Programda konu\u015fan Elvan, ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131 itibar\u0131yla bug\u00fcne kadar birinci \u00f6ncelikli alan olarak karayolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini ifade ederek, &#8220;Karayolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6ncelikli alan olarak devam edecek ama \u00f6ncelik s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda art\u0131k demiryolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 yava\u015f yava\u015f karayolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda \u00f6zellikle 2016&#8217;dan itibaren \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecek. Belki bu y\u0131l karayolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z demiryolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 3-4 milyar lira civar\u0131nda \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek ama ilk kez demiryolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 milyar liral\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131ma yakla\u015f\u0131yoruz, 9 milyar liral\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131m\u0131z bunun \u00e7ok daha \u00fczerinde olacak. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir anlamda demiryolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 karayolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecek. Biz a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 12-13 y\u0131ldan beri b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na ve yol standartlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseltilmesine \u00e7ok \u00f6nem verdik. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 18 bin kilometreye yak\u0131n b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bizle il il dola\u015f\u0131yoruz. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en \u00f6ncelikle tercihi y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren. Sanayicilerimizle bir araya geliyoruz, &#8216;biz h\u0131zl\u0131 tren istiyoruz, y\u00fck ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak. Biz OSB&#8217;nin h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatt\u0131na ba\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz&#8217; diyorlar&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle demiryolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131, lojistik merkezler yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinin h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatlar\u0131na ba\u011flanmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki yat\u0131r\u0131mlara \u00f6ncelik vereceklerini aktaran Elvan, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: &#8220;S\u0131n\u0131r kap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hem demiryolu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, hem de karayolu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00fc\u00e7lendirece\u011fiz. Bulgaristan ve Yunanistan&#8217;la olan karayolu, demiryolu ba\u011flant\u0131m\u0131z, Habur&#8217;daki ba\u011flant\u0131m\u0131z, G\u00fcrcistan ile ba\u011flant\u0131m\u0131z. S\u0131n\u0131r\u0131m\u0131zda yer alan \u00fclkelerle altyap\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek istiyoruz. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede \u0130stanbul&#8217;u Edirne \u00fczerinden Kap\u0131kule&#8217;ye kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 tren ile ba\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda bunun ihalesine \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Kap\u0131kule&#8217;ye Bulgaristan s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na h\u0131zl\u0131 tren ile ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. Mega projelerimiz aras\u0131nda yer alan Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu, 3. K\u00f6pr\u00fcm\u00fcz, bu k\u00f6pr\u00fc \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7ecek demiryolu hatt\u0131m\u0131z da bu hat ile ba\u011flanacak.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bakan L\u00fctfi Elvan, Yunanistan ile karayolu ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdiklerini, demiryolu ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ise ba\u015ftan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yenilediklerini belirterek, &#8220;Yunanistan taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6zellikle kendi taraf\u0131n\u0131n demiryolu alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmesini bekliyoruz. Kars-Tiflis-Bak\u00fc projemiz devam ediyor. Buradaki hedefimiz 2015 sonu itibar\u0131yla bu projeyi tamamlayarak ger\u00e7ekten \u0130pek Demiryolu g\u00fczergah\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131. Burada tek aksayan er Kars-Tiflis-Bak\u00fc hatt\u0131. Bu hatla ilgili de yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam ediyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Habur S\u0131n\u0131r Kap\u0131s\u0131 ile ilgili de 2 projeleri oldu\u011funu aktaran Bakan Elvan, &#8220;Biri otoyol, di\u011feri h\u0131zl\u0131 tren projemiz. Biz bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla Mersin-Adana h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatt\u0131n\u0131n ihalesine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz. Bununla ilgili yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z.
