Son on y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde ta\u015f\u0131nan yolcu ve mallar iki kat d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f bulunuyor. \u0130zlenen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn yolcu say\u0131s\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck olmas\u0131, \u00fclke vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n tren kullanmak konusunda isteksiz olmalar\u0131ndan kaynaklanm\u0131yor. Tam tersine, fakat g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yolcular kulland\u0131klar\u0131 toplu ula\u015f\u0131m ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n sundu\u011fu konfor ve hareket ettikleri h\u0131z konusunda \u00e7ok daha se\u00e7icidir. Oysa tekel durumunda olan devlet \u015firketi BDJ kaliteli hizmet sunmaktan \u00e7ok uzak olmaya devam ediyor &#8211; \u00fclkedeki trenlerin ortalama hareket h\u0131z\u0131 60 kilometrenin alt\u0131nda kal\u0131rken vagon ve lokomotiflerin ya\u015f\u0131 25 \u00fczeri olup eski filimlerden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyorlar.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Devlet demiryollar\u0131 \u015firketinin yeni piyasa \u015fartlar\u0131na ayak uydurmaktaki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve git gide bor\u00e7 bata\u011f\u0131 ve krize saplanmas\u0131 her \u015feyden \u00f6nce \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rdeki rekabetten ve devlet y\u00f6netiminin k\u00f6t\u00fc olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Demiryolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda asl\u0131nda rekabet diye bir \u015fey yok, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc demiryollar\u0131 devletin tekelindedir. Ancak otob\u00fcs ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan ve daha y\u00fcksek fiyattan olsa da daha kaliteli hizmetler sunan \u015firketler yolcular\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7ekince demiryollar\u0131 \u015firketinin rahat\u0131 ve maddi durumu bozuldu. \u015eirketin y\u00f6neticileri ise her ne kadar devaml\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fse de d\u00f6nemin siyasi konjonkt\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 ki\u015filer olmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Hal b\u00f6yle olunca bu y\u0131la ili\u015fkin devlet b\u00fct\u00e7esinde demiryollar\u0131na tahsis edilen s\u00fcbvansyonun 90 milyon avrodan 70 milyona d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, BDJ i\u00e7inde \u015fok etkisini yaratt\u0131. \u015eirketin y\u0131ll\u0131k muhta\u00e7 oldu\u011fu 140 milyon avroluk kaynaklardan kazanmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm 47 milyon avroda yani \u00fc\u00e7te birde kal\u0131rken devlet deste\u011finin azalmas\u0131, a\u011f\u0131r bir darbedir ger\u00e7ekten. Buna \u015firketin 285 milyon avroyu bulan borcu da eklenince BDJ&#8217;nin finansal \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ortadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Durum b\u00f6yleyken sunulan hizmetlerin kalitesini art\u0131rmak, m\u00fc\u015fterilere daha cazip ko\u015fullar sunmak, geli\u015fmek ve ilerlemek s\u00f6z konusu bile olamazken BDJ&#8217;nin \u00f6l\u00fcm saati yava\u015f yava\u015f yakla\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eirketin durumu k\u0131s\u0131r d\u00f6ng\u00fc and\u0131r\u0131yor ve ne iktidar ve de \u015firket y\u00f6neticileri bu d\u00f6ng\u00fcy\u00fc k\u0131ram\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdilik reform ve yap\u0131lanma konusunda net bir plan yokken durumu kurtarmak i\u00e7in tren durdurmak ve i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131karmaktan ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir\u015fey yap\u0131lm\u0131yor. G\u00f6steriler da\u011f boyuna ula\u015fan sorunlar y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131na kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirilmesine ve BDJ&#8217;ye ye\u015fil \u0131\u015f\u0131k yak\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak m\u0131 sorusunu soracak olursak, pek muhtemel de\u011fildir.
