bir araya gelerek ortak projeler y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi, her iki kentin hem\u015fehrileri aras\u0131nda karde\u015flik ili\u015fkilerinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, yerel y\u00f6netimlere sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesi, <a class=\"keyword\" title=\"Avrupa Birli\u011fi Haberleri\" href=\"http:\/\/www.haberler.com\/avrupa-birligi\/\">Avrupa Birli\u011fi<\/a> hibe programlar\u0131na ortak proje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve sosyal ya\u015fam\u0131n desteklenmesi&#8217;
